once again thinking of how perfect the cobalt empire series would be if it was multi pov per book including them all or at least overlapping timelines like addicted / calloway
#this whole focus on one couple and move along format just doesn’t work for me#because when you do it like that’s it’s either like okay nothing important should ever happen in their lives again or else important things#WILL happen and it feels like it should have been in their pov#like why wasn’t this major life event in their own book why am i hearing about it secondhand from a cousin or sibling#and the epilogues in sulli and luna’s books make it even worse imo#they feel so awkwardly tacked on and loaded w info#moffy and jane didn’t have that and their books ended just fine#i get luna was the end of the like us series but still….#then it felt like her ending wasn’t even paying homage to her and donnelly it was split amongst everyone#mine#cobalt empire series#also it’s just strange to conceptualize that they would all find love one after the other and NEVER at the same time#it’s like these kids are a line of dominoes that moffy pushed over 😭
