good afternoon the whole productivity it girl mindset is so poisonous and unattainable no i don’t wake up every day at 6am to do yoga and i never had a to-do list that i actually completed so i eventually stopped making them entirely but i actually enjoy everything i do without making myself like it. i got up at 10am and put on my favorite playlist while doing chores i‘ve been procrastinating doing for a week and then lounged around and eventually went out to meet some friends and had an espresso at 8pm. i had a great time. yesterday i had a picnic with the same people i see every time and it was messy and we ate clementines and drank vodka and it looked nothing like a pinterest picnic. it was perfect. the point is it’s pointless to try to live up to someone’s standards of productivity and aesthetic if you’re forcing yourself to like it just because it‘s healthy or organized or looks nice

#and!!! i’m an unemployed minor with inexplicable fear of asking my parents for money everything i do is on a budget. i wake up everydayand #act as if i’m on a vacation with $5 for coffee and cigarettes and my best friends spotify premium #this was inspired by those annoying tiktoks of people trying to make it seem like they’re lives are perfectly organized and they’re all #their**#of a sudden very mentally stable because of it #i mean good for you !! but i genuinely don’t think that it’s how it works

Whenever i see the words "yellow fever" i think of the korean boy that didnt know what it meant amd genuinely asked if i had yellow fever after i made a face while talking about a coworker hitting on all the asian girls
