Pearl belonged to White Diamond

So @theemeraldterror and I were talking about the Diamonds and each of their pearls and Emerald was trying to figure out who Pearl may have belonged to before the war. We were discussing the placement of the gems on each of the diamonds and pearls bodies, and found a possible lead: that the pearls each have the same gem placement as their corresponding diamond. 

Yellow Diamond has her gem placed on her chest, which corresponds with Yellow Pearls:

Blue Diamond also has her gem on her chest, as well as Blue Pearls:

Lastly, after checking the paintings of the diamonds previously depicted, we found that White Diamond has her gem on her forehead, like our Pearl, which leads u to believe that Pearl had belonged to White Diamond:

Even if this may seem far-reaching, remember that Rose Quartz had worked for Pink Diamond before, probably as a powerful or high-ranking being, and also had the corresponding belly gem:

And lastly, during flashbacks in “The Answer”, we were also able to pick up on the fact that Pearl looked significantly paler the past than before - especially when taking into account the fact that all gems in this flashback were heavily colored towards the color of their gems. For example, Rose looked especially pink - skin and all - meanwhile, Pearl looked especially pale and white.

Have you end up deleting some fics from your blog? I used to go through the Xillia stuff on your blog all the time because I loved your writing as soon as I found it after finishing the game the first time. I'm well into my third play-through now and wanted to find some of the old works i loved but they're just showing up as errors? Help??

Ah, yeah---sorry. It was nothing personal against those fics, but rather, I purged my blog of everything prior to 2015, and since I had written the Xillia fics prior to 2015, they ended up getting mass deleted as well. I’m really sorry about that, but I’m thankful and grateful that you enjoyed my writing.

That said, I did save the fics and I plan to re-upload them on either FFN or AO3 at some point. I’ll make a post here when I do. :) Thanks again for your interest, and I’m sorry I couldn’t give you a better answer, but I really do appreciate that you enjoyed my writing.

Super random ask, but I’ve recently been replaying Tales of Xillia, and remember how much I loved reading your fics/drabbles for some of my ships back in the day when I first played the game! I was wondering if you had an Ao3 or FF.N account I could read any of them on since they aren’t on your tumblr anymore? Hope you’re doing well!

I do have an AO3 and FFN account respectively, but none of my Tales of Xillia fics have been posted to either account. I still have four posted on this account (go to my fic page and click “Tales of Xillia” to see them), but no others posted anywhere online. I still have them, but I wrote them so long ago that their quality isn’t really up to my standard anymore. I’m sorry! Hopefully you can enjoy the few that remain all the same.
