Seems like it was out of the showrunners hands on where to end the anime because the manga ending for part 1 was much better but they clearly did the best they could

#they wrapped it up very quickly #but they had no choice it seems #very excited for the anime to come back #it looks like the boruto anime started when approx 11 chapters of the manga were out #there are currently 27 ish chapters available for them to adapt #so hopefully we’ll see its return in a seasonal format in 2025 #the lack of announcement worries me though #boruto liveblog #293
