The Szeth flashbacks might just be the end of me.
#like#the stormlight flashbacks are always traumatic and horrible for the characters involved#but these are somehow worse?#maybe because it's been so long since I read the other books#but also maybe “the voice” and being a child of divorce are a bit more real to me#since I luckily haven't been sold into slavery#or killed any/multiple family members#neither was I ever a killing machine that burnes their spouse alive#nor did I betray my sibling to start a war#but being a naive young idiot who just wants to do what is right?#anyway I'm sure the truly unhinged stuff is going to happen in the later parts of the book#wat spoilers#wind and truth spoilers#szeth son son vallano#wind and truth
