Being an inniter now feels like swimming in sand
Like yeah, we are many but many of us are silent
So have some Tommy pos because god we need that, people have hated on him again or saying he doesn’t deserve streamer award
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Tommy is one of the fastest and steadily growing YouTube. You cannot deny it. He is a face of the Minecraft community that appeared and also stocked. It’s easy to fall off and he managed to stay which first of all is actually pretty hard to do and second he looks that he uploads stuff as often as he can. YouTube is hard, especially when the algorithm can kick you out so easily. So when tommy really started doing his thumbnails and titles and all the other stuff he talked to his friends about. He helped shaping the comedy Minecraft aspect
2. Oh my god his twitch, there is something I hate seeing and that is people saying he doesn’t deserve the streamer award for best Minecraft streamer. Like okay, if you assume that without knowing him, sure, you could say that, but all the people who know and hate him do know he has 2 world record for being most followed Minecraft streamer and having the most views in a minecraft stream
3. His friend group and community is massive, what you can see on streams is on how often he checks if his friends come on or who gets on. In MCC he, while doing his bits is an amazing support player with pvp skills. He seemed to be always ready to help friends and colleagues with questions and just genuinely being nice (seeing ponk saying he always tries and answers it quickly or Niki saying how tommy was one of her earliest supporters when she was introduced or Wilbur saying how tommy helped him). He also respects his community and their pronounces and sexuality’s being open to all people
4. Something you see him making fun of is his modesty or kindness, but if you look at @/businessbois here on tumblr and look at their compilations of people saying good things about him you can find a lot. And i mean a lot by all kinds of people. He is kind to his fans and true to his friends, he supports them so much and pretty much is a hype boi. He hyped up their music or just says good morning to people. He cherishes what he gets from his fans and hopes we like his content. He respects Stan’s and tries to not have any srerious drama.
5. His commitment is something to be astound over. If someone asks him to play a villainous role or he sees people not wanting to do it, he springs in to do so himself, seeing his role in slimecicles 100 hardcore days with apocalypse, where he plays the evil and corrupted and one and SMPEarth where phil, techno and Pete said how he was ready for content making, despite him getting an earlie bad rep of some mean fans. He is ready to help or accept the role when someone asks him too
6. Work effort doesn’t even need to be said. he works on different adventure vlogs, Minecraft content, streaming, collapse and already living alone. 2 big channels with (heavy recording sessions) also streaming different things (Minecraft foremost) with an audience that can range from 70.000 to 200.000 (when lore streams come again or big streams in general)
7. Dream smp is an alone standing section because what tommy has done there is so important. Being the ninth member and just bringing his own people in (his friend group which was vastly different to the time with dreams friend group) you know dream hasn’t had known tubbo, jack, quackity or Niki at the time. (Wilbur is hard because he was rather big already and we don’t know if Dream had plans to ask him). Tommy built up the community with others and the server grew and grew. Now it’s one of the coolest things seeing the mixed groups of people hang out in the server
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yeah, he isn’t the best human or the kindest or so, but he is one of the (if not the) most hardworking people I see. He doesn’t have a giant community or the most money but I be damned if i don’t say he’s the 1000 % most funniest YouTuber/streamer/blogger I’ve ever seen. he deserves respect
Add some of your own thoughts or points! We’re not negative here!

I'm way too late to the party. But as they say, it's better late than never.
How did you discover 9-1-1?
Pornhub YouTube. You know when people smoke or do some weird awkward stuff routine after sex for buff, I just browse YouTube to prevent myself from throwing up from my fake moans prior. I have no idea why a 9-1-1 video was recommended to me but when I saw Peter Krause's face in the thumbnail, and I was like fuck it, round 2. I clicked the video and it was a scene with Buck and an angry Bobby chopping an onion. I was like wow, they can sandwich me anytime. It was a short but good scene, with great acting and dialogue. I have to watch another short video and I got curious so I have to look for its pilot episode and the rest is exhausting history.
So what is your favorite episode?
Pilot episode. If it weren't for a great pilot, I wouldn't be able to continue the next episode.
Who is your favorite Begins ep?
First I must say, all these Begins episodes are dope. They all made me cry AF.
Hen begins was amazing. Aisha Hinds acted the hell out of her hair. Seeing Hen with a dress and a wig was the funniest thing. Her coming out scene in the ambulance telling everyone that they suck to see her as her. Idk about you guys but I got chills.
Chimney begins was I think one of the best for me. Kenneth Choi delivered. He can make us laugh with his one liners all throughout the series or make us cry with his pain. I think I've seen the episode twice. That's how good it is. I'm still curious how he got his nickname though.
Bobby begins again was a confusing episode title for a newbie fan like me. Sorry for my ignorance but I had to look for the Bobby begins 1 until I had my wtf moment. I realized season 1 was technically Bobby (and Buck) begins. Bobby's backstory was heartbreaking. I couldn't imagine my asshole of a boyfriend surviving similar to what Bobby went through.
Athena Begins. Everytime I think about this episode, I think about the song Rise up and the perfect sequence of Young and present Athena. That was UH-MEY-ZZZEEENG! Athena breaking down and how Bobby caught her was so dramatically beautiful. Those scenes only happens on TV. Because in reality, I don't think my man will catch me if I break down because I lost his condoms.
Eddie begins. This was emotional for me because I'm a softie with kids and a kid being trapped 40ft below like how the hell the kid managed to survive that long is beyond me. I cried a few times in this episode. With Eddie battling with his marriage, with his parents and how he wanted to catch up to his son for those lost times. I cried for the kid, for Chris and for Eddie by saving himself from drowning.
Buck Begins. This was epic. I think this is my second favorite Begins. No child deserves to be neglected the way Buck was by his parents. Buck isn't a savior baby. It feels like Buck was born to suffer from emotional and physical pain all his life. Poor Evan hurting himself just to get attention. He did get it the attention but never love. Thanks to Maddie she was always there for him. This begins and 4x04 had me bawling like crazy. Outstanding acting from Oliver and the actress who plays his mom. She pissed the hell out of my pubes, really.
Who is your favorite character?
Bobby. He's the 118's and Michael and Athena's and the kids' emotional stability.
What are you expecting in Season 5?
More steamy love scenes from the couples and more shirtless scenes from Buck, Eddie and Bobby action and less drama. I think we've had enough drama from their begins. The writers should focus more on the dispatchers, firefighters, LAPD team up in one call just like in the pilot where Abby, Buck and Athena teamed up to save the little girl from being kidnapped or whatever else. That was one of the series' best rescues to date. Sadly, that was 4 seasons ago. I hope they do some more action packed stuff.
Who is your favorite couple?
Maddie and Chimney or Madney. Their romantic development was better than Bobby and Athena's sudden date in 1x10. I like their balance as characters.
Maddie was -apart from being neglected by her parents - a victim of abuse, who were teary eyed most of her screen time. Not that I'm complaining but JLH's acting choices are sometimes cringey.
Chimney though he has his own abandonment issues with his father and losing his mom and Kevin, he still finds time to make everyone around him laugh and annoy at the same time especially to his pseudo young brother, Buck.
Are Buck and Eddie gay? Do you think they're going to be a couple?
Sexuality is fluid. Sexual preference is evolving. One day you wake up you want to be fucked by a hot hairy and muscly straight guy and then one day you wake up you want to fuck a butch lesbian. And to be honest I don't know if Buddie is going to be a Canon. Their characters are so connected together as if they're soulmates, so carefully written and so familial/domestic that we didn't see with Athena and Hen, Chimney and Hen, Bobby and Chimney, Bobby and Hen's friendship. I wouldn't mind f they will keep them as just two platonic friends who happens to eye fuck each other platonically every chance they got and raise a kid together for 3 years now.
Last question, is Ravi cute?
Oh fuck me, YES! YES!

do u have any booktuber recs? 😇 i used to watch a lot when i was younger but stopped for a few years so now i would like to get back into it but don't find myself enjoying the ones i used to watch anymore (mostly bc they're so uncritical of everything & blindly stan series/authors, ya know the big names)
omg ofc!!! i love this question so much because booktube are literally the only youtubers i actually watch and enjoy content from!!🌼 and in case u don't like mainstream booktube welcome to my life let me introduce u to the most critical but fun n unique booktubers i know
💘 paperbackdreams she's my absolute fave of all time and i've been watching her videos for years now and i still get so damn excited everytime i get a notification for a new video of her. she makes the absolute best rants and has the most brain cells on youtube yet all of her videos are so damn cute and her energy is so chaotic n fun you just watch all of her videos n just have to smile. her sister and dad sometimes join her for videos and those are just so chaotic and funny too plus kat introduced me to "radio silence" because she fangirls about them for months (and still does until today) and now radios silence is one of my favorite books sooo. she doesn't give books five stars that often but when she does you can count on them to be THE shit. just listen to what she says she has the best taste. here’s my favourite video of her i was just laughing for the whole video straight so y’all have to go n watch it too
💘 caleb joseph he's just my unbothered king. there's just smth about his whole entire attitude and voice whenever he makes fun of books he absolute hates. im telling you know he drags them to hell and back in the absolute funniest way. additionally, he made a video called abuse in books ain't cute y'all ya nasties and he himself tries to write the worst book of all time so yeah... i love him!!!
💘readwithcindy i dunno how to explain this to you but she and caleb have such similar vibes and i just love her so much. the tone of all her videos is so light n fun but she also makes sooo many points, the titles of her videos alone already crack me up + she raises a lot of awareness of racism issues especially in ya books, she's very eloquent a d also reacts to some movies/ tv shows and u can probably tell that i rly love her
💘inquillery victoria is just such a lovely person i've also been following for years and even though she likes a lot of books i personally can't stand her content is super sweet, she always expresses her opinions rly respectfully and she writes songs about books which is how her channel blew up and most of us got to know her. for real check out her songs she's so damn talented
💘 a dash of ash she's just so cute!! just look at the aesthetic of all of her thumbnails for a lil while!!! im by far not as invested in her channel as i am with the other four but I rly enjoy watching her videos once in a while and want to start watching her videos more often now. her videos just make me so happy and imminently make me wanna grab a book amd start reading too!!
💘 cari can read she's pretty new to booktube and i've only watched her rant about the racism in eleanor & park yet but the video was super great, she's super calm and chill but makes a lot of points and she uploaded a video called book inspired baking i wanna watch next so in case u like booktubers who combine books with other stuff like baking or vlogs or smth like that she might be the one for u!!
that's it for now🌼

Sora and Reader, who is a really good friend/sibling figure, start a gaming channel together. What types of games does Sora enjoy playing the most, both in terms of genre and gameplay? And, who of the Guardians are their most avid viewers, and which of them are the most likely to be guests on their show?
oh I love me some youtube aus, I got carried away and sneaked in some modern AU too lol
Sora :
Okay, for real though - Sora just likes videogames in general, so he’s up for trying and playing pretty much anything you suggest - from WiiFit to a hack and slash game to dumb simulators to Death Stranding and everything in between. He is, however, the biggest FF fan around and has a let’s play for every single game of the saga - Sora’s even managed to drag you into it ! A Square Enix and Nintendo fan, but mostly because he grew up with their games (like pretty much everyone at this point).
But also, Sora ADORES text adventures and visual novels, the “choose your own adventure” kind of apps like Fallen Hero:Rebirth or The Arcana - but they really don’t work well in a gaming channel cause it’s exclusively reading, so he simply talks about them in his twitter or insta stories at 4 am.
As his request, you two have begun to make extra videos talking about theories or your opinions and critiques for the games you two finish together. Sora might be known as a cheerful airhead who tries to be positive most of the time, but he’s RUTHLESS when it comes to rating games, specially those from popular companies. Like, the guy really loves games and he really wishes everyone would put passion and effort into them instead of shitting out game after game after game, at the expense of quality. Yes Pokemon, Sora is looking RIGHT at you.
Sora also likes promoting indie games and giving shoutouts to small companies ! Temtem, Boyfriend Dungeon, Pyre, Sayonara Wild Hearts . . . But he ALSO loves picking out the weirdest most obscure shit out there and make you play without explaining a thing. These videos are usually the ones with the most views, specially if we’re talking about scary games. There’s a THOUSAND clips and compilations out there of you two shitting your pants or crying/tearing up because of sad game endings.
You guys are the kind of channel who started for fun and as a hobby, but over the years got increasingly more and more popular - so now you two get invited to cool gaming events. The channel is also kinda old, so you’ve been through pretty much everything. Yes, people have tried stalking you two, made AMVs with Cascada songs about you two, there have been ship wars, conspiracy theories and all the weird shit Youtube can offer.
Kairi and Riku are popular and regular guests, viewers are always begging for you and Sora to let those two become permanent additions to the channel or even have their own little thing - but Kairi isn’t that interested in being known as a gaming youtuber and Riku is happy with showing up every once in a while and help you guys editing videos if needed.
Roxas is also known as the channel’s personal cryptid because the camera recorded him passing behind you two on his way to the kitchen, only to come back with 4 sea salt ice creams in his mouth and 4 more on EACH of his hands. Sora insists on explaining that was his brother, but you like to keep the myth alive by saying that Sora is an only child.
To add more fuel to the fire, people have stopped said cryptid on the street only to find out that they’re talking to Ventus instead of Roxas - so everyone is VERY confused and it’s the funniest shit. But not as funny as the time you guys got Vanitas to replace Sora for a few weeks when he got sick.
Xion and Axel watch your videos often - but neither of them are regular guests like Riku or Kairi. Xion prefers to stay anonymous and off the grid, but Axel LOVES to show up during your livestreams and hog the spotlight for a bit. Namine on the other hand does the art for your thumbnails, sometimes she might have your videos as background noise while she works.
Aqua is aware of what you guys do and even if she doesn’t watch your videos, she still supports you. Terra on the other hand has no fucking clue what’s going on and freaked out when he saw a clip of you and Sora crying at the end of Valiant Hearts around on some Top 10 WatchMojo video.

Chapter 1: Say Goodbye
AO3 link: https://archiveofourown.org/works/24347017/chapters/58709482
It had been a long day, and I was exhausted. It was a day full of stress and annoying people, but it was finally over. After dinner, I popped myself a bowl of popcorn and got cozy in my bed, then took up my laptop and earbuds and settled down for a long YouTube binge-watching session.
I had fallen behind on all of the content from my favorite YouTubers since I was so busy, but I began by pulling up the latest videos from my favorite: Jacksepticeye. There were a lot of videos I hadn’t seen yet, and I was the most interested in his most recent videos. All of the fan blogs on Tumblr had been buzzing with theories and excitement because Jack’s videos had been strange recently. There were occasional glitches in the footage and Jack spoke and acted differently. He was cold, he spoke menacingly, saying mean things and mocking the audience, saying things like, “He can’t see you anymore,” at the end of his videos. Naturally, the fans thought an egopocalypse was afoot, and I was as excited to see some new ego content as anyone else.
The videos I watched were all as everyone described: eerie, glitchy, with Anti making some appearances here and there whenever Jack acted weird or complained about his eyes twitching. What I didn’t expect was how cold and mean Jack was. He always would tease his viewers in his “Meme Time” and “Funniest Home Videos” series’, but it was always playful and never serious. For the first time, he didn’t react to any of the content. He’d watch a funny video or look at a meme, but he wouldn’t laugh. He barely cracked a smile at the ones that made fun of him, but any that made fun of Anti would make him angry and he’d start belittling the viewers. It didn’t seem normal. I knew that Jack probably had some plan and was trying to set something up with that behavior, considering that the glitches were happening more frequently as I went along and watched more videos, but it still was different. There were some things that he said that made me feel uneasy and hurt, but I tried not to take it too seriously. This was Jack, after all.
I had been subscribed to his channel for years, ever since his Undertale playthrough. I liked that game a lot and his playthrough was my favorite, so I explored the rest of his content and found a community in his fanbase that I loved and wanted to be a part of. The main thing I stayed for was Jack, though, because he had a funny way of always uploading a video that was exactly what I needed. Whenever I felt down, he’d be there with a message of encouragement. Whenever I was stressed, he’d always be good for a laugh to release tension. Whenever I was scared, the cheerful optimism in his voice and messages would always comfort me. It was no wonder that there were so many people in the fanbase that suffered from anxiety or depression who would use his videos to cope and cheer themselves up.
I even remember waking from a nightmare in the middle of the night when I had left a playlist running, and the video on at the time was him making a pizza with playdough. Even though he was just talking and being goofy, hearing something familiar was enough to calm me down so I could go back to sleep. I woke up again early that morning to him screaming, “Ding, ding, ding! Top of morning!” at the beginning of a Minecraft video, and I laughed to myself and said, “He even makes sure I don’t oversleep.
I felt like I had known him for years, even though we never met in person. I believed I knew a lot about him, and that if we met in person we could become friends. I was attached to this internet personality that had become a part of my everyday life and always made it a little brighter. That was why this new content made me feel uncomfortable.
I was beginning to get drowsy at around 2 o’clock in the morning. The day’s video was ending, and I was about to wind down for the night and sleep late into the next morning. I started to close the browser when I got another notification on my subscription page. Jack had just uploaded another video. It was weird. I wondered if something bad happened. The thumbnail was just him looking blankly at the camera with no text or effects, and the title was, “What’s a King without His Crown?”
I suddenly found new energy and wasn’t tired anymore. The skin on the back of my neck prickled, and my palms started sweating. Something was wrong. I don’t know how I knew that, I just did. It seemed like an ordinary video, but the timing was strange. The timestamp was a minute and 25 seconds. I told myself that it might have been an automatic upload that got the time wrong, but I still hesitated to play the video.
I clicked on it.
The video loaded.
Jack was sitting at his desk, staring at the camera, and he said nothing for ten seconds. There was a glitch, and he grinned.
“Hello,” he said. “It’s been a long time, hasn’t it? Since you’ve seen me. I’ve been very busy, and I guess you all have been, too. Busy watching. That’s all you do, isn’t it? Watch. You knew I was coming. You all did. But none of you did anything. You could have helped him. You could have stopped me, but all you did was watch to see what happened next. Some of you even rooted for my return. Isn’t that funny? Well, I’m back, and this time things are going to be different.”
He had said those things before. I thought, this is it. This is what everyone was waiting for.
Jack giggled wickedly, and I leaned forward. “You don’t get to watch, this time. We’re going to switch roles, now. This time, you play the games, and I watch. And I hope to get a brand new puppet when it’s all over. It’s going to be so much fun.”
I wondered if this meant he was doing a choose-your-own-adventure style of video series this time, like Markiplier did. I held my breath.
There was a flash, and Jack reappeared, this time with the green, glitchy filter and a cut across his throat. Anti. I felt my shoulders tense. He laughed and reached toward the camera, just like in his first video.
His hand reached closer to the camera, then out of my screen. I yelped and shoved my laptop away from me and watched in horror as Anti crawled out of my laptop and onto my bed like a scene from The Ring. His eyes gleamed with madness. I scrambled, kicking my blankets off, reaching for something on my bedside table to use as a weapon. I grabbed a book and threw it at him, and he batted it out of the air and laughed. I jumped out of bed and made for the door, but Anti grabbed hold of my shirt collar and yanked. I fell backward and he drug me across the bed, toward the laptop. He disappeared into the screen. My face pressed against it, I tried to push away, then the screen gave way and I fell inside.
It was dark, and I could hear Anti’s voice surrounding me as he laughed and sang a strange song. I was falling. I couldn’t stop falling.

MAY
May was in a good mood as she went through her textbook. Jules was over at her house to study. They studied in different schools,  but in the same grade, and coincidentally had the same textbooks. So they would often meet up to study. Geography was considerably less dreary with Jules beside her, the two of them cracking jokes about the districts, making up weird acronyms to remember things.
“Hey, wanna take a break?” Jules’ voice made her look up from her notes, “Feels like we’ve been studying for years”
May nodded, putting down her book and stretching. They were both stretched out next to each other on her bed, having agreed it was much more fun studying here. She could feel his arm on hers, comfortingly familiar.
“Sure,” she replied, “What do you wanna do?” “There anything to eat?”  May chuckled. She loved how they were always on the same page about these things. She had been craving a snack. “With youtube?” she said, already getting up and starting toward the kitchen. “Bet,” he said, right on her heels.
Soon, they were curled up on the couch with bowls of cornflakes, leaning against each other. Jules had propped the iPad on the table in front, so they could eat and watch.
It was nice to be home alone with Jules, May reflected. It was never awkward like it was with others. Everyone else would be painfully polite, asking where the bathroom was, if they could have a drink, even if they could sit down. Not Jules, though. He knew the house like his own and acted like it too. She rarely had to tell him where anything was. And they never seemed to run out of things to do or talk about. There was nothing unappealing when she was doing it with him. She told him everything, and he her. Well, at least until the blue stone.
"What should we watch?" asked Julian, once he'd opened youtube. "I don't really know." "Well, I guess I'll just look through it then?" "Okay."
Jules scrolled through the feed, occasionally stopping with an inquiring look at May. Sometimes he'd laugh at some weird or embarrassing thumbnail that came up. May marvelled at how open she was with him. Anyone else scrolling her youtube feed or going through her stuff would have been terrifying, but this was just Julian. He might tease her in good fun or ask her something embarrassing, but she knew he wouldn't really care. And, surprisingly, neither did she.
They finally chose "Funniest Kid Test Answers". They both did like such videos. They soon had to give up eating, or they would have spewed cornflakes all over each other. They were on one about a math test when Jules sat up.
"Oh that reminds me!" he said excitedly, "In math class the other day..." May reached out to pause the video and listen to him.

Big E.T. in Arlen
Let’s start off with my very first video Big E.T. in Arlen. This video actually predates the Hankster Hillington channel, and was originally posted on a very different channel all the back in October of 2014. It never achieved more than a few hundred views, and when I decided to launch the Hankster Hillington channel a few months later, I reposted the video (along with the truly new Hank’s Waifu and You Only Dale Once), and for most people it was a brand new video. The opening joke of this YTP is simply “What if the opening of King of the Hill was boring?”. Basically, rather than having a time-lapse where many things happen, in this version nothing happens other than Hank, Dale, Bill, and Boomhauer looking all around. Truly, the pinnacle of clever comedy, I know.
Tumblr media
The next joke, and the first proper bit of humor in this YTP begins with Hank exclaiming, “I heard a funny joke the other day.” The idea here is that Hank is reminiscing about the joke he heard, but isn’t going to tell his friends (or the audience) what it was. Really, this scene is just in here to set up the gag of Bill being destroyed by the ball. You think something will happen, but you aren’t sure what, so when Bill goes flying it should come as a big laugh, even if you have seen the real episode before. We see the ball fly past Hank, but it’s on screen for only 3 frames before cutting to Bill getting hit with it. This is quick enough to give the viewer the information they need so that the cut to Bill getting knocked over isn’t abrupt, but still fast enough that it feels instantaneous. Inside we get an assortment of more or less random jokes. We have Bobby lusting over Peggy’s giant breasts, “Warm Bulging Rains”, and Bill being pathetic before getting hit by another ball. There’s not much coherence to any of this. This was well before I started focusing on narrative driven humor, so these things are simply there to be funny without purpose. No more, no less. In the next scene we get our first of many sex jokes. This was well before I was comfortable showing any sort of real nudity in a video, so we have the brightness and coloring turned way down to simulate a dark room instead. It looks visually poor, but I think the dialogue works well despite that - especially  Hank falling asleep instantly after giving up on trying to pleasure Peggy.
Tumblr media
“So what do you do? You just flick it?” The “Little Sister” song sequence that follows is nothing more than an excuse to showcase an underrated song I quite like. If there’s any joke here, it’s the unexpectedness of Bobby having a beautiful singing voice, perhaps juxtaposed against him holding a “black power” type fist pose. The scene of Bobby’s head expanding like a balloon before popping is supposed to be a physical manifestation of his ego. When Dale praises him it blows up, but it’s too much for him to handle and he “explodes” - quite literally. Dale sheds two tears here. Two are for Bobby’s beautiful song, and the third is for the death of Bobby himself. The “Joseph d-u-u-u-u-u-d-e” scene that follows is tantamount to filler. I couldn’t think a funnier follow up scene, so I stuck in this trite of Joseph’s vocals repeating quickly when he tries and is unable to correct himself from calling Peggy “dude”. Peggy’s reaction is supposed to be one of annoyance, and she quickly shuts Joseph without saying anything to him, but the whole scene doesn’t play well, and isn’t that funny. Luckily it’s over quick. The “Warm Buldging Rains” scene was supposed to be a little gag along the lines of, the YTP was bleeding into the actual real episode for a moment, before going back to the way it was. Or to put it another way, Big E.T. in Arlen is an alternate reality of the episode “Of Mice and Little Green Men”, and the other reality was peeking through for a moment. The joke doesn’t quite work however, and the typo doesn’t make it any better.
Tumblr media
The next scene has a joke I really like. A man comes up to Peggy and asks, “Excuse me, is that seat free?”, and Peggy ever-so-slowly moves her purse into position before slamming it down on the empty chair. It’s unfortunate that the animation is so choppy here, because Peggy being a total bitch (and smiling at the pissed off guy) to a random stranger for basically no reason is pretty funny if you ask me. The cutaway to The Simpsons is a joke I would think twice about doing now. It’s funny as hell, but it feels like a bit of a tonal shift. Still, even if I would think twice about it, I would include a scene like it in a future video if I thought it was funny enough.
Tumblr media
“Can you send a 13-year-old flowers?” If you look closely in this scene, you can see that Dale’s pants have some black lines, and a yellow spot on them. Likewise, his shoes have metallic stripes on them as well. The reason for this is because although this Dale was in the perfect pose to put in  this scene, he was partially obscured by some objects above him (he was originally on a mower, I believe) and I simply left those details in and hoped no one would notice. If I were making this video now, I would simply Photoshop those imperfections away, but I was young, naive, and needed the money.  (•﹏•) After a brief scene of more bitch Peggy (Are you as nervous for Bobby as I am?”) we encounter that weird “Taters” scene that I for the life of me don’t recall how I came up with. It’s as bizarre to me as it is to all of you. I think it my thought process was something along the lines of “Wouldn’t it be funny if Peggy took a picture of Bobby, but it came out all real and grotesque”, and “Then the second time it comes out all real and cute”, but I honestly don’t remember for sure. We then come upon the “Go, Joe, Go!” scene, which isn’t really funny at all. The zoomed in Nancy face I thought was hilarious at the time, but now after having worked on so many YTPs and seeing so many off-model KotH characters, it just comes across as ordinary and boring to me.
Tumblr media
So after another groan-worthy “Joe” joke, Dale and Hank get to talking, and Dale admits that Joseph isn’t his sus. This joke probably flew over the heads of most people, but the idea was that Dale calls Joseph his “sus” as a reference to all those older KotH YTPs where everyone would say “sus” and “yay”. Hank doesn’t respond, because he doesn’t understand what Dale means, before Dale corrects himself, by saying “son” instead. Luckily, this is followed up by an always hilarious gasp by Hank as he looks nervously back and forth, with Dale then stating, “Well, I didn’t impregnate Nancy’s pussy. So who did?” The word “pussy” fits so well into that sentence, you’ll almost wonder why it was never there to begin with. Okay, maybe not, but it feels more natural than having a character say “cock” out of nowhere like in some older YTPs. Anyway, the whole point of this scene is to imply (correctly) that Hank had an affair with Nancy and is in fact Joseph's father. Hank pulls the word “spacemen” out of his ass to try and cover his tracks, and Dale ignorantly believes him. Yet somehow Hank is completely right. Joseph is an alien, and he attacks Dale when confronted about this. Personally, I always like to think of Joseph lifting Dale up and breaking his back Bane / Batman style, but you can interpret it however you like. Next is a Big Wolf on Campus parody. I use the term “parody” lightly, as it’s basically just the theme song set to a bunch of clips from King of the Hill. It’s not a parody; it’s an AMV. You wouldn’t be surprised to see Vegeta powering up to Linkin Park at this point. To make matters worse, I didn’t have many episodes to work with at the time, so the clips in the sequence are all mostly from the same episode. It’s boring as hell in my opinion. I’ve never even seen Big Wolf, I just like the song. But unlike the earlier Rufus Wainwright tune, I feel this song was a mistake to include. The only positive that came out of it was Joseph’s scream at the end as he pops up in front of the title card, which I liked enough to keep as the thumbnail.

Some music from South Park plays as Hank enters the hospital. There’s this weird little scene where Hank talks with the receptionist that goes absolutely nowhere. You would be right to assume she’s talking with Dale, based on what happens in the next scene, but considering Dale is on his deathbed, I doubt he has the strength to even use the phone. Dale admits to knowing about Hank’s infidelity, and Hank apologizes before he dies. Hank then oddly smiles and walks away silently upon seeing his best friend die. This isn’t a joke. I just forget to add in footsteps and the sound of the door closing. I probably should’ve edited his face too to make him look more glum about this whole thing. But it turns out that Dale Winchester isn’t actually dead, but is now a demon! We see an extended sequence of fan girls reacting to the Gribble heartthrob dying and being resurrected as an agent of darkness. Personally, I think the whole thing goes on a little too long, but it was hard to trim it down, as it’s all buildup to the final scene where the two girls majorly overreact to Dale’s death. Funny enough, the girl from that finale clip actaully found out about this YouTube Poop and approved of her appearance in it. Who’da thunk it. (If you haven’t figured it out, those are actually reactions to the Supernatural season 9 finale, but with Dale taking the place of Dean who died and became a demon.)
Tumblr media
“I don’t like this show anymore.” Dale uses his newfound second chance at life to live out his best Charles Whitman, in probably one of the funniest scenes in the episode. He blows off Bill’s head mid-sentence leaving a peeved Peggy on the other line to ponder Bill’s rudeness in hanging up on her. There aren’t any jokes in this scene. It’s just an excuse for Dale to be badass as he takes on the police and everyone in town. And honestly, I wouldn’t cut it for the world. I love this scene. It’s followed by a weird little snip of one of the Gun Club members saying “The police aren’t trained for this”, followed by them leaving, which seems like it’s going to set up another scene. I wish I could say that I put it in as a red herring so the ending would come as a surprise, but I actually forgot I had it in there, and didn’t remember to resolve the Gun Club subplot. Not that there was any story there to begin with. We then get a scene of Dale killing an unseen hostage (I probably should’ve put her body in a later scene), followed by the police shooting knockout gas at him. Cue shocked reactions from the cast. The idea here was that this would be a Dragon Ball Z-esque moment where all the characters are speechless by Dale’s new form, in which he’s able to withstand the police’s most toxic fumes, and they’re forced to think what they’re feeling instead of stating them aloud. It’s all very silly, but I feel like it works.
Tumblr media
“The Dale we knew no longer exists.” Another funny little note... In the scene where the gas canister is shot into the tower, you can see Dale talking to someone, but we can’t hear his words. Perhaps he’s talking to the demon inhabiting his body? Perhaps he’s truly gone crazy? Or perhaps I simply forgot to put dialogue in that scene. It’s up to interpretation, and I think scholars will be debating it for years to come. In the finale, we get Hank slide-whistling his way up to try and talk Dale down. The scene takes itself fairly seriously, which is completely intentional. If there’s even a core of real emotion in this, it’s in this brief moment where the music kicks in, and Hank admits to his wrongdoings. It’s all set up to contrast what comes next. Curiosity gets the best ol’ Robert Hill, and in the ensuing struggle, the gun discharges shooting Hank, and causing him to fall to his death.
Tumblr media
Hank’s dead. The end. We don’t get a resolution to the story. Much like life, it simply ends when it ends. I actually play (almost) the entire credits sequence set to  Blue Öyster Cult’s 1976 hit song “Don’t Fear the Reaper” to try to give it the feel like you were watching an actual episode of the show. This includes showing the production cards and 20th Century Fox logo with even a voice-over at the end of Bobby saying “Taters” and Joseph screaming his alien scream to mimic the actual show replaying a quote from the episode at the end. Honestly, I feel now that no one will actually watch the entire credits to the end, and most people will jump to another video or exit, so after this I shorted the credits when I used them before doing away with the idea completely (only bringing it back one last time for Metal Dale.) And that’s it. The first video that kicked off the Hankster Hilington channel you all know and love today. Ye-ep.

christine canigula headcanons (bmc) and there’s some other people too
-Christine learned the song “I Could Be Jewish For You” and while they were dating she sang it to Jeremy and it was a whole thing that EVERYBODY was laughing about cus Michael taped it on his phone
-Christine like legit still has a Neopets, she was talking about it with Jeremy and Michael and Michael was like “WHOA I HAVE ONE TOO STILL” and then they bond over Neopets; like they play Hasee Bounce together and Yooyuball too when it’s Altador Cup season and it gets to a point where Jeremy’s just like “okay, she’s the new player 2, i get it, let’s stop pretending”
-She tries to save up Neopoints for stuff like a Lab Ray or a really cool paint brush but then she can’t control her impulse purchases PLUS she has to buy food for her Neopets and it MIGHT AS WELL be expensive food and also it just takes so LONG to save for stuff like that
-The Wheel of Monotony (it takes like 3 or 4 or whatever hours to spin) is her worst nightmare, like she did it once and then she was like “oh… that’s why it has that name” and then never did it again
-Her favorite land is Brightvale and she loves getting her Neopets fruit from Brightvale’s Fruits, second favorite is Meridell
-Every time she gets into a new musical (it’s often) she bets Jeremy 5 bucks that she can memorize it in less than a week, and she’s only lost that bet twice
-The way she does that, though, is she plays it constantly, like maybe 5 soundtracks a day and she gets SO MANY SONGS STUCK IN HER HEAD IT KINDA AFFECTS HER SLEEP but it’s kinda worth it but kinda NOT; when she finally tells Jeremy about that he’s like “okay no more bets for a while… you need a day listening to no music” and she’s like “noooooo” really dramatically but then listens to him
-She has like 6 different lip gloss/chapstick/lip balm stuff and sometimes when she’s bored she just cakes it on without even thinking if she’s just staring into space and then she’s like “oh. oh no”
-One time Jenna made this totally shitpost youtube series called “what’s it like to date jeremy heere” and so she basically asks brooke and christine questions about shit like that and it’s totally silly; one episode she gets michael to be a special guest without jeremy’s permission and michael gets all flustered and shit; chloe is a special guest once and she’s like “for some reason i wanted to date him… i mean he’s great, i was just being insanely jealous, sorry brooke!!!”; rich and jake are sometimes co-anchors and they just come up with the funniest questions and a few times jenna basically dropped the camera because she was laughing so hard (i don’t know what the questions would be, i’ve come up with this much it’s enough) and then she’s like “oh shit i just dropped the- um, sorry, technical difficulties- I DON’T GET PAID ENOUGH FOR THIS” and then laughing more; plus the thumbnail (that’s the right term right???) is also some shitpost meme cus Jenna is a memer down to her soul
-christine and rich once spent a half hour doing math to figure out if the moon could fit in the pacific ocean (yeah i did this and the answer is you can dip the moon in the pacific and it won’t touch land, but the ocean is NOWHERE NEAR deep enough to fit the moon, like NOWHERE NEAR ENOUGH)
-christine and jake can do an acapella version of the bill nye theme song and they gladly perform it often
-in 5th grade chloe memorized the elements song by tom lehrer (it’s so fun to sing but very hard to learn, i stumble on half of them too ha ha) and everybody is always so surprised when she tells people and even more surprised when she actually does it
-michael learned like 9 digits of pi in elementary school before it was Cool to do that and in middle school everybody started knowing a whole lot more and he was like “wait wtf” (true story)
-when brooke doesn’t have a scarf on everyone in the room collectively gasps
-it’s always such a big deal when jake’s not wearing his jacket everybody’s all like “OMG jake has arms!!!!!” (this isn’t just a thing people at my school do right??) and same thing if he’s wearing shorts instead of jeans
-this is from that one post which had the squip gang doing heathers for a play, so like christine was confirmed to play j.d. so i think her “freeze your brain” and “meant to be yours” would honestly be so amazing
-she likes to come up with really weird emoticons, including :S (the fangirl emoticon) and yep i really did that WAIT IT’S REALLY A “CONFUSED EMOTICON” NOPE IT’S THE FANGIRL EMOTICON I DON’T GIVE ANY FUCKS
