They say necessity is the mother of invention and as the world is moving towards healthy eating options, the cheese laden delicacy like pizza is getting a makeover too. @pizzaexpressin has come out of a #goodmoodfood that features healthier versions of Pizzas, pastas and the goodies. Was quite impressed with the Asparagus and Broccoli pesto pizza with mozzarella cheese. Thin (but not water thin) crust, ooozing cheese - a mix of cheddar and Mozzarella. Veggies added judiciously not to take away from the flavours and a base sauce that tasted fresh as fresh could be.
