It was supposed to be simple!

The Orb (@utmconservator) neglected to mention its notes were BLOG ORIGIN sourced. How in stars name am I supposed to make a complete list of our top favorite Sans and AUs if I can't even access all of the links?

In fact, I can't even access the stars damn ARCHIVE! It would be one thing if they changed the blog's name. It's a pain but I could find a couple blogs old enough to have reblogged the original and I'd be right as rain, annoyed, but right as rain.

It got porn banned. I didn't even know this blog did that (not that I mind). So now if The Orb and I want to ensure it doesn't get taken down in a future ban, The Orb must MANUALLY come through YEARS worth of not only reblogs but also of fanart (Undertale and not).

It took The Orb a fudging WEEK along just to archive and link chain Horrortale . THAT archive was intact. Meaning, I can go through a reasonably fast process of grabbing a bunch of links, even linking them together if need be.

A Porn Blog Banned archive on the other hand is an entirely different story. To put it in perspective, The Orb hasn't finished archiving our last porn-banned blog (nsfw content @/amortemkun). Granted, it's 2 different stories with about 200 pages total but STILL!!!! It shouldn't take this long!

Visitors, you are not aware of how badly I need to archive Vampireverse. Since I was a wee babe of [redacted] I've in fandom. My earliest works, which shall remain in my closet, mostly revolved around Nightmare, Dream and vampireverse. In fact, I do believe it was my 6th or 7th fanfic ever. So of course I insisted that The Orb make it part of the archive.

But now... with the state of thegreatrogue's blog... I highly doubt that The Orb will get around to it anytime soon. Last time I mentioned it, It told me to go link chain Streettale. TvT It can be so mean.

one of the most heartbreaking victims of anti culture (for me personally) is thegreatrogue, aka the creator of the babtqftim comic and a lot of undertale comics as well if i’m not mistaken. babtqftim was the biggest influence on my art style that i had growing up and it was my biggest inspiration for art and writing. i loved indie games when i was about 11 or 12 and babtqftim was like a huge mashup of everything i loved and i loved thegreatrogue’s art style and i literally would spend hours tracing her art trying to make mine look as close to hers as possible. you might notice if you google thegreatrogue and look for her drawings of bendy and then look at my doodles of gregoriah that the shape of the horns is very similar (very angular and kinda blocky)- yeah that’s all her influence. point is she was my biggest inspiration but she hardly posts now and when she does you’re given comments from people saying “i know what you did” and “friendly reminder!!! this person drew cp and rape” SHUT THE FUCK UP !!!!!!!! nothing she ever drew was harmful to anybody in any way. she made a rape joke and her stories include shit like abuse and suicide. who gives a shit. fucking scroll away, there’s this button on the upper screen of your computer on the left and if you hover over it it should say “back” or “previous”- if you press that button all that bad scary stuff you don’t like goes away 🤯 thegreatrogue isn’t my favorite artist by any means and i’ve definitely grown out of her comics but it doesn’t feel good at all to see your biggest childhood influence become a victim of purity standards when she wasn’t even hugely popular to begin with and has caused zero real world harm. antis fucking love smear campaigns, they’d rather see an artist who draws scawy stuff become a legitimate pedophile than give them the benefit of the doubt that they’re a good person, they just draw shit that’s out of pocket sometimes. it’s sickening

Guide: I am aware their username was tehgreatrogueblog or something of the like but I'll correct my mistake later.

They were hit by the p*rn ban back in the day. Sadly, about 60 of Being X's links are made useless. At one point, I believe The Orb salvaged some of thegreatrogue's work but it took so long going through all the reblogs it was scrapped.

They did have some horny content but most of it was very cutesy.

For example, their blog featured a short series of wolf cross. They had Afterdeath, ErrorFresh, ErrorInk, High School AUs too.

Though, the Museum's favorite is their Vampireverse series that featured: Encre (alt Ink), Jasper (alt Paper Jam), Suave (alt Fresh), Fallacy (alt Error), Azure (alt Blue), and some version of Underfell Sans who name started with an R like Rufus but I can't remember for sure. It was set an in a medieval AU where Fallacy was the Lord of a castle with his child Paperjam, Suave (butler) and house staff (alt Frisk, Chara, misc monsters). All of the staff except for Suave were vampires while Encre was a painter, Azure a member of the guard, and Rufus a blacksmith.

Most of the comic revolved around shipping Encre x Fallacy or Suave x Jasper. I believe I remember Fallacy kidnapping Encre sometimes which was fun. There might have been shipping between Azure and Rufus but I can't remember.

Thegreatrogue also had also did some Swap Error and Ink called Eraser and Reboot. We're not sure if that's their own version of the Sanses or if it was based on someone else's.

PaperFresh (Paperjam x Fresh) was their most prominent ship. It was mostly contained to the NAJ au aka "nerd and jock."

It involved a mixture of kissing, high school style couples courting, comfort/hurt, lots of flirting and with a healthy dose of memes mixed in.

Problems with PJ's Daycare.

Going along with "Undetale Peasant"'s comic dub, I will be addressing these problems from beginning, to end.

Fresh saying he'd marry PJ when he was older; It would be so awkward being HOW MUCH older than Fresh, knowing him as a toddler would be awkward... wouldn't it? Plus, by the time they'd "marry", PJ would be in his 60's, probably. Someone gave the idea of them marrying immediately and Fresh starts demanding to do it. (OOC) People supporting the above ^. Ink is MAJOR OOC. Seriously... "Suddenly grows up to be an adult". -_- PJ LITERALLY SAYS THAT ANONS ARE ENCOURAGING IT- PEOPLE LIGET PROTECTING FRESH ABOUT HIM CRYING ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO MARRY NOT ONLY HIS NEPHEW BUT HIS FUCKING BABYSITTER AND AN ADULLLLLT- Fresh is also VERY OOC, as well as PJ. Story of Void Beatz

 Void is Half Human, Half Skeleton. They don’t have a definitive gender, as they can switch it at any time. Their sibling, Ray, and their mother are both dead. Their mother died at birth, and Ray passed at 16 years of a chronic body condition. Their father, Berserker! Gaster is currently MIA. They are also related to Geno (uncle) and Goth (Older Cousin). They’ve been missing for several years due to their father chasing them for their insurance money. Also, they were in the Underfell AU, at war.

mARTch, Week 1: Meet the Artist, Day 3: Inspirations

Okay, today's gonna be a text-post because I'm not sure how to format it in an art piece.

If you hadn't noticed, I'm very much into both Undertale and Your Boyfriend (I've said it before and I'll say it again, Minors DNI with the fandom and/or game, it's strictly 18+ with its NSFW and horror themes. Don't care if you "can handle it," just. Don't, thanks, for your own good).

Like, a lot. Undertale's been my ultimate hyperfixation since I was 13; about a year after it was released, in fact, so I've seen a lot of the fandom's growth, decline, then growth again when Deltarune was released. Your Boyfriend is understandably newer (I only turned 18 last October, and couldn't interact with the fandom when I first found it because I was a month early, but I miraculously remembered when the time came), and, heck, it could fade at any point. But both media have helped with my artstyle a ton.

I'll talk about Undertale's influences on my art first, since it came first.

I first found Undertale through Aphmau back in the Summer of 2016 (yawn, Aphmau, I know, I was that kid), but it wasn't until the end of the year where it properly kicked off. I watched a couple lets plays after remembering it in passing, and I was hooked. Undertale's the reason I wanted to draw digitally, mostly for the spriting aspect. It also affected my art in a non-visual way; its writing and plot has honestly encouraged me to pick up a pen or pencil and just write the most out of anything. I wanted to make a game because of Undertale, a project that I admittedly made no progress on, but I often find myself blowing the cobwebs off of it and updating with new lore and the like every so often.

Then, I found the fandom, which is admittedly the biggest part of why I've stayed so long.

I was a sans fangirl. I'll hold my hands up and say it without a lick of shame, because I was a dumb obsessive kid (who admittedly turned into a dumb obsessive adult, but at least I'm now self aware lmao). I will say I wasn't as bad as a large majority of the others at the time (I didn't understand the infighting because, cmon, guys, it's a fictional character, you can't claim ownership over him...I wonder if this was an early sign of my polyamory but probably not lmao), but it was...Something that happened.

That honestly didn't last long because after that I found the AUs and, yeah, I simped over Ink and Error for a while (albeit a very fanon version of them but it was 2017, everyone wrote them like that), realised they were cute together and voila, Sans x Sans shipping happened. I mention this not because it's a curse I can't rid of myself (which it is, don't get me wrong, but it's an enjoyable one), but it's crucial because:

As soon as I found Errink, almost immediately after I found TheGreatRogue. Yeah, that Rogue.

Their artstyle, and I hate to say it, completely shaped my own, even if it was Very Bad in comparison. This was before NaJ AU was a thing and a lot of their problematic content was a thing, but it was around the time Vampverse was being conceptualised iirc??

Basically, I slowly amalgamated Rogue's art style into my own.

Then it evolved into other creators' art styles being mimicked in my own. Tiny_Inky_Sans on Instagram and Comyet come to mind, the latter being especially influential when Ink's redesign came about. And I guess over time it's evolved into my own thing?

And, ok, it's important to note that I'm a huge anime fan (this is important!), because that used to influence my style a lot. Heck, it probably still does, hair wise. But I used to draw human characters with HUGE anime/manga eyes. Hell, have an example from last year!

It's not terrible, but it's not the best either. There's worse of mine out there.

But here's where Your Boyfriend comes into play.

So, here's the scene. It's August. I'd just finished Yoosung's route on Mystic Messenger earlier in the week and, because I don't have enough of the in game currency to do his post-game story, I feel kinda empty inside. I'd play Pokemon but I'd just end up beating the League again and feeling worse, because I hate when I finish a piece of media I enjoy. So, I go onto YouTube, hopefully to watch some old Vine compilation.

That's when I stumble upon ManlyBadassHero's latest upload: a playthrough of the first Day of some dating game, which probably has horror elements because that's MBH's thing idk. Bored, with nothing else to do, I decide to check it out, because the name of the game rings a bell (I accidentally reblogged a piece of art to Mul71v3r53 earlier in the year without knowing what it was).

And oh boy.

I was hooked again.

I checked some stuff out online after the video was over, and to my dismay it's strictly 18+. That was understandable, it's obvious from the get go that the antagonist is creepy. So I waited a couple months, hoping my memory would be ok, and surprisingly it was for once.

And so, I did more digging into the fandom and the rest is history.

As I said yesterday, it did inadvertently remove ears from all my drawings, but ears are overrated (floating earrings are funny to draw lmao)

PJ is obviously a lot younger than Fresh. No 24/yo acts like a fucking 4 year old.

They were NEVER called out about any of this. NONE of it. Even when the rape popped up, no one complained or said a thing.

Ink is portrayed as the bad guy for not letting PJ and Fresh near each other.

There are comics of Ink not being in the mood, but Error does certain stuff to Ink to make him submit despite his protests.

There was literally a moment where Fresh and Error are told they’re brothers. Which makes PJ and Fresh related.

If we’re the generation that is supposed to change this world, why do we let this shit slip by? We can’t praise this person just because they have good art, they need to be held accountable for doing this shit. 

TL;DR: PJ is obviously a lot younger than Fresh, none of the rape or pedophilia was ever called out on them, Ink is "the bad guy" because he wont let his child be with an adult, non-consenual comics, and incest.
