Hello, this is the anon who pointed out Shep may be self running his group, I’ve come with some more information of why I think that is.
If Shep claimed to be sponsored by Genshin, while, he clearly wasn’t that’s a problem. Genshin, you know, would pay their sponsors, but he did make that post shown that he only makes money through donos, and a legitimate company wouldn’t allow for him to claim to be sponsored when they’re not. It’s just a thing through streamlabs, you pointed out, and he’d have to disclose that on stream.
It would get them in trouble, to say the least, because while you legally have to disclose when you have a sponsor, and management would have arranged it but he lied about a sponsorship. It would discourage companies and advertisers from working with them later on down the line and would have been an issue to the corporation, which kinda proves he doesn’t have one or he’d have been warned of this beforehand.
His has no business website, no information, no ceo listed. Bigger corps do, like Holo, Idol, Niji ( which wouldn’t you know it? nulliism pointed out Shep loves despite their horrible treatment of their members and past talents being well known and dangerous in some cases. ) and vshojo. This is because, at the end of the day, they’re a company. Most companies, you know, they have contracts, but we have no information on if his Vtuber group does.
Given the vibes being subtly a bit pushy towards people donating ( acting a bit pitifully in hopes to make you take pity and give him money ), the lack of views ( which is normal since he’s not a big streamer but a corporate Vtuber usually has more since the corporation advertises and backs them in exchange of a cut of their stream income so that 12 dollars if he was one, wouldn’t be his- it’d be shared with the company lmao ), his Vtuber group only quote retweeting from him outside of announcing graduations and the other members debuts- it’s just fishy.
Also- If Shep did have a contract, legitimately, they’d have to know things like legal name, for taxes and protection, and they would have to be sure he’s not the type to doxx other talents too, out of jealousy or other reasons, and they would not take him on if they thought he was a risk to their other talents. So, if he self runs this? People might be giving them their full legal names upon applying under false pretences.
I don’t think his other members even thought of it other than a friend group with a good name though- they probably just thought the name was good and it’d be fun- I don’t think they viewed it as a job, so I don’t know if he even made them contracts. Hopefully not. Again, sorry if this doesn’t help. Sorry it’s long again, too.
Don't worry you're fine this helps a lot 👍

Sana is graduating......
At the end of the month, July 31st, Sana will be graduating from Hololive. I woke up seeing people wishing her well and I had no idea why people were doing that...until I read she was graduating. It really hurt since I really loved Sana.
She was also the first person I drew in my sketchbook so I'm so happy I did. I'll really miss her, and I wish all the best for her in her future endeavors!

My #1 post of 2022
Look at Korone!!! She's a SEGA Ambassador now!
I was watching the Sonic Station live with my limited Japanese while not doing my work to see this surprise! I always watch the Sonic Stations when Korone is there (*´▽`*)
She has a new Sonic outfit with green eyes and blue hair! She is also holding a cute Knuckles plush. I was so surprised to see it you know, I didn't think she would have a whole new outfit! It looks so good on her, would wear it 100% in real life.
She's truly going places~

"Boy Fiction" vs "Girl Fiction"
This is true no matter where you are in the world, that "boys" like adventure books, and "girls" like romance novels. In Japan, they even classify novels for [young men] and [young women] as 少年{Shounen) and 少女(Shoujo).
Though my poor understanding of eastern cultures might suggest gender as a spiritual thing more than a physical thing. (Despite still having a culture focused physical sex characteristics, "Men can feel girly as long as they don't think they're actually girls!" Just like the [Evil West]!)
Yes, this is where [VShojo]'s name comes from, and I'll get to what it means that they combine both variants of fiction together.
In some more historical contexts; these two variations of fiction are separated by "low and high" or "poor and wealthy" fiction. And the old "Girly Magazines" which men didn't buy (despite their proximity to the more raunchy magazines).
It was always a strange line dividing wealth along the sex divide. High fashion and models with designer bags are the same category and customer base as "Romance" and "Shoujo."
So a lot of customers, both Male AND Female (sexually and genderly) gravitate towards the low-fiction adventures, [Huckleberry Finn] type novels. Because feminity, around the world, is seen as both the thing women do, but also; only *Rich* women who can afford to. And if you're a Man that participates in that form of fantasy or self-care; you must be truly wealthy ... Or at least have more money than sense.
To clarify; Boy Fiction is about adventure and war and fighting, or you know; conquest. And Girl Fiction is about Romance and Social Aspects of everyday life, or you know; conquest.

And if you're wondering; that's the weird thing going on with the Video Game divide today; with certain games out of reach for an average player they truly believe it's for "wealthy players only".

So we see these two forms of fiction that say everybody poor is a man, and only rich women can enjoy the rich women fiction. ESPECIALLY ROMANCE.
It's not that Men didn't wanna read them; it's that Men can't afford to. (And also shouldn't; because it's improper.)
So Shounen entertainment appeals to all genders; while Shoujo entertainment which is encouraged to be enjoyed by women--and while both are separated by which toy aisle they most closely align with; Shounen has a much wider appeal. And because of this; Women enjoying these forms of entertainment can see themselves in the shoes of our leading male protagonists--despite being told that if they want to enjoy the medium; they should instead pick the "girl character".
And that's why there was this push to see more women in "Male" fiction despite women having their own thing! And why Shoujo fiction and "Girl Stuff" in general are seen as "Really Gay".
Because Heterosexual Men can't afford that crap; they have children to feed. But not the LGBTQIA! They have no responsibilities at all; and all the money in the world that they're syphoning from Black Entertainment now that they're the most valuable enterainers in the world and corrupting the youth and all that!
"Them wealthy Queers with no money AND nothing to spend their lack of money on are ruining everything!"
This is why VShojo is in a position to take a big portion of the media market BTW. They created something that is a blend of Shounen and Shoujo, despite their lean towards "women's fantasy:" their purposefully drawn sexual appeal (fan service) and male fantasy themes are in a position to capture all of the market, if they can figure out how to expand with over extending themselves. Provided they see the opportunity in front of them.

just some of my thoughts, scroll past this
When I saw that there were some (possible, they could be doubters, you know) Magmites talking about this. I only had one thought, I don't really care.
Honestly, one of my kamioshi, Arurandeisu, shares the 🍕 oshi mark with Kson on Vshojo (formerly Kiryu Coco of Hololive). I didn't react violently nor anyone cared. I know Kson loves pizza and, seriously, who doesn't? Same goes with Astel Leda and Alban Knox of Nijisanji sharing the 🎭 oshi mark, no one was concerned or angry. And when I saw Scarle Yonaguni's (Nijisanji) oshi mark 💅, all I can think of is Tsukishita Kaoru (retired member of Holostars 3rd gen), no one reacted and again, I didn't particularly care.
So when this whole 🧤 oshi mark started popping off on Twitter / X, I just wanted to say that regardless of who is using them, 🧤 will always remind me of the great Magni Dezmond. I didn't post it though cause I couldn't word it properly without dismissing the new debut.
I will be honest, the only Nijisanji debut I watched was Mysta, Vox and Ike (I'm a simp for male vtubers shut up lol). Since then I haven't really kept up with the NIjisanji livers. Sorry.
But that's not really what I wanted to say. I guess I kinda regret not posting this on Twitter. It's lame but the only reason I didn't was because the character limit...
I don't want to demean any Magmites who is still griving and I don't want to tell them to get over this. Loss is not something to get over quickly and I understand that. I lost Vesper during that time too.
But what I'm afraid of is that some Magmites are making 'lost of an oshi' part of their personality. You can grieve, I won't shame you for that, but don't forget respect others.
It's not too soon and lore-wise or maybe design-wise, 🧤 oshi mark make sense. I'm going by memory, his name is Claude I think. Clever actually. And paired with the ❔ since there is no emojis that would depict a claw. I actually searched if there is a claw emoji and I got a lobster instead / 🦞. It would be funny if he picked that tbh lol.
This whole thing making it on vtuber news channels concerned me (also made me a bit embarrassed). Sure, I love how lively the Holostars community is regardless if you are Holostars hakooshi, Tempus hakooshi or just have a Holostars kamioshi. But it feels like we are losing respect with each other since the two left.
Astel has been wishing for Kira to come back. And since the recent graduation, he would love for Magni and Vesper to come back too. If I remember correctly, Magmites are made with love. Let's make the Holostars community, a place to get back to, for Magni, Vesper and Kira to come back to.
Let me refer you to Shinri's tweet and also remember remember why Izuru's fanbase doesn't have a name. Our behavior is a reflection of the streamer.
I love 🌟HOLOSTARS🌟!! 🍕🐃📗🏹

INTERVIEW: Nyatasha Nyanners on the Art of VTubing, Embracing Cringe, and Sharing Your Heart
This interview is part of our series "So You Wanna Be An Anime Girl?"—a series of articles and interviews with the members of the VTuber agency VShojo. Each interview is accompanied by the VTubers' Top 30 Anime of All Time. You can see Nyanners' Top 30 Anime here!
We've known for a while now that VTubers have taken over the planet, but one of my favorite things about them is that every single stream you tune into is completely unique. Every stream gives you this very special blend of (what is usually) a high fantasy anime character and the genuine personality of a performer that you can't really get anywhere else. What sticks out to me about Nyanners' Twitch streams is the way they can transform from a sincere, vulnerable talk about things that are important to her into something as absurd as a revenge-driven Minecraft reinactment of the Nibelheim Incident set to "One-Winged Angel."
We had the opportunity to talk with Nyanners about her career as a VTuber, the challenges of being in the public eye, and what it's like being an unfathomable being of horror disguised as a pink catgirl.
Crunchyroll: For any of our readers who might not be familiar, could you introduce yourself?
Nyatasha Nyanners: My name is Nyatasha Nyanners, I’m a VTuber who is an ancient evil eldritch abomination that is going to take over the world, and I love to play video games.
That actually leads into another question I had… What is a day in the life of an eldritch horror like?
Nyanners: I wake up, and I eat breakfast, and I torment many minds with my far-reaching otherworldly tentacles. Then I sit down and I enjoy myself some browsing of the interwebs. After that I go to work and stream and torment people some more, and their madness gives me energy.
So, is Twitch streaming sort of an extension of the mind tormenting?
Nyanners: Yeah!
Ah, I think you have some of my brain juice then. I hope it sustained you for a little bit.
Nyanners: Yeah, it was very delicious juice.
Thank you. It’s pretty barren up there, so I hope it tastes like something at least.
So, as an unknowable abomination, when did you discover video games and feel like, “oh this is nice, maybe I should do this more”?
Nyanners: Well, the real answer is that I discovered games properly through my family. My parents are both gamers and I grew up watching them play games. My dad actually got me a game for Christmas when I was 7 or 8 years old that kind of changed the trajectory of my life forever. It was Final Fantasy X and it became like my special interest. I became really invested in it and the world, characters, and the voice actors in particular. I was really fascinated by them! I looked them up and I was like, “wow! These people brought these characters that I love so much to life, but also so many other characters. They have so much range and they can do all of these things with their voice. I want to do that, too!” That led me down this path of finding out that I like acting and voice acting and entertainment in general. I want to entertain people and give people that same feeling I got when I was immersed in that world. I want to give people a world where they can come and laugh and forget about things that are bothering them and enjoy themselves. That’s why I went down this path where I voiced some characters in games and now I’m a Twitch streamer… I’m… I’m just a pink cat. I’m just a pink cat that wants to make people laugh! All because my dad got me that game.
My heart feels very expanded. That made me very happy to hear!
Nyanners: I’m glad!
Nyanners playing Final Fantasy X during a recent marathon stream (VOD here)
I’ve always felt like there was something about anime and video games that really resonates with people all over the world. What do you think it is about them that connects so many people with the art but also each other in such a special way?
Nyanners: It’s probably because a lot of anime and a lot of games like JRPGs tend to have themes of misfit people coming together to overcome a common goal. Whether it’s rising above everyone else in the ninja village or killing god together—all these different people being brought together as one and using the power of friendship… I think a lot of people are moved by that. They can see themselves in these characters and it makes them want to reach out to various other people in the world who feel the same way.
I totally agree! I don’t know if it was just this way when I was growing up, but there was something about a lot of American cartoons that felt very… decided by a marketing algorithm, where it didn’t feel that way with anime.
Nyanners: Yeah. Anime, because it’s so limitless and you can do so much with it, feels like it’s made the way it is because it’s fun and people wanted to create this world and these kinds of people that live in it. It’s just fascinating and filled with possibilities!
I think something similar can be said for VTubing, too. I think VTubers connect to that same place that people feel when they watch anime. Like you said, there’s this sense of “anything can happen!” and it isn’t decided by a large corporation. Is there anything you feel is unique about VTubing in the way it connects to people?
Nyanners: It allows people that otherwise wouldn’t have been able to do things like streaming or putting themselves out there without this kind of interface with the world. I know a lot of people that may have illnesses or anxiety or any other kind of life circumstance where it isn’t certain whether they’re able to do normal streaming or a “normal job,” and VTubing has allowed them to express themselves through becoming whatever they want to become with unlimited creativity and reach out to people in that way. It’s hard to explain! I’m a very shy person and I don’t think I’d be able to put myself out there if I wasn’t... pink cat. It’s like a mask, but not in a way that hides you—it’s a mask that brings you out even more. When people talk to each other with masks like that, they can reach into each other’s hearts more closely in a way because they aren’t afraid of being judged. They aren’t afraid of whatever might be holding them back.
That said, VTubing seems like it can be very overwhelming! When you’re VTubing, you have to handle a lot of stuff at the same time—you have to entertain an audience, you sometimes have to shift between short and long hair and other different forms, you sometimes have to play video games, you sometimes have to change background music… there are lots of things you have to do! Is it challenging doing all of that or is it more like second nature now?
Nyanners: Oh gosh… when you list it all out like that, it really occurs to me that it’s pretty overwhelming! So, I have a cat brain and I don’t know how I handle so many different things at once… I guess I just go into a meditative state and just do it! I love being an internet clown. I love spinnin’ the plates and jugglin’ the balls. Sometimes it’s tough to handle playing a game, being entertaining, talking with my chat and making conversation with them and making sure they’re having a good time, doing all the background music, adjustments, and general streaming stuff… Actually, I have a thing on my Twitch channel that I got help setting up with fugi.tech so people can use their channel points to automatically change my hairstyle and stuff. It will magically go bwaaah! And suddenly my hair is short! I can do it manually, too, by thinking very hard and using my psychic powers.
Some of Nyanners' channel point redeems on her Twitch channel
I noticed when those channel point redeems got added! It’s such a good idea.
Nyanners: Yeah, I like that there’s a way for people who lurk or people who don’t want to spend money to interact. I feel bad forcing people to spend money for just… me sitting there playing a game and stuff. If people want to support me in that way, I really appreciate it! But I like including a way for people to participate and have fun without having to spend a dime. The channel points are super helpful for that! On my channel they’re called “forbidden nyawledge!” It’s like insight in Bloodborne–the more they watch me, the more their mind gets corrupted.
Yeah, I have a few thousand forbidden nyawledge and when I walk around sometimes I see ghastly visages of horror in the sidewalk.
Nyanners: That’s my favorite.
I should probably spend more of it so it doesn’t build up so much.
Nyanners: You gotta get that happy medium! I do like to see some tentacle appendages in my day-to-day life. I like to keep a healthy balance of racking up those points inside my head.
Are there any misconceptions about VTubing that you’ve noticed, or things about VTubing you wish more people knew about?
Nyanners: Some people scoff at VTubers and they just reduce it to, “oh it’s just a bunch of anime girls and people simping for .pngs.” Sure, people do love VTubers a lot, but people love VTubers for a lot of different reasons! People are inspired by VTubers, people discover new things through VTubers and discover things about themselves… they meet friends through VTubers, discover that maybe even they want to be a VTuber themselves! They overcome problems through VTubing… it’s just a lovely community full of people who just want to support each other. I love all of my friends in VShojo and beyond, independent VTubers, too. We all support each other and we all inspire each other. There’s so much unity! We all come from backgrounds where, in some way, we feel different. Through VTubing we can feel like we belong. I feel like a lot of people who watch VTubers feel the same way, too. They feel like a misfit or an outcast and, through VTubing, they can feel like they have a place to go to, a place to belong. I just think that’s really precious and it’s something I wish more people would understand instead of just scoffing at it and assume it’s just .jpegs of anime girls or assume that it’s something naughty or seedy! It’s just fun, people are just having fun and making people laugh!
There’s limitless possibilities. I’m amazed when I see what people do and achieve through VTubing. I’m a big fan of Hololive EN—Kiara and Mori Calliope to name a few—I love their music and energy and creativity! It feels so good to see people given a way to express themselves like this and conquer the world in a way they didn’t feel like was possible before. I myself still feel like this is totally surreal and I don’t quite know how I got here. I got discovered by a lot of people for whatever reason and now I’m here! I’ve come so far from where I was just last year and I feel humbled by it. I’m just so grateful and feel so lucky to have gotten where I am. I’m looking up to everyone else and feel like I want to get better and better. I see everyone else working hard and coming up with cool ideas and it inspires me so much! I love how creative and supportive VTubing is, it’s like a big family. I love the feeling of belonging.
Growing up I didn’t have very many friends… I don’t want to start a pity party because I’m not alone in that, I know a lot of people had that experience in school, but going from someone that was shy and felt like I didn’t want to speak up because it didn’t feel like there was a point or reason for my voice to be heard to speaking and being heard by people who want to listen and who do care is something I cherish a lot. I love VTubing because it gave me a place to belong, and I didn’t feel like I had a place to belong before. Sorry for rambling!
Oh my god, no you’re fine! That was a great answer. There’s this YouTube video I watched recently where someone describes making art or putting big parts of yourself online as basically like breaking off a piece of your soul and sharing it with people. And it can be hard because a part of you sort of belongs to a bunch of people now. But I think your willingness to be able to share that part of yourself is why so many people respond to you and other VTubers. You’re touching other people in a really important way!
Nyanners: Oh goodness… thank you. It’s hard sometimes. Like you said, when you do something like this, you’re putting a piece of yourself out there, and some people take that piece and it’s strange how they can warp it into something completely different. The way they see you can be very different from the way you see yourself, so much that you ask, “how are people getting this kind of impression from me?” It gets you caught up in feelings of self doubt. While that does suck, it is rewarding to see people take that piece of yourself into their own life and get inspired to take on challenges they thought they weren’t able to before or do something similar with their life. I like that aspect a lot. Being able to touch people’s lives in that way is really important to me. I love being able to give people a place to unwind and have fun and get their mind off of things that are bothering them currently.
There is a lot of that going around recently with the pandemic… I’m sure everyone’s tired of talking about the pandemic at this point, but that’s another part of why VTubing exploded so much! Everyone is so worried and there’s this crushing anxiety hanging over the whole world for the past few years because of all of this. People found an oasis in VTubing because VTubing is about having fun and creating a world where people can just be themselves and spread magic everywhere! It’s like healing media in a way, the Japanese word for it is iyashikei I think. I always say VTubing kind of reminds me of a comfy slice-of-life anime because it’s just cute people doing cute things! Maybe they’re not even cute, you can be a really big, muscular dragon or something… but that in itself is still cute to me… that’s just me!
Like Bigfoot?
Nyanners: Yeah, I love Bigfoot! I just love big monsters. I’m really into the Soulsborne games… I like really monstrous, terrible looking designs. I look at them and I think, “oh, you are my baby and I love you.”
Yeah, I totally get it! I have a lot of friends who think giant monsters are really cute.
I only have two more questions, and the first one is—do you have any advice for people who are thinking of trying out VTubing?
Nyanners: Advice… hmm… I would say, just get in there! Don’t worry about doing it the right way—do it the way that feels the most fun to you. VTubing is supposed to be fun! Just start making stuff! I know it’s scary. When you make stuff online, you’re putting a piece of yourself out there and it can feel very vulnerable. When you put yourself out there you feel so seen by everyone and people can criticize you and say, “oh, you’re being cringe.” But don’t be afraid of being cringe! Life is cringe. Everything is cringe. It’s ok. Just have fun and you’ll see where you go from there! It will be a nice journey. I’m really bad at giving advice.
What, no! That was great!
Nyanners: To anyone who wants to be a VTuber, I’m very excited for you! Whenever I hear that someone wants to start being a VTuber, I’m like, “oh god! Yes! Fresh blood!”
Yeah!! Okay, last question. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Nyanners: Yes! We’re gonna make it!
Here’s the question—is there anything you would like to say to everyone in general before we say goodbye?
Nyanners: Everyone in general?!
Yeah, everyone who’s reading this article, at least.
Nyanners: Everyone who’s reading this article… Thank you for supporting VTubers! Thank you for supporting anime! Because anime is… beautiful. And I love it and all it has been able to do for everyone in the world. And I hope you have a nice day. Also thank you to Cayla and Crunchyroll… I’m on my knees praying…
Oh my god NO. Don’t thank me, it was such a pleasure to talk with you, thank YOU for talking with me today!

> selen is terminated with no warning. she did not know she would be termed. the document is long and throws out wild allegations about bullying, claiming selen has done irreparable damage to their reputation and placing the blame all on her

> they claim nijisanji is “completely free to graduate at anytime.” this has proved untrue since selen previously stated she TRIED to graduate on good terms in january and they did not let her, forcing her to stay in the company until they could terminate and make her look like a bad guy.
> they claim selen tried to doxx them because she included their full legal names and addresses in a legal document that she’d allegedly threatened to make public
> the ceo of nijisanji also makes a video statement that i did not watch bc it was fucking boring but i assume it was more of the same
> nijiEN twitter ALSO posts a damage control tweet that i did not read because see above. this all happened WHILE selen was streaming on her new account.
> the 3 talents literally went live 15 minutes into selen’s neopets stream, forcing her to cancel it.
> selen makes a statement saying the document in question with all that info was never meant to go public.
also important to note:
> selen has expressed shock that her new manager under her new account is willing to help her with things like getting sponsors, funding projects, etc
> a past nijiEN talent, matara kan, has ALSO expressed shock that her new managers under vshojo are willing to help her and she “doesn’t have to do it all alone anymore”
> nijisanji allegedly gives their talents 2% of merch sales. this is merch, sometimes, that is partially funded and/or worked for by the talents, like voice packs and stuff
> they have not released the income cut they take yet (wonder why) and probably never will but it can be assumed it is similarly bad
> there is extreme favouritism in nijisanji. in that livestream statement, the talents tried to prove otherwise but all that ended up happening was they proved it MORE.
> graduation is leaving an agency on amicable terms. normally the talent decides it and it’s seen as basically just going off to another journey.
> whereas termination is leaving an agency on BAD terms. it means that the talent has done something bad and wrong and scary and they must be immediately removed for the safety of everyone involved. it makes the talent look awful.
> it’s even worse when it’s “termination effective immediately,” like selen’s was. it paints them as even MORE awful and dangerous.
> there has been a major online uprising since this whole selen situation with vtuber fans throwing out accusations about everyone involved, trying to dirty everyone’s name, accusing people of being bullies, SA-doers, and other horrible things, and they should NOT be listened to. people have also been trying to prove insane shit about the inner workings of nijisanji that’s wildly unrealistic. this is what we call “rrats.”
> another part of the online uprising has been boycotting niji, or “SINK THE YACHT.” this includes unsubscribing from nijisanji talents, not buying merch, not watching streams, and speaking out against them online. so far we’ve lost them over $150 million USD!
sorry for the essay length response. as you can see the autism has consumed me. i’ve definitely missed something so others can feel free to correct me!
Me: I will stop talking about Nijisanji EN as it is bad for me and they are probably going to want to have it die down eventually.
Nijisanji EN: Not only are we disclosing legal details on a stream, but we're going to have three of our most popular livers (that were also quite close to Selen) read some of the content that sounds like it was read off of a script!
Me: Oh, for fuck's sake- SINK THE YACHT.

(I AM A KODOCON AND PROSHIPPER. MY LIKES WILL BE FILLED WITH PROSHIP SHIT FOR PROOF. VTUBING WAS BUILT ON WEEB CULTURE, WHICH INCLUDES LOLISHO. IF YOU GENUINELY BELIEVE LOLI/SHOTA = PEDOPHILIA, YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CALL YOURSELF APART OF THE COMMUNITY. I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAD TO MOVE THIS TIDBIT UP HERE JUST BECAUSE YOU FUCKERS COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO SCROLL DOWN A LITTLE.)
INFORMATION ABOUT THIS BLOG HERE, PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING CONFESSIONS, ASKS, OR FOLLOWING!!!
Rules (for submitting confessions):
1. No gore or anything violent
2. Do not use LGBT-phobic or ethnic slurs
3. Add a trigger warning when discussing something serious or mature content (i.e, allegations, thirst-posting)
4. I will allow submissions of confessions and asks regarding drama. However, if I get tired of hearing about certain topics after a while, they will be banned until I decide to allow them again. Any confessions regarding these banned topics will be deleted. Here's a list of current banned topics:
5. No shilling ANYTHING related to current Vshojo, Wactor, Project/Production Kawaii, Vreverie or Nijisanji/Anycolor/VirtuaReal talents (charzu was posted before I decided to add Kawaiipro, and I will not take it down unless she does something shady herself) Here's a list of the Blacklisted vtubers so far:
Rules (for shilling Vtubers, AKA submitted candidates for Vtuber of the day):
Here's a list of reasons as to why the agencies on there are blacklisted:
6. Vtuber you shill MUST be over the age of 18
7. Vtuber you shill MUST have already debuted and consistently post content (no pre-debut, long hiatus, or graduated vtubers)
8. If any Vtuber you or I have shilled and has been posted ends up having allegations of sexual assault, grooming, inappropriate behavior, etc, please let me know, and the post will be hidden until they can be proven false, or deleted entirely and have their current and future identities blacklisted from the blog
9. You MUST provide a link to the main platforms they stream on. If they mainly only stream on one platform a lot more compared to the other, then it's fine to submit only that
10. You can only shill a vtuber themselves ONCE, however, you are free to promote their merch, covers, certain streams, or original songs.
11. PNGtubers don't count, only L2D or 3D Vtubers
12. Content creators who had a large following and created content LONG before they started using a vtuber model under the same name (i.e, JaidenAnimations) do not count
Other:
13. No mentions of a vtuber's past life when shilling. Be it my post or someone else's ask. Especially if they are a graduated corpotuber. The reason being because it's important to focus on their current achievements than their past ones, and because it could be disrespectful if they graduated for controversial reasons.
This account is 16+!!! My likes contain tumblr-friendly lewds and there will be strong language used occasionally!
Mute "#mod posts" & "reblog" for non vtubers otd or confessions
Mod uses She/Her pronouns
You may refer to Mod as "Alice"
Mod has very controversial opinions on certain things she will try to keep away from this blog, but just know she doesn't identify with the left or right, both are annoying in their own ways

07/27/22 - a letter
hello! i missed a few days. nothing special happened while i was gone, except for when i went to pilillia with papa but that’s a story for another time. for today, i’m just going to write a letter to someone (as a form of goodbye). god this is gonna be so cheesy but whatever! at least i’ll feel better by the end of this. no one’s gonna read this anyway. ---- hello! i hope you had a nice day. how have you been? i’m sure you’ve been doing well, you have amazing friends who support you wherever you go. what course are you taking for college? i heard you’re going to feu, i know you’ll do great. i’m trying to get everything out without crying so bear with me because this might be a long letter. do you ever think about me? sorry, i just had to ask lol how good are you at japanese now? i hate kanji so much, i only know really basic ones but its fine. i can survive in a basic conversation. how about you? how are your dogs? bailey’s doing well. we also adopted another one, his name is hades. kuya paul actually got him from a raffle and he was so thin and near death when we got him. he’s chonky like bailey now. who are your oshis? is it nene? i have to admit, i haven’t watched hololive recently. well, ever since the rushia thing. she was my oshi (she still is! i followed her all the way to vshojo lol) so watching any 3rd gen stream feels really heavy for me. is it bad that i want to cosplay as nene now? i probably can’t since she has a big chest lol but she’s adorable i’ll stop asking questions for now, because i really do have a lot and i might end up clogging this whole thing. that day, i wanted to end everything. i was so fed up with my family and their apparently unintended abuse, with school (i never told you this, because i was so scared of what you would think of me if you knew that i ended up failing one of my subjects because i didn’t have any sort of drive or motivation to do any of my homework.) and with loss. i just wanted to disappear. i kept so many things from you because i was so scared that you’ll end up disliking me, and i think that’s why i started to distance myself from you. you were amazing, you had so many supporters who had me ripping my hair out because they were all so beautiful and talented and you just had to pick the one who was the dumbest and the laziest option. also, i’m sorry for softblocking you and berna on twitter. i was scared that i wouldn’t be able to move on if i still see you on sns. i shouldn’t have dragged berna into this, she’s super kind and understanding. honestly, you’ve been haunting me for the past year and a half (ever since we broke things off). i regularly dream about our could’ve-beens and the promises that we made, the dates we planned, even our cosplay plans. i have to admit that i look forward to sleeping now. i think i’m going crazy. everyday i always end up thinking “what would he say in times like these?” or “what if he’s with me right now?”. but i’m trying to get over this because i really really want to move on and be free from the guilt. maybe i was too reckless that day, i should’ve asked you for help and i should’ve told you that i was struggling but i didn’t want to burden you because i already lost someone when i told them the things that i was going through. i didn’t want to lose you like i lost one of my bestfriends. but now i regret not asking you for help or at least for you to hear me out because i know that you would’ve been willing to do so. but when i think about it, even if i have the opportunity to travel back in time and take back what happened, i don’t think i would’ve. i think you moved on now and you’re probably with a much better girl than me and i genuinely hope that you’re happy and content with the way that things are. i will never forget how you made me feel, the time we spent together was short but sweet. even though i already had a relationship before you came, i think of you as my first love because only you have made me feel that way. please be well. study well and reach your dreams. i’m sure you already have, but please forget me! 🦉🐔

Explanation as to why Certain Agencies are blacklisted
Wactor : Doxxed talents twice (real names and addresses, not just past lives), and allegedly their most popular vtuber has bullied other talents and might have been sleeping with the CEO
Anycolor (credit to Vtuber Cringe on Twt) :
Lucid Multimedia : Suspended a talent for trying to give a rather neutrally worded take on the Veibae retard "drama" as respectfully as possible
Production/Project Kawaii : Suspicious Activity. 8 graduations, 2 of which were sudden and the reasons given were rather vague, and 4 of which was the entire remaining 3rd gen who's sudden graduations were their own decisions, with again, more vague reasoning as to why, (Though rumors suggest due to bad management), as well of allegations of current talents bullying former members
Vshojo : Mostly due to personal reasons, such as I don't like lewdtubers who rely on coomerbait, but also because of the Nux Drama, how they allowed one of their talents to be passive aggressive towards Silvervale during the Hogwarts legacy drama, and how said talent promoted a charity that has had actual nonces working in it
KoMeta Virtual Live: This thread does a good job highlighting how they've mistreated their talents ;
AkioAir:
Vreverie: Suspicious Activity. Nearly half of their talents suddenly graduated within 3 months, with rumors of it being due to bad management

Honestly niji gave me weird vibes from the start.
I fell into the rabbit hole like idk 2 years ago now? Smt like that. And at first i was only interested in indies, then i started watching mori and got more into corpos.
I loved hololive (still do) and i despite never watching them, i liked vshojo too (i now do watch a few vshojo members and i rlly like vshojo now, like idk its kinda like my safe corpo beside idol)(ik theres sum stuf against them but honestly watching vshojo streams makes me feel so safe and happy lol idk y, das all beside the point tho)
I was hesitant from the start abt niji and i cant for the life of me explain why. Maybe its that i never came across niji jp clips or anything, so i only ever got to know niji en (unlike with holo, where i can name every single holomem besides those 2 from dev_is whos names i always forget lol), or maybe its just that niji always kinda felt more idk. Distant from each other. Idk if that makes sense lol.
In the end i only had 1 oshi in niji (rip pomu) because the whole thing just made me kinda uncomfy and i couldnt work out why.
Now everythings blowing up, honestly feel like i dodged a bullet. I feel so bad for fans of niji, having all this chucked at them from nowhere.
I guess this was just a very long winded way of saying niji en fans, ik its hard but keep going, it'll be ok <3
(And if you are left oshi-less and are looking for a chill place without drama, rin is always an option lol. Wdym, ofc im not biased-)

Drama post extra related to words spoken from Ironmouse's vod by Ironmouse herself with her helping Froot deflect any suspicions about her dark past about her ex husband in front of her viewers that Ironmouse addresses vaguely regarding Froot's cheating allegations. This below is said by Ironmouse herself when Froot months ago got criticized by those who hated her real life self as a romantic relationship cheater in her heterosexual male relationship with the person regarding CinnaStix.
Ironmouse Covers Froot's Cheating Situation Up With Fluffy Themed Sugar Coated Words to the VShojo fans in her chatroom. Notice Ironmouse addresses Froot the most in this discussion with Froot's name mentioned several times. Which is proof she has knowledge Froot cheated on her husband for CinnaStix but let's it slide if it helps make her wealthier out of it.
"This weekend I don't know if you saw, VShojo was trending. The amount of ridiculous dumb comments that I read on twitter about VShojo. I literally like my brain was melting at the insanely dumb comments that I read. Some of the worst takes that I seen in my life. Things people claim is fact and think that they know. But is like honey you don't know what your talking about. You don't know. Not worth it? Of course not, you don't engage. Here's the thing, no matter what you say your always going to be wrong. No matter what I say, I can say anything. It will always be wrong. It doesn't matter. So that's why there is not point in ever arguing because they're just gonna spin it around and its gonna be wrong anyway. With that being said I'll have to say is. I love Froot and I think she's great. I think she's great. And I think Froot is great. And I love Froot. But I think Froot is great. Just remember that's always gonna be people that don't like you and no matter what you say they're never gonna like you and that's okay."

VShojo Japan is here!
We have two new members joining the brand new VShojo Japan branch! This was announced at Anime Expo at the VShojo Next Panel with an video featuring:
Kson the tough Yakuza and new angel in town, Amemiya Nazuna!!!
Welcome to VShojo you two! They will be debuting on July 17th, so please look forward to it! (why do I sound like I'm the one who's VShojo promoting them XD)
I actually woke up and saw that Kson had VShojo in her name and I was like....wait. She's a part of Vshojo?!!!! WHEN?!
And then I went through her tweets and understood what happened lol
I also saw a video of when she walked onto the panel in person saying her iconic catchphrase: GOOD MORNING MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!
I smiled like an idiot, it reminded me of a certain person from long ago.....
I saw her lore video while eating breakfast, it was so good! Her story made me smile and then made me a bit sad honestly lol
They look amazing. Nazuna's voice sounds oddly familiar, you can hear it for yourself to see what I mean. Like someone rose from the dead you know?
But I guess we'll have to wait and see!
Twitter:
Kson: @ksononair
Amemiya Nazuna: @AmemiyaNazuna
