My first Blu-ray review is for the Arrow Video release of 1985's "The Annihilators".

One of the better "vigilantes vs. street gangs" movies of the 80's.

Synopsis:

A squad of soldiers who fought together in Vietnam brought back together again years later when one of their own is brutally murdered while trying to protecthis father’s business from a violent street gang. They're asked to help combat train the residents of that neighborhood terrorized by those street gangs sothey themselves can clean up the streets of those vicious thugs and get rid of them once and for all.

A New World Pictures release starring Christopher Stone ("The Howling", "Cujo"), Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs ("Welcome Back, Kotter"), Andy Wood ("Rambo: First Blood Part II") and Gerrit Graham ("Phantom Of The Paradise", "Parker Lewis Can't Lose").
