wait i saw someone comment on a tiktok saying that they saw a theory that the 2022 interview is taking place *during* the vampire lestat and now i can't stop thinking about that. like is lestat under the earth listing to music as we speak?? is he recording the first the vampire lestat album? is he writing the vampire lestat right now? i have so many questions which probably won't get answered this season because i think it's going to end with louis and claudia going to europe 😭

I'm sorry to disapoint you but the movie queen of the damned is like 80% the vamire lestat. I mean it's heavily abridged, but its still more the vampire lestat than QotD

I really hate queen of the damned as an adaption. I never really considered it one since it cuts out two of my favorite characters Gabrielle and Louis. It’s also missing the best scene where he meets Armand. But I do like the soundtrack and how garbage the movie is.
