was arts head ducktaped on through the whole 3rd movie?? cuz we saw him with ducktape around his neck after him and vicky leave the mental hospital- so he just taped his head back on, but then i dont think we ever see his neck exposed again. he has the neck and head cover on for the rest of the movie. was his head ducktaped on the whole movie
