is there a character you liked the most from mouthwash
Mmm, that's a hard one. I can't really say I disliked anyone (even Jimmy) because everyone was serving a purpose to the story.
What I can say is that in the beginning I only really liked Anya but the others grew on me too as the game was progressing.
Jimmy didn't really grow on me but I did start to understand he probably had stuff going on, mentally at least (not that it justifies his actions in any way, it just explains things).
Everyone was under a lot of pressure but I think Anya had it worse, making me feel more sympathetic of her.
I actually liked Curly too, mainly design wise (kinda fucked up to say I guess but that bandaged version really speaks to me) but his role in the story was important so yeah. Also it was really interesting/refreshing not to play as Jimmy all the time (so I guess a part of me likes him because of that).
Swansea and Daisuke were pretty good characters too, I wish we'd have seen more of them.
I think everyone was written pretty well despite the stereotypes they were filling in (anxious with a hard job, optimistic young person, grumpy old guy who's actually caring etc) and everyone's actions felt realistic (as realistic as they can be in that sci-fi horror genre at least)
In conclusion I liked everyone the same amount except Jimmy.
#no one was really favorite by the narrative and everyone had a pretty bad ending too#there are other media where usually the protagonist has that plot shield. nothing touches them but here everyone was equally doomed#ask#anonymous#text#not art#mouthwashing#I try to keep these spoiler free in case anybody wants to play the game btw#I find it hard to actually actively hare a character especially if they're important to the story#what was your favorite character anon? if you had one that is#disappointing people on the internet 101#my answers are always so. so...
