I think Sherlock was lying about how he did it. I liked the version where he kissed Molly better that seemed really cool

the Sherlolly kiss was indeed awesome!  But that theory was Anderson trying to explain how he thought Sherlock died.  I think the version he told Anderson was closest to the truth.  Though, there is speculation that Sherlock just made up that story to stop Anderson from his obesssion...
