Wip piece I have been invisioning for a while of Metyr and the Three Fingers/Frenzied Lord Tarnished

This is a rough draft out of what I am seeing so I got the colors mapped and positioning and general feel, all that's left is refining it.

Elden ring Random Thoughts!

Ranni noticing something is off about the Tarnished seeking to pledge fealty to her. Like their actions are forced, fought for, like they are rebelling agaisnt unseen strings. When she digs deeper into why they want to help her. They remove their chest armor, pulling down their garments down to their waist to reveal the brand-like scars of the Three Fingers.

"Because I have a vested interest in you freeing the Lands Between from the meddling of Outer Gods."

When I finally admit I forgot what I was gonna eat and close the refrigerator door in shame.

Probably someone already noticed this and ain't so mindblowing but I had being think that the greater will may had being a fire related god, let me explain.

If we drawn a reverse trayectory we can see some trends and vestigial characteristic in the stages of ways of gold

Starting with the golden order we know that they pray everything that is golden and they have forbiden the wielding of fire in anyform or at least until the shattering.

Moving back, the dragon cult kind of respect this too, excluding the draconic horse, there is not ancient dragon fire incantations, only lighting and even then is fundamented that lighting is golden and so belongs to the golden one.

Similarly, beyond them we don't see erdtree use of fire, but we see that fire has being always being glance by prophet.

And then we reach the crucible, in which case we find the "Aspect of the Crucible, Breath", that is quite literal a breath of yellow flames.

We not only see the crucible knight using this one, but the elden beast wield one of their own too. Not stoping there, is between the crucibles vestigials that we found the omens, that surprise surprise wield fire, they have a golden breath and can unleash a wraith's storm.

Same wraith that is used by the followers of the revenants and the revenants itself, beings that are concidered holy but are weak to healing instead. Thinking about it, wraiths are of a dark yellow, dark coloration can be see in others fires, blackflame and ghostflame, which are deeply linked with death and had lost their true colour due the sealing of destine death... so probably wraith true colour is different too, probably.

The point is that exist a transition from Crucible to Erdtree in which the prohibition of fire started (<- this is subject to changes for coming dlc) but this give an interesting extrapolition, if we apply it to the fingers.

In the right hand, the Two Fingers respect the trend and not use fire, the Three Fingers in the left hand have the Frenzy Flame that is a yellow flame and would align with the crucible's breath and wraiths.

Suming all this we can hypothesize then that fire was not only present but was relevant in the early ways of gold and so it's god, the greater will, too.

I got curious on what a design would look like for the two and three fingers to have "human-esq" designs. I concluded with the idea that after their physical bodies were destroyed they manifested again in new bodies, holding features similar to their old bodies.

The Two Fingers has two large furred tails, I just did not get to draw it in my sketch of her.

They have animalistic traits because these new forms of theirs are affected by the Crucible. The two fingers is more dog like, furred and gentle. While the three fingers is reptilian, scaley and frilled.

A gentle and warm companion, the Two Fingers, and a fierce and protective companion, The Three Fingers. They are both naturally very friendly and helpful!

Hello you can’t expect me not to feel anything when you placed Mogh the Sewer Guy™ and Morgott’s seal (sealed by Morgott the grace-given btw) in front of Frenzied jumping hell. There is no way they didn’t explore every corner of the sewer (so they can find the safe and least cold place to sleep… not to find the melting eyes disease) and found this abandoned catacombs with thousands corpses by accident.

Also this is perspective practice and then I found put that 1) I have no idea how it works 2) I make it up just to look believable enough and not look at it again 🙏🙏
