Throwback to Katsucon which feels forever far away and also like wasn’t that only just last week? I’m so glad we redid the Ahsoka pants this time around. The leggings we were using before just didn’t like the diamond shaped felt we had attached to them and folded and bent weirdly while moving. The crocheted ones did soooooo much better! And the ponchos were mostly for the freezing cold weather outside but they really weren’t bad costume pieces either. It really made me want to start working on more Star Wars cosplays too! . Who’s a really great Star Wars character? From any universe / media? Funny story; we actually had our other lightsabers earlier in the day but we were having trouble finding the weapons check and none of the staff we stopped to ask knew either so when we went back to my car to fix up the Ahsoka makeup we just swapped out for the crocheted lightsabers. . We did later stumble across the weapons check, like an elusive cryptid coming out when the cameras are off. . I am still so happy with the color I got Mariko’s Ahsoka face paint. It matches the super bright armsocks so well (and it only took me like 12 different paints and over a year of practice 😂) . Enjoy a fun picture of a costest I have of Nahdar Vebb back when he was an apprentice to Kit Fisto. I love Nahdar a lot but he only got one episode in clone wars but the second he was introduced I was like he’s my son I love him! . But then he only had that one episode which was sad but I still really wanted to cosplay him one day.
