🏞️ Our muses to meet at a park

Theo liked the park, for someone who was drawn to chaos and mayhem, his core being was also drawn to certain aspects of nature, like trees and wildlife. For someone as old as he was, there were times he was reminded about the beauty of nature and how he shouldn’t take certain things for granted. Right now he was pretty content walking in the park, the weather wasn’t too sunny which was good as he detested the bright glare of the sun, and the atmosphere in the park was nice. He had some bird seed in his hands and was feeding some ravens, which were chatting away among themselves, eating the food happily. Taking in the fresh air, he brushed his hair out of his eyes and when he was about to turn away he nearly bumped into someone. When he noticed who it was he did a double take.

“Holy-- You’re Thor.” Theo stared at him, he was trying not to but it was Thor, the actual God of Thunder. Blinking, he felt his ears flushing slightly and turned to the ravens. “Uh, these aren’t your Dad’s, are they?” He asked, grinning sheepishly.

The tears streaming down her cheeks weren’t something that she could help. She was hurting. Hurting so much, that she wasn’t paying attention to her surroundings. Hadn’t heard Thor enter the room. 

When she realized that he was there, she quickly jumped up and wiped the tears from her face. “Did you.....did you need something?”

The shopkeeper paused her cleaning and glanced down to see a cat resting at her feet. As much as she needed to clean the windows, she decided paying attention to said creature was far more important. Not to mention far more pleasant. 

“Hello, little one..” She cooed adoringly as she knelt down to rest on her calves in front of them. “It’s a hot day, isn’t it? Would you like some water?” Her cool, pale hand was extended out as a test, not wanting to startle the cat.

Natasha was very much regretting the fact that she had decided to wear white that day. Moments like this where why she, most often, wore black. What with the fact that her shirt was staining more and more by the second and the fact that there were now spots were it was completely see through, she was sighing heavily within her mind. 

Not wanting to have him thinking that she was pissed at him, she gave him a small smile. “It’s fine. It’s my fault thinking that you had seen me and for wearing white in the first place. Don’t even worry about it, Thor.”

     Loki had hoped that the thunderer would successfully fall for his trick, but he never anticipated for it to have been so EASY. The trickster, now back in his usual form, let out a sly laugh at his brother’s reaction. 

     ❝ Because you are an idiot? ❞ The younger suggested, with jest and mirth in his tone. Emerald hues flickered to the wound he had caused — non-lethal, of course, but it probably still hurt the blonde.

Sif looked up at him, a bit surprised that he had said that. 

She had a lot of scars, fought a lot of battles without Thor, and she never resented him for it. These marks on her skin were not negative or positive reminders for her. They were simply a part of who she was, what she had gone through.

Giving him a soft smile, she shook her head and placed a hand on his shoulder. “Thank you, but it is not your fault.” And while she loved to fight side by side with him, she was happy he was not there.

She cared about him too much.
