When I saw this on a meme, ya girl was TRIGGEREDTTT.

But what more signs do you need to:

Change those bad habits.

Drop those toxic friends.

Practice that skill.

Challenge that weakness.

Develop healthy boundaries.

The list goes on.

Some of us cry out to God asking for Him to intervene, but it be our own selves blocking those blessings because we're not ready for the level He's trying to take us.

We love the thought of being gifted, but we don’t want any type of struggle to experience true growth.

Sis. Comfort ain't cute and your progress is a process. Believe in it.

Just finished reading @glographics's ebook "From Excuses to Excursions" and I have to say I'm so glad I read it while traveling this summer vacation. If you've ever read her blog before, her straight-talk encouragement and bad-assery is the same through every page of this book, an absolute worthwhile read if you're into solo-travel and owning your awesome (@beingtricia's mantra 🙌). I found myself highlighting gems/tidbits of reflection on life and tips for getting off the ground (literally) and around the world. This book was a @girlslovetravel book club pick this year, and school-year me couldn't devote the attention this book truly deserved. THANK YOU @glographics for such an empowering (and well organized 👏) book for travelers and other intrepid souls and for helping me get my mind into gear on some hard-core prioritizing I'm long overdo for. #highlyrecommended @thoughtcatalog's author bio for more context: "Whether you’re into travel or not, she wants you to finally take on your thing. Take Over Thursday Featuring @glographics | French Riviera After an unforgettable and crazy journey of 15 countries in 10 months, all that happiness found its way to my hips and thighs.
