Today I'm feeling super tired and I'm seeking emotional support for my fatigue and feelings of being overworked as a result from my lack of sleep. My emotions are skyrocketing and I want to avoid a magnitude of stress that is starting to build up. I will take two drops in my hand and cup over my face to inhale. Literally, I am rewiring my response! This is the power of aroma. Emotional wellness takes time and I'm willing to make the effort to try something new everyday. I am learning more and more about essential oils and wellness... natural solutions and this is inspiring.
