Trilby as an engineering major and Chris as a creative writing major

Trilby and Patricia have broken up and all but instead of Trilbs skipping town they just don’t talk to each other for a bit. But once they do talk again they just go back to being friends like they were before they dated. Trilby also still steals, but he isn’t called Trilby at school because of that. He just always wears the hat so it started out as a joke and just stuck. Congrats Malcolm you’re Trilby everywhere now.

Chris and Jane aren’t a toxic mess and are still super chill sweet besties who always have each other’s backs. Jane throws huge ^ss parties all the time, she’s super popular, Chris is just like happy to be here and glad his friend is having fun. He usually doesn’t stay for the whole party, too loud and crowded.

Chris and Trilby meet at one of the parties. They decide to ditch together and become friends super fast. By the end of the night they’ve exchanged dorm numbers and are making plans to hang out again.

Chris is f^cking smitten. Like next time him and Jane hang out he can’t stop talking about the hot funny smart guy he met at the party. Jane is super happy her friend gets to have his cute lil crush and jokes about what music they should play at their wedding.

Trilby takes longer to fall but when he does it hits him like a pound of bricks because 1) Romance, ironically considering how much he uses charm to get his way, is not his strong suit, and 2) It’s around the 80s. In England. Things weren’t great for gay men around that time. Eventually he figures: you know what? It’s okay. He’s in love with Chris and the world doesn’t like that but f^ck you he does like it. Claire is also in Chris’ creative writing course and they end up besties. Then Claire meets everyone else and it’s like a cool lil group. the youngest child of ted and elaine mccarrick, wes was a kid who is full of life. she’s the kind of kid who did things to make you smile, and it usually worked. she was warm and inviting, a little naive, but she had a strong support system.

her parents divorce when she’s six, she doesn’t quite understand it but her dad moves out, and her grandma and multiple cousins move in. it’s a lively household, between her mom, who works as a nurse, and her siblings, and her cousins, it was never really quiet and there was never a lot of room.

nana is different, nana and her dated her sophomore year, nana’s freshman year. it wasn’t serious. but they were fond of each other. they eventually break up, but they stay friendly, waving to each other in the halls, chatting at parties.

both the disappearance and the murder is weird for wes, who by all accounts, isn’t great at dealing with bad shit. she prefers to laugh about things. laugh about everything. because if she doesn’t laugh, she’ll cry.

Just Asayan, with little bit of country accent
