Z E N • The vibe I am going for at all times. . + a few post kundalini, spring equinox & pre full moon thoughts 〰️ . As we prepare to welcome aries season, the spring equinox (!!!) & a full moon tomorrow, I have been thinking a lot about what it means to truly T R U S T in this journey. To release limiting beliefs in the way things “should” be and instead use our time to more deeply understand ourselves and live from a place of owning that uniqueness. . We have access to so many incredible tools to support the journey of cultivating inner awareness. Over the past year, a few of the most profound shifts for me have come from understanding & living as a projector [ my human design ], diving deeper into my kundalini practice and utilizing my clearing space system so that I can show up in a way that feels truly in alignment with who I came to this Earth to be [ this includes a lot more ease and the space to dream ]. . I am continuing to embrace the feminine energy and shed old ways of thinking that everything has to be go go go all the time. I am creating, healing and connecting in a way that feels in the flow, riding the emotional waves and finding peace in the stillness. . EARTH DAY • BIRTH DAY 〰️ Today I’m celebrating another trip around the sun with deep gratitude. For this life, for my health, for this community, and for feeling more in my purpose than I ever thought possible. This year will be 10 years since I received a bone marrow transplant that saved my life, 4 years since I went into the emergency room three times and was diagnosed with ramsay hunt syndrome, experiencing partial facial paralysis that would turn my world upside down, and 2 years since I discovered my gift for sharing the Akashic Records.
