#i’m really just mad it took me so long to figure out the answer#their talk of chloramines confused me and i got bogged down in wayy to complex science#the r/chch threads on water chlorination is like the perfect example of how basic science can be misconstrued to suit a political agenda#but like in the most basic and stupidest of ways#it’s just people wanting to argue chlorination good and chlorination bad and grasping at any reason for that to be true#and admittedly i’m a little guilty of it but i at least could identify that the science they were touting just wasn’t aligning with reality#and didn’t have enough behind it to back it up#ughhhh what a waste of time. but learning is so fun. i’m torn on this overall experience#rambling in tags sorry#my post
