i love Mr. Fox (fairytale) because the moral just seems to be: it's ok for a woman to have a lot of boyfriends, it's good to be bold, and it's perfectly fine to arrange for your brothers and friends to hack your betrothed into a 100 pieces should you discover he regularly robs and kills women + keeps their corpses in unsanitary circumstances in his murdercastle. There are no downsides to sneakiness, and it's very cool to point at him with the severed hand of the woman he killed the previous night. the moral of the story is that Lady Mary is a badass.
