abulsmal
a pointless drawing in which nothing happens showing bulma from early dragon ball comics and unfortunately also nemitz from stupid garbage comics.

Terrordactyl
I think the moment that the Terrordactyl hit the dollar tree shelves, all of my friends ran out and got a copy… that or went out finding it on Tubi or something like that. Everybody was talking about it. It looked so terrible that I originally passed on it and was the last one to actually watch it.
Nevertheless it starts out promising, with a meteorite plowing into earth, destroying a semi truck…

Earth Gimel Dinosaur Team
Team: Triassic Tormentors
Cambrian Explosion - (Blaster/Striker) Cambrian launches a deluge of prehistoric looking maws, claws, and tongues from his arms in an explosive manner. Incredibly painful for each use, but equally destructive in slowing down brutes and defensive capes. Can charge the power in his arms - obvious by the bulging of his flesh - for longer/more mass in the blast. (Costume: various fangs and teeth on a biker jacket and makeshift crown with body paint to look like scales)
Terrordactyl - (Mover, Shaker) Terror has a mover power that allows them to naturally glide for an extended time depending on the height they leap from, with a standing leap giving them a glide of 5 seconds. His second power is a charged pulse that can reach up to 30’, briefly summoning illusions of his targets greatest fears to the fore to attack and induce the sensations of pain. (Costume: wing suit with spikes along his back and a modified helmet with a beak)
Lizardbrain - (Thinker/Master-Changer) Lizard has a line of sight effect that steadily drains the “civilized” aspects of a human target, starting with the loss of manners/decorum and ending with people frothing at the mouth in savagery. She gains small amounts of their traits, granting her the ability to have almost supernatural reads on human behaviors, mannerisms, social interactions etc. As much humanity as she absorbs, her body mutates into a grotesque lizard/reptile humanoid that elicits visceral disgust for the majority of people who see her. These changes revert for her and victim over a slow amount of time. (Costume: mutations from her victims that clash with a bit of an apocalyptic priestess gown)
Triassic Tormentors have no real spot in Gimel. They aren’t big enough to stand with the other villains and definitely not enough to contend with the heroes. They make a decent (for c-class villains) living going to Bet and smuggling items for collectors. It’s only with the return of the internet and then discovering some outrage attention from folks noting they pillages museums that they seemingly hit their stride as jackasses who do a bit of trolling.

60 Years of Doctor Who Anniversary Marathon - Davison 5th Review
Doctor Who: The First Adventure - Video Game
This had to be talked about.
It’s the very first Doctor Who video game ever made, and it is shit.
But, much like with Destiny of the Doctors, I have no plans on torturing myself trying to emulate a badly controlled game.
Instead I watched this brief lets play by Bonzilles Games on youtube. So many thanks to them and be sure to check out their channel. I have the video below if you want to watch it.
So what’s the story?
The Fifth Doctor must collect the Key to Time again to stop the universe from dying.
The first episode “The Labyrinth of Death“ is a poorly designed Pac-Man rip-off, with a badly laid out map, shit controls, and no way to protect your avatar even temporarily. It’s in this part of the game where you actually collect the pieces to the key to time.
Second episode is “The Prison.” The Doctor has to rescue an unnamed friend by storming a castle and blowing it up. It’s a Frogger rip-off with sea serpents in a moat instead of trucks on a highway. It’s also a complete eye-sore of a level.
And it looks even worse on the emulator.
“Terrordactyls” is the third episode and it’s an Space Invaders rip-off. You’re trying to make it back to the Tardis with your recently rescued friend, but pterodactyls are attacking your escape pod.
This looks like the most competent level. I mean it’s still a step backwards from Space Invaders with it’s clunky controls, but it’s at least visible.
The last level is “The Box of Tantalus“ and it’s basically Battleship but with confusing controls. You have to seek out and destroy all the hidden monsters that are invading the time vortex. You get only six torpedoes, and if you don’t find them all, you die.
So lets get the most glaring problem out of the way now...
There’s no music.
I mean, at the very start, during the title screen we get an 8-bit version of the Doctor Who theme song, which is cool, but after that, nothing. Just grating sound effects for each level.
Like yeah the controls sucked too, but it was a computer game from 1983 that ran on a cassette tape! I’m going to cut it a little slack. Plus you get 15 lives/registrations. (Look, the BBC predicted Ncuti Gatwa 40 years early!)
But good music is part of what compels people to keep playing repetitive game play.
Secondly, all of the mini games within are just rip-offs of better games that already existed and are easy to get a hold of even today.
There’s really no reason to ever play this other then out of historical curiosity. I recommend just downloading a good arcade game instead.
