This whole scene with Allen talking to Nolan in the prison was so good on its own merit, finally getting to hear how Nolan himself had internalized everything he did back on earth during the S1 finale had not only affected him, but his son as well, and he feels absolutely TERRIBLE about it.

But that last bit of dialogue he says right before the screen cuts to black caught me so off guard, left me speechless for a moment.....

The way JK Simmons delivers the line, it's a line of honesty but of total surprise as well. The way his voice softly quivers and trails off as he starts to realize this, like he wasn't expecting to feel this way, after everything he had said about her and how painful was for Debbie to even hear those words.

After all of that, he still misses her.

Way to go, JK. You are a GOAT for voice work like this.

Sango and Onyx sharing food onscreen was one of the things I wanted to see the most so I'm glad it finally happened!

I am also always impressed by the way their VAs deliver their lines for the characters.. They sound unexpectedly soft when they talk to each other, especially when it's just the two of them? Onyx's "here" when he gave Sango her sandwich sounded so considerate.. Likewise, the way Sango talks to him feels so different from the way she talks to others. We're used to seeing her get angry in other situations, so it feels special when she gets to be more composed and vulnerable around Onyx.

No one's asked me this before! I don't really have any. I imagine Lillie sounds similar to Himiko from Danganronpa V3, and the Demon like Date from AI: the Somnium Files, but that's about it, and it's not like those voices are set in stone or anything. You can imagine them however you want...

Thank you so so much, I’ve very glad you enjoy both the idea and the sketches for it!!! I gotta admit I’m kinda obsessed with it too, I would LOOOOOVE to read some fics exploring this new, very different dynamic! And, like, it obviously changes the plot as drastically as everything else, but wouldn’t it be interesting to try and keep certain key moments unchanged somehow (but reversed), and then how would it end ultimately? The same horrible way for the boys that it ended for Claudia? THE ANGST POTENTIAL. But in a different fic I literally just want to see a much better functioning (because Claudia’s running things) (though it still would not be totally healthy…) vamp fam taking Paris by storm, stealing Armand’s theatre (would he still even have it, without Lestat in the picture??? see so much stuff to explore!) and enjoying life being two proud vamps + one still a bit on the fence about it all, but at least his family loves him and lets him read quietly in the back row.

Anyway, sorry for this essay, as you can clearly see, I’m also quite fond of this au, so 1. might draw for it again, nobody be surprised! 2. if you have fics with this idea — gimme gimme gimme those links, I’m very curious!!

i've said this before but even though it isn't my favorite episode of stargirl (to this day 1x08, although 2x04/3x03 are both up there) or the best episode (hands down 1x11), 1x02 is a perfect episode of superhero television. I almost never see it in fics but the idea of the power stone choosing Peter as its guardian solely for the "with great power comes great responsibility" line greatly amuses me. In the mcu Peter bumbles and fumbles with his powers quite a lot but most other variations I've seen largely show they're successful in taking their self appointed responsibilities seriously, tragedies aside. Seeing as power choosing Peter would already be an au, I think it stands to reason Peter could grow into it yknow? Instead of constantly being an idiot (as he should tbh he's a teenage boy with superpowers, he's gonna be stupid)
