I made this awhile ago, and Youtube wouldn’t let me upload it. It is already on Tiktok, but it is my favorite video of all the ones I’ve ever made. I think it comes off as kind of Disney-movie-like, and I mean, it’s ‘Good Omens’ paired with ‘The Boy from Oz’! Im not a fan of many musicals, but I do love that one. Anyway, I think this video is great and I’ve had people tell me likewise, so I’ll just repost it here for you all to watch if you like.

Musical Monday

Good evening! This week’s Musical Monday takes us to a year of major upset where the Tonys are concerned. Avenue Q took home the major prizes, including Best Musical, leaving three other shows in its dust. This week’s highlight, though had a star making his Broadway debut in the leading role, couldn’t muster up enough pizzazz and votes to overtake the puppet sex and hilarious racism. Let’s take a gander at one of 2004′s Best Musical nominees!

Fun Fact: In addition to Hugh Jackman making his Broadway debut in this show, The Boy From Oz also featured Stepahnie J. Block (Liza Minnelli), Isabel Keating (Judy Garland), Beth Fowler (Marion Woolnough), and Jarrod Emick (Greg Connell)

The Boy From Oz (inkystars): Final Thoughts

This fic was everything I could have wanted and more. I laughed, I cried, I yelled, I cheered. The author is incredibly talented and clearly thought everything through. Being the writing snob that I am, there were a few small incidents where I was like "Really? -_-" but they were few and far between. Honestly, it was absolutely spectacular and it was a wonderful journey, and isn't that what fiction is for in the first place? Inkystars, you get a gold star and two thumbs up. I loved it! Can't wait to read the next trilogy!
