I've been thinking about opening up art commissions in the future if folks are interested, but I confess I'm not completely sure what I should have for a pricing scheme, given my skill level.

I do create playlists. Sometimes short, sometimes long, sometimes lyrics-based, sometimes ✨vibes✨. No matter what, I enjoy having music to keep me in the mood of the story when I’m driving or working out or otherwise doing something that prevents me from writing.

I like to imagine Marcille deals with her grief of outliving Falin (her wife) and Laois (her platonic soulmate) by looking for new friends that are just as weird/obsessive as the Touden siblings. Through this process of finding generations of weirdos she starts to notice genetic patterns and similarities to the point that she "discovers" autism. She names it Touden syndrome though.

homemade hair masks for gaz when he comes back from a deployment. especially from dryer places where you know his hair's suffered. aloe vera blended with avocado, egg, honey, and olive oil to help with moisture and protein. maybe a little bit of xantham gum to thicken it up if you want. sitting him down on one of your yoga mats, an old bleached towel on his shoulders as he leans his cheek on your inner thigh while you apply the mask straight to his hair while he watches tv, his shoulders relaxing the longer your fingers work through his hair. eyes fluttering softly as he tries to stay awake at the soft, delicate movements that he only ever receives at home.

43. If you take/write prompts: what’s your favorite prompt fic that you’ve written?

Thank you so much for asking, @the-lady-general! 💕

I love, love, love prompts. I am not an artist, only a writer, so prompts are one of the few ways I can give a gift to fandom friends, fandom strangers, fandom seems-nice-so-why-not people, etc. So I like prompt requests, prompt lists, prompt … anything really. (I may or may not write a particular prompt, but I love to see it!)

With that said, every prompted fic I’ve written is close to my heart. However, The Week is a prompt fic that came from another prompt fic, which makes it a double prompt fic and therefore some sort of prompt nirvana. Also, the story let me examine concepts I care a lot about including old love, racism, mutual care, and individuality within love.

(Note: The Week is a Pikeuna one-shot set just after the Federation-Klingon War, which I wrote not knowing this season would delve more into the war. So that’s … neat?)
