Levi was possibly one of the most clumsy people in the house, and adding alcohol to the equation. So, when he was trusted to carry a tray of snacks from the kitchen to a table, even he knew it was a mistake. The sound of the doorknob turning and the door opening made an irritated sigh leave Lexi’s lips. “If you were looking for the bathroom you’ve got the wrong door,” she declared, not even bothering to look up. The young woman hoped her statement was enough to make them leave. She had left the night’s festivities and returned to the comfort of her own room for a reason.

You’ve been studying so hard all day, I figured you needed a little distraction from all that studying,” Abbey smiled lightly as she sat down next to the other. “So what do you say, we go to the nice little place down the street to get something to eat and drink? You deserve a little treat.”
