🦊🤴🏼 🥀”You are like my fox when I first knew him. He was only a fox like a hundred thousand other foxes. But I have made him my friend, and now he is unique in all the world."🥀 It’s been three weeks since I lost the best friend I’ve ever had. Today would have been his 9th birthday. I memorialized him today with @goodisasgooddoes. I have a different Little Prince tattoo on my ribs that I got when Fox first came into my life. I miss him everyday. I didn’t think it would hurt as deeply as it does. In times like this I used to hold my dog and he would nestle his strangely always warm head up against me and I could just hold him and cry. This is one of the most profound losses I have ever felt. It’s really like losing a child. I will be forever grateful for everything my dog taught me and for all the times we had together.
