- Akaashi is honestly happy you’re just with him
- he doesn’t really mind it if you can’t come to see him play, of course he’d love for you to be there but he totally understands if you can’t, and won’t be destroyed about it
- he loves your support and will always appreciate you for cheering him on (and being his mental support because taking care of Bokuto is life draining and he probably gets about a month taken off of his life everytime Bokuto goes into his emo mode)
- during the match with nekoma, you noticed how the setter on their team was also quite an intelligent and skilled player despite seeming so bored and uninterested in the sport entirely
- he had a hold on Bokuto for a good while and it was impressive how he managed to put Bokuto in a slump so smoothly and discreetly
- after the match, you congratulated fukurodani on their victory, and akaashi thanked you for coming like the gentleman bro is
- “That setter on nekoma was really good— he was so calculating and calm about his strategy to make Bokuto go into a slump!” -you
- Akaashi was still a bit traumatized by Bokuto literally forgetting how to do cross shots entirely so uh— 😀

when the owner of the golf club you worked at told you that caitlin would be playing there in preparation for her golf tournament, you were shocked to say the least. he told you that it would be your job to caddy for her over the summer which you excitedly excepted, but in all honesty you were slightly intimidated by her stardom and attitude on the court.
the sun was just starting to rise and you were ready for your first shift. you stood by the cart, waiting for your newest client, still in disbelief at the name on your booking sheet. caitlin clark.
it’s not like you were a diehard basketball fan or anything, but it was impossible to not follow caitlin in some way. living in indiana, you couldn’t have escaped her if you tried, and if you were honest with yourself, you had grown a small crush on the guard.
you had no idea what to expect. you had seen videos of caitlin getting into it with other people and showing off her competitive spirit but you didn’t know how this would translate to golf.
as you glanced towards the club house, you spotted her walking up. tall, confident and even hotter in real life (but we won’t talk about that..🥲)
“hey! you must be my caddy. i’m caitlin,” she greeted you with a wide grin and extended her hand. she was dressed in a casual polo and golf skirt, looking every bit the part.
you shook her hand. “yeah, i’m [Y/N]. ready to hit the green?”
caitlin grabbed a club from her bag, eyeing the course ahead of you.
when she started playing, you had a bit of difficultly staying professional. every time you tried to start a conversation with caitlin, your eyes and mind started wander. she had always looked good, but in person in front of you was a whole different story.
what you didn’t know is that caitlin was having similar feelings. from the moment she saw you she felt attracted to you, but she was here to practice for her tournament and couldn’t get distracted. that didn’t mean you didn’t make her nervous though.
as a result, the first couple of holes were a mix of impressive shots and misses. caitlin, ever the competitor, got a little frustrated after her third shot went wide, landing in the rough. she turned to you with a playful groan.
laughing, you handed her an iron. “if you focus on your swing like you focus on your free throws, you’ll get it in no time”
she raised an eyebrow, clearly enjoying your commentary. “big basketball fan?”
“a little,” you admitted. “hard not to when you’re on ESPN every other night.”
caitlin laughed, a laugh that felt warm and genuine. “okay, fair enough. but today, it’s all about golf.” she reset her stance, adjusting slightly based on the critiques you gave her earlier ( which she would never admit ). with a smooth swing, she sent the ball soaring through the air, landing it just off the green.
by the time you reached the ninth hole, you could tell caitlin was getting more comfortable, not just with the course, but with you. she leaned against the cart as you handed her a drink from the cooler. “you’re not so bad to hang out with,” she said, her grin widening.
“not until today,” you replied, taking a sip of your own drink. “but you’re not too bad either”
caitlin chuckled softly. “you’re pretty good company, i have to say. plus, i could go pro with the coaching i got from you”
“i think it’s your natural talent shining through,” you teased.
bthe time you finished the round, caitlin had managed to shave a few strokes off her usual score, thanks in part to your company . as you both headed back to the clubhouse, she threw an arm around your shoulders in a friendly side-hug. “so what do you say we make this a regular thing?”
you nodded, trying to keep your cool despite the touch of her arm. “only if you promise to keep improving. i have a reputation to uphold, you know.”
“deal,” caitlin said with a wink.
as you walk away from caitlin, you tried to push down the feelings you had for her and told yourself that it was just a crush. she wasn’t worth risking your job for..right?

the days after that first round with caitlin passed like a blur. every morning, you’d find yourself back at the golf course, waiting for her. and every day, without fail, she’d show up with her perfect smile, ready to take on the course, but more than that—ready to spend time with you.
what had started as a professional relationship quickly shifted. there was something easy about being around caitlin. she was open, real, and every round of golf felt less about the game and more about the moments in between. the laughter. the subtle glances that lingered a little too long. and as much as you tried to keep things strictly professional, it became impossible to ignore the growing connection between you.

the late afternoon sun hung low in the sky, casting a hue over the course as caitlin stood beside you on the tee. she twirled her club absentmindedly, eyes focused on the green, but you could sense something more behind her usual relaxed demeanor.
“long day?” you asked, breaking the comfortable silence.
she turned to you with a soft smile. “just thinking.”
“about?” you prompted, trying to sound casual but feeling a subtle tension in the air.
caitlin lowered her club and leaned on it, her eyes now fully on you. “this offseason… i thought it would be about relaxing, taking a break from everything. but i didn’t expect it to be spending all my time thinking about you.”
your breath hitched slightly. there it was—the thing that had been simmering under the surface these past few weeks. the teasing glances, the touches that lasted a beat too long, the way her gaze would drift toward you in those quiet moments on the course.
“caitlin,” you started, but she stepped closer, her expression more serious than you’d ever seen.
“you’ve become the best part of my day,” she said softly. “it’s not just the golf, it’s…everything. you make me feel like I don’t always have to be ‘Caitlin Clark’ when I’m with you, i’m just caitlin. and i don’t know… i don’t want this to end when the season starts again.”
the vulnerability in her voice made your heart race. you’d felt the same way, but hearing her say it—left you momentarily speechless. she looked at you with those eyes, her usual confidence softened by the this moment.
you took a step toward her, closing the small distance between you. “it doesn’t have to end,” you said quietly, your voice carrying the weight of everything between you. “i’ve felt it too, caitlin. this… whatever this is between us. i thought it was just me.”
her lips curved into a small smile, the relief evident in her expression. “you have no idea how much I’ve wanted to hear you say that.”
caitlin’s hand found yours, her fingers warm and strong, just like you’d imagined. the connection between you felt electric, and in that moment, everything else faded into the background.
“i guess i should ask,” she murmured, a teasing glint back in her eyes, “what kind of caddy crosses the line with their client?”
you grinned, stepping even closer, feeling her presence like a magnet pulling you in. “the kind that’s maybe a little too good at their job?”
she laughed softly, the sound warm and familiar. then, without another word, caitlin leaned in, her lips brushing against yours in a kiss that was soft, tentative at first. but as soon as you kissed her back, it deepened, filled with everything you’d both been holding back.
“i’m glad I booked you as my caddy,” caitlin whispered, her voice laced with affection. “but I think i’d like to keep you around for more than just golf.”
you smiled, your heart pounding in your chest. “i think i’d like that too.”

I hope this does not give too much pressure, but I have a request? I LOVED LOVED the fanfic about satosugu and reader with them being very, very rough after a tough work project/trip. Then I thought about it being a angsty?? Love a good angst
This is your account so it’s completely up to you to write or not!! I was thinking that after a while SatoSugu have another rough week. When the come back, the don’t immediately take it out through sex. Instead, they just bottle it up. Reader tries to comfort them about it but they ignore her or act snappy. Reader isn’t a pushover, but she is very understanding and patient. She lets them be mean, (it still hurt though) and just stays calm. She also had her own rough week while they were gone, but she doesn’t really show it. When they come back angry, she was hoping to forget her pain with them, but she only got their cold shoulder and words.
The next day when she comes home from another rough workday, she notices that they seemed to still be angry and agitated from their work trip. They suggest she take the next two days off, and she immediately knew what was coming. (Full consent given from her) She was feeling sensitive from her own turmoil/stress and the duo’s coldness, but she didn’t think too much of it.
While the roughness did feel good at first, it slowly became too much. They were too rough, far too rough. Their harsh words hurt. Their harsh hands hurt. The rope/ribbon hurt. Everything hurt, but was she overreacting? She was scared of disappointing them and ruining the mood I guess. She tried to look alright, but her cries slowly let out from the pain and emotional hurt.
They noticed it… Reader apologizes, but the duo is like, “Um no why are YOU sorry? This is on US.” SatoSugu realize their mistake and take care her mwah!! It was just a small dump, I’m so so sorry! As much as I LOVE writing, I’ll never be too confident enough to put this out. Even if I were to, writing styles will always be different. (Plus, I love the way other people write, just like yours!!)

The morgue was cold. But it wasn't as cold as your hands. You stood at the sink, scrubbing at them with soap and water. You hadn't realized the hot water had been running so long; it had turned icy cold. But you had to keep scrubbing them because you could still feel the tacky blood coating them.
Their blood, their blood that was hot and flowed through your fingers when you tried to stop the bleeding. Blood that stained your clothes. The blood is quite literally on your hands.
You tried, tried so damn hard to save the assistant supervisor who was with you on your mission. The information the higher-ups had given you was wrong. The curse you had exorcized wasn't the only one lingering in the building. There had been two, and after the first was taken care of, you and the assistant supervisor were headed out. The second curse attacked. Slicing at you, you had barely managed to dodge it. Getting cut on the cheek. The young woman, however, had her blood splattered on the concrete.
After the other spirit was dealt with, you rushed to her side. She cried as you tried to tell her she would be okay as you called for Ijichi. But the cut was too deep; she lost too much blood, and you watched the light fade from her eyes. Leaving you alone, stained with her blood.
Your mind snapped out of the bloody memory as someone turned the water off. They gently grabbed your hands, drying them off, pulling you out of the trance you were in. Shoko eyes you before gently leading you to the chairs lining the walls, ushering you to sit down. Reluctantly, you listened, plopping down and looking at your hands.
“I'm going to call Satoru and Suguru to tell them what's happened.”
Your head jerked up, “N-No, don't do that. I’m fine!” Shoko shook her head, leaning against the wall. “Shoko, please, really, I’m fine, I swear.”
“Y/N, I left ten minutes ago. You were washing your hands then, and I found you still washing them? You're in shock; I can't let you leave like this.”
“Please, I don't want to bother them. They just got back from a rough mission.”
“And you didn't?”
Your friend's words were searing into you like hot needles. She was right in a sense; you had just gotten back from a rough mission, but so had your boyfriends. They were gone for a week. Having to travel overseas to deal with several grade-one curses. The two of them handled it, taking down the curse users with them. Nanami was quiet the whole time, stealing the occasional glance at you, watching as you stared at your hands. It wasn't until Ijichi parked in front of your house that Nanami cleared his throat, catching your attention.
“I think you need to take a couple of days off.” His glasses gleamed. “I'm going to talk to Yaga about it. You're in no state to work right now. You need time to process what happened.”
Swallowing hard, you opened the door to the car. “I appreciate your concern, Nanami, but I’ll be okay.” You attempted to give him your best smile. “I got this.” The look on your friend's face screamed that he knew you were lying.
“Regardless of your ploy to fool me or downplay how much you're hurting, I will still talk to Principal Yaga.”
“And I’ll see you tomorrow. Thanks again, Nanami.”
You waved the car off before rubbing Your still-freezing hands together. Things would be better once you got inside. Satoru and Suguru were back, and you could relax, forget about work, and just be together.
As you approached the door, Satoru came out, black sunglasses on as he shut the door. “Oh, hi Satoru, welcome home!” You put on your best smile, approaching him.
“Hi, I'm heading out.” His tone was sharp and as cold as your hands.
“You’re not staying here?”
He pulled his sunglasses down, revealing his blue eyes. “No, I need to get out. Suguru is driving me insane. I’m going shopping.” He waved you off as if dismissing you.
“Oh, well, if you give me a few minutes, I could go with you?”
“Don’t take this the wrong way.” He kept walking, not even looking back at you. “I don’t wanna be around either of you right now.”
Ouch, that stung. But you just gave him a weak smile before heading inside. “Be safe.”
Alright, so Satoru needed some space, but Suguru might be in a better mood. Heading towards his room, you knocked and waited for him to respond. Only he didn’t. Your stomach twisted in knots as you hit again, a little harder this time.
A loud groan sounded behind the door before you listened to the floorboards creaking. The door flung open, and Suguru cocked an eyebrow as he eyed you. He looked exhausted and pissy, but he didn’t say anything as he glared at you.
“W-Welcome home.”
“Mhm.”
“Uhm, Satoru left. Do you wanna watch a movie or get something to eat?”
Suguru shook his head, dark streams of hair falling in his face. “No.” Your cold fingers twitched as you took a deep breath. Just as you opened your mouth, Suguru sighed, jabbing his thumb against the center of his forehead. “Y/N, please, I don’t have the patience or energy to entertain you. Please go away.” The door slammed in your face, leaving you staring at the wood grain in stunned silence.
Okay, well, that was unexpected. When the boys came back from a mission like this, you all usually had sex, taking the aggression out in the rawest way you could. This cold shoulder attitude was something new. Alien and strange, making my stomach ache.
After last week and especially today, you hoped to spend time with them. Snuggling them, forgetting about the horrors you had witnessed. Instead, you have a door in your face.

“You need to focus on recovering. If you need more time, call me.”

“Y/N,” Satoru said as you felt him press against your back. “Need you to do us a favor.”
Your body tensed as a blindfold was placed over your eyes. “You’ll need to call out of work for the next few days,” Suguru added as hands groped your breasts.

“What do you—”
“Mean you messed up?”
The events of yesterday spewed out of you like a water fountain. You sobbed, going over the details while both men gently caressed and listened to you in silence. The moment you finished spilling out your guts, Satoru and Suguru shared a look.
“And I didn’t make it any better.” You sniffled, looking up at Satoru. Ivory cheeks were flushed as he ran his hand through his hair. “Telling you I didn’t want to be near you.”
Suguru let out a cold, harsh chuckle. “I wasn’t any better. I told Y/N I didn’t have the time nor the patience to entertain her.” You hummed, relaxing against the duo, feeling more calm than you had in the last twenty-four hours.
“Then we were too rough. I feel like a total dick
“Same here,” Suguru planted a kiss on your shoulder, his hand gently rubbing your arm. “What can we do to make it up to you?”
“I’m honestly so tired. I just want to snuggle in bed.”
Your request wasn’t ignored. They both got up; Suguru changed the sheets and picked up Satoru’s room. While you stood under the hot water in the shower, Satoru gently washed your hair. Long fingers massaging your scalp before the curtain opened and Suguru stepped in behind you. Their hands gently slid over your slicked skin. Washing, massaging, and worshiping you.
Their sweet caresses made your eyes heavier as the tense, sore muscles relaxed. While you longed to take care of their needs most of the time. Being held like this, sandwiched between the two strongest sorcerers in the world, made you feel safer. With them at your side, you knee deep down in your gut that everything would be okay.
After the most relaxing shower you’d ever taken was over, you slid on your pajamas before crawling into bed, collapsing into the plush mattress and expensive Egyptian silk sheets. “Shh,” Suguru hushed, “we got you.”
Satoru nodded against your shoulder and the crook of your neck. “You can rest. If you have a nightmare, we’ll be beside you.” Satoru grabbed one hand as Suguru grabbed the other.
“Rest.”
The warmth of their hands in yours had your cold hands finally returning to normal. Sometimes, days could be terrible. Making you question everything you do. You were happy to know your boyfriends would be there to help bring some of the light back into your life. That was something you would firmly be able to stand by and defend, especially when their arms were wrapped so tightly around you.

First and foremost, everything I have written in this post belongs to years of notes that I have taken down and research I have done till this day and am still doing, so not everything written belongs to me but are mostly writings and studies done by many people all over the world and the credit goes solely to them.
Okay, so...when it comes to spirituality the number of things you get to learn are never ending, like infinite. I made this post to help a user who asked me to help her out with her spiritual journey. She made me realise that there are so many people out there who want to begin their path to spirituality but do not know Where to or how to begin. This post will touch upon many topics under spirituality but this is just the tip of the iceberg. There are so so many things to learn in spirituality that even many lifetimes can't encompass the knowledge we get in the scope of spirituality. It is extremely vast but I want to help those who do not know where to begin, with this post.

1. SPIRITUAL AWAKENING
What is a spiritual awakening?
Spiritual awakening is often characterized as a shift in an individual's understanding of themselves and the world around them, involving a deeper connection to something beyond the self. A spiritual awakening is really coming back to yourself, and it's an awareness of a new reality, and who you truly are.
You'll feel called to uncover the true meaning and purpose of life, and once you start, there's no real going back. You start questioning reality, the government, consumerism, and people's intentions.
Firstly, If you have been awakened, it is because you've been chosen to awaken. Be grateful, not everyone will be chosen.
Secondly, now that you are becoming spiritually awakened, you are approaching a stage where you want to know your soul purpose. Your awareness is expanding and you are realising the bigger picture. You are beginning to see how every event is connected. Your spirit has started to bloom. A fire within you has started to burn. Your time has arrived.
2 Things to know:
One can have multiple spiritual awakenings in a lifetime. Not just one.
Spiritual awakenings are not easy and full of sunshine. It's like the weather is entirely filled with thunderstorm and you're in a lighthouse in the middle of the ocean that's raging with of heavy tidal waves. (Lol. Close ur eyes and imagine it though.. you'll understand it better.)

THE STAGES OF SPIRITUAL AWAKENING:
There are 6 stages in a spiritual awakening, being:
The waking up stage: Questioning daily life. You begin to question everything that happens around you. You begin to question your reason of existence on this Earth. You feel a great sense of dissatisfaction with your way of life and crave answers to all your questions.
Hitting rock bottom: Feeling isolated. You begin feeling alone even in crowds and family members. You begin craving meaningful connections and feel a deep void inside yourself. The second stage is where there's massive collapse of everything you thought was going to last. This stage is the 'Tower moment' stage where you are the most hopeless and lost in the chaos.
Hermit stage: This is the stage you think you've past all the darkness but no. You have not. You will feel a great sense of loneliness and need to find real answers and connections. It's exactly like 'The Hermit' card in Tarot. You will spend a lot of time introspecting on various things. You will look more withing yourself than outward. You will start feeling the need to isolate yourself for answers and will feel less needy to speak to others. It's definitely advised to do healing work and inner work at this time like shadow work. Usually the people in this stage will find shadow work on their own, like it's divine timing. Even I found out about Shadow work in my Hermit stage.
Increase in vibration: All things you are aware you need to let go of, fall away. This stage is difficult for the ego. During this stage The ego's need to feel safe will begin so you must talk to it amd assure that it is safe. You will begin to search for friends in your vibrational level. You can even find friends in your vibration during this stage. Your energy is sensitive to the environment at this time so pay attention to what drains you. You will fall out of friendships, no matter how long they go back, if the vibration of you both are in different levels.
Surrender stage: This is a very tough stage for anyone because now the ego has to surrender to the Universe or the Divine. It is hard as an average human who has been living based off on their ego, their entire life to just let go of it's control now. You will not graduate this stage until you learn to fully surrender to the Universe and let go. You will experience a lot of huge coincidences and Synchronicities during this stage, like repeatedly seeing angel numbers like 1111 and 555,222,7777,999,444, etc.
Presence and Service: Soul in action, Ego is asleep. During this stage you will have the strong urge to help others on their spiritual path. You will work actively to bring spiritual awareness among other people who are new to spirituality. You will share your knowledge and experiences with others who wish to get more into spirituality.

2. LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE
THERE ARE 12 LAWS OF THE UNIVERSE BEING:
1.. The Law of DIVINE ONENESS -
The first law states that everything is connected to everything else. What we think, say, do, or believe will have a corresponding effect on others, as well as the Universe around us. Everything that exists- both, seen or unseen- is connected to everything. When we become aware of this law and believe that everything is one, the way we think and act with respect to everyone and everything around us changes.
2.. The Law of VIBRATION -
The Law of Vibration states that everything and every being is in a constant state of vibration, always emitting frequencies and energies that often aren’t seen on the surface. Everything is always in constant motion. Some are higher frequencies and some are lower. You are also emitting a vibrational frequency.
This frequency can and often does change, and once you understand that you possess your own vibrational frequency, you realize you have the power to tune your frequency to a higher vibration. The level of your vibration has a profound effect on your daily experience. When you operate at a higher frequency, you invite a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment into your world.
3.. The Law of CORRESPONDENCE -
The Law of Correspondence states that patterns continue to repeat in the universe on both grand and small scales.
Look at recurring patterns in your own life. Do you feel like you continually have bad luck with dating? Have you tried and tried to be successful in a specific area but have gotten less to no results? Do you ever feel like the universe is out to get you?
The patterns we experience are directly correlated to our inner worlds. This means that what you’re experiencing in your outer world is a mirror of your own inner world. You have the power to change your lived experiences in your outer world by changing your inner world.
If your life has felt particularly chaotic recently, consider the ways in which you may be experiencing chaos within. To release the external chaos and invite more peace into your life, seek to cultivate peace inside you first.
4.. The Law of ATTRACTION -
You may have already heard about the Law of Attraction as this is the most well-known of the universal laws. The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like; the vibrations, beliefs, and emotions we put out into the world are what we receive in our lived experiences. If you approach your daily life emitting feelings of joy, love, and positivity, you receive experiences in your life that mirror these emotions.
But if you maintain a negative attitude in which you always consider yourself the victim and claim that nothing ever works out for you, you’ll continue to receive experiences that reflect this belief.
You do not have to force yourself to suppress negative emotions and pretend you’re happy when you’re feeling sad or disappointed or angry. You can feel sad sometimes but still believe in your heart that everything is working out for your highest good. You can have a bad day while also knowing that it will pass. 
5.. The Law of INSPIRED ACTION -
The Law of Inspired Action is connected to the Law of Attraction and is often the overlooked step that cause many to claim that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work. The Law of Inspired Action states that you must take real, actionable, inspired steps in order to achieve your goals and invite your manifestations into your life.
An inspired step is action derived from your inner knowing. It’s when something deep within calls you to take action, even when it doesn’t make sense. Inspired action is based on surrendering to the guidance of the universe and listening to the call of your inner knowing.
It's like trusting your gut feeling when taking a certain decision. Suppose you really want to date that one person who seems very genuine, and you really do not want to be single anymore, but you have this bad feeling or undeniable feeling that's telling you not to date him/her.
6.. The Law of PERPETUAL TRANSMUTATION of ENERGY -
This name of this law is quite confusing.
PERPETUAL means constant, everlasting or without end.
TRANSMUTATION means the act of changing or being changed from one form into another.
The Law of Perpetual Transmutation states that energetically, everything in the universe is constantly fluctuating and changing from one form to another. Most of the time, you don’t see these changes because they’re happening at a cellular level. Your vibrational frequency has the power to affect another’s, and another’s vibrational frequency can affect yours. 
If someone approaches you and begins ranting about their own problems, then that negative energy will affect your energy as well. You don’t see your energy changing, but you can feel it; one moment, you were having a great day, and the next, you feel frustrated and unhappy.
Other than that, when you cheer up that person, you will affect their energy positively. Once you understand this power, you can use it to protect yourself from negative energy and uplift those around you.
7.. The Law of CAUSE and EFFECT -
The Law of Cause and Effect states that all actions have corresponding reactions, or consequences. (The word “consequences” tends to have a negative meaning, but consequences can be positive, too). That's why they say helping others can bring more happiness into our lives, because that positivity comes back into our lives in other ways.
For example, when you donate money to a person or organization in need with a sincere heart, this kindness will come back to you, even though you may not always see it right away. Similarly, if you lie, cheat, or steal, you will eventually feel these effects, even if not immediately. This law is directly tied to the Great Law, the first of the 12 Laws of Karma.
8.. The Law of COMPENSATION -
The Law of Compensation is often tied to the phrase, “You reap what you sow.” This can have both a positive and negative meanings, and the idea is pretty closely tied to the concepts in the Law of Attraction and the Law of Cause and Effect. (What you put out is what you receive.).
What is the difference in this law? Well, compensation can come in many forms, both good and bad. And often, what may appear good on the surface can really be a negative thing, and what can appear negative on the surface can be a positive thing.
For instance, say you’ve been trying to manifest a specific job. If you don’t get the job, you may feel like your manifestation has failed, but what if this job wasn’t as good as it seemed? The universe may be saving you from negative experiences and toxic energy tied to this job. Or maybe you get the job, but you lied and deceived in order to get it. Soon, you realize that the job that you believed would change your life is changing it, but it’s for the worse rather than for the better.
9.. The Law of RELATIVITY -
The Law of Relativity states that everything is neutral. When we label something as good or bad, rich or poor, or enough or not enough, it’s only because our perspective is influenced by our personal experiences and relationships. For example, for one person, an 1,800 square-foot house could be considered huge because they grew up in smaller houses, but for another, 1,800 square feet might be deemed small because they’ve always had twice the space.
The important thing here is to remain mindful of your biases and the labels you put on different experiences. When you’re slipping into a state of feeling like you don’t have enough, you can shift your perspective and view your situation from someone who has less than you. This can help you see that you do, in fact, have plenty, allowing you to feel more gratitude and appreciation in your daily life.
10.. The Law of POLARITY -
The Law of Polarity states that everything has an opposite, and the existence of these opposites is vital in helping us to gain a deeper perspective of our own lives. This law is all about embracing contrast in your life; the bad times help you to appreciate the good. A bad relationship may help you to appreciate a good one (and to know what you’re looking for moving forward). Rainy days help you appreciate the sunny ones, and too much sun can help you appreciate the rain. In order to love your life, you should appreciate the tough experiences that shaped you and led to your growth.
11.. The Law of RHYTHM -
The Law of Rhythm states that everything comes in cycles, and nothing stays in one state forever. This can most easily be seen in the changing of seasons. Summer eventually gives way to fall, which turns into winter, which turns into spring, and eventually, it’s summer again.
Are you experiencing hardships in your life? Those hardships won’t last forever. When you understand that this is just where you are in a cycle, and that this hardship isn’t a permanent state, you’re able to cultivate more calmness and peace within.
It’s also important to pay attention to your own inner rhythm, and to flow with this rhythm instead of against it. For instance, maybe you’re feeling tired and need a break from the stress of daily life. Instead of trying to ignore these feelings, you can choose to accept your own inner rhythm, possibly by taking a social media break and instead spending time in nature.
12. The Law of GENDER -
The Law of Gender states there are two types of energy: masculine and feminine. In order to live a fulfilling, joyful, purpose-driven life, we must achieve a balance between these two energies.
Masculine energy is tied to hustling, achieving, and doing. Feminine energy is tied to surrendering, allowing, and just being. Neither energy is better or worse than the other. When you find a balance between the two, you’re able to live your truest, most authentic life.
Here, it’s also important to listen to your inner rhythm. For instance, if you’ve been in hustle mode for too long, your inner being may tell you it’s time to step back for a while and allow yourself to just be.

3. THE ELEMENTS and their QUALITITES:
The pentagram has represented many diverse meanings over the centuries. Since at least the Renaissance, one of its associations is with the five elements.

Traditionally, there is a hierarchy among the elements ranging from the most spiritual and rarefied to the least spiritual and most material. This hierarchy determines the placement of elements around the pentagram.
Starting with spirit, the highest element, we descend to fire, then follow the lines of the pentagram over to air, across to water, and down to earth, the lowest and most material of the elements. The final line between earth and spirit completes the geometric shape.
Elemental Qualities
Warm or Cold
Each element is either warm or cold, and this corresponds with a male or female gender. This is a strongly dichotomous system, where male qualities are things like light, warmth, and activity, and female qualities are dark, cold, passive, and receptive.
The orientation of the triangle is determined by warmth or coldness, male or female. Male, warm elements point upward, ascending toward the spiritual realm. Female, cold elements point downward, descending into the earth.
Moist or Dry
The second pair of qualities is moistness or dryness. Unlike the warm and cold qualities, moist and dry qualities do not immediately correspond to other concepts.
Opposing Elements
Because each element shares one of its qualities with one other element, that leaves one element completely unrelated.
For example, air is moist like water and warm like fire, but it has nothing in common with earth. These opposing elements are on opposite sides of the diagram.

The issue of a pentagram being point-up or point-down only gained relevance in the 19th century and has everything to do with the arrangement of elements. A point-up pentagram came to symbolize spirit ruling over the four physical elements, while a point-down pentagram symbolizes spirit being subsumed by matter or descending into matter.
Since then, some have simplified those associations to represent good and evil. This is generally not the position of those who commonly work with point-down pentagrams, and is often not the position of those associating themselves with point-up pentagrams either.
ELEMENTAL CORRESPONDENCES:
The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn codified some of these correspondences in the 19th century. Most notable here are the cardinal directions.
The Golden Dawn originated in England, and the directional and elemental correspondences reflect a European perspective. To the south are the warmer climates, and thus are associated with fire. Cycles are important facets of many occult systems. Looking at daily, monthly, and yearly natural cycles, we find periods of growth and dying, of fullness and barrenness.
Fire is the element of fullness and life, and it is closely associated with the sun. Therefore, it's unsurprising that noon and summer would be associated with fire. By that same logic, the full moon should also be in the same category.
Earth is in the opposite direction as fire and therefore corresponds with midnight, winter, and the new moon. While these things might represent barrenness, more often they are representative of potential and transformation; the point where the old gives way to the new; the empty fertility readies to feed new creations.
Air is the element of new beginnings, youth, increase, and creativity. As such, it is associated with spring, the waxing moon, and sunrise. Things are growing warmer and brighter, while plants and animals give birth to a new generation.
Water is the element of emotion and wisdom, particularly the wisdom of age. It represents a time past the peak of livelihood, moving toward the end of the cycle.

Fire is associated with strength, activity, blood, and life force. It is also seen as highly purifying and protective, consuming impurities and driving back the darkness.

Chakras are the nerve centres seen in our body. The human body actually has 109 nerve centres, but among those, nine centres are important, and even in those nine, seven centres (Chakras) are of primary importance. And when energy (kundalini) or consciousness flows through these nerve centres, there are different emotions, feelings or sensations that one experiences.
There are seven chakras or energy centers in the human body through which our vital energy or prana shakti flows. Sometimes, these energy channels get blocked and this leads to illness and disturbances in the body’s natural processes. 5. MANIFESTATION AND IT'S METHODS
Manifestation is a process in which you use your thoughts and emotions to make something happen in your life.
The truth is what is happening around you, your relationship, your financial situation or your life situation all are the outcomes of your own manifestation.
FEW POWERFUL MANIFESTATION METHODS:
1. Manifestation Journal
A manifestation journal is a notebook where you write down your dreams, goals, and desires.
It is a method that uses the Law of Attraction to attract things into reality by focusing your desires, nurturing positive thoughts and inspiring you to take effective actions.
And, you can also incorporate different manifestation techniques to better help you to manifest anything you want in the way that suits you most. (I personally combine Affirmations and Gratitude Journaling with it.)
Here are the steps to start a manifestation journal.
Know what you really want.

Visualize it happening when you write.

2. The 369 Method
The 369 method is an easy manifestation technique combining manifestation journaling and numerology.
You can simply write your goals, dreams or desires on a piece of paper or your journal 3, 6 and 9 times in the morning, afternoon and before bedtime respectively.
Here are the tips while you are using this method: 
Write down your goal 3 times in the morning right after you wake up.
Write down your goals 6 times in the afternoon in future tense.
Write down your goals 9 times before you go to bed in a way that you have already achieved. Plus, a ‘Thank You’ to the Universe.
The 369 method is especially powerful when trying to manifesting abundance as number 6 and 9 are highly related to it.

3. Visualization
Visualization is a very well-known technique being used for manifestations and the Law of Attraction.
You can use it and practice it in your mind to imagine something you want to experience as if it is happening.
This technique has been widely used by top athletes, top-performers in sales, business owners, public speakers… and more!
In a nutshell, you visualize yourself to have what you want or to become the person you want to become.
In order to make the most out of your visualization process, here are the 5 steps I personally recommend to follow:

Generally a vision board involves collages of cut-out pictures from magazines, words, symbols, quotes, or affirmations that help inspire you to manifest your dreams and keep you on track on your life goals.

You can draft your own affirmations with what you desire, it can be a very simple yet powerful manifestation method. 
It also helps you to tune your frequency to what you want and raise your vibration at the same time which makes it a very fast manifestation technique.

6. Manifestation Meditation
Manifestation Meditation is a combine of meditation and visualization to make your manifestation process more effective.
Meditation itself is a very powerful tool to remove negative thoughts, raise your vibration, and put you in a state of allowing.
When you visualize your goals and desires in that meditative state, you can focus and vibrate purely at the frequency of your goals and desires.
You can also utilize tools like hand mudras, manifestation crystals, and manifestation frequencies during your mediation to further empower your vibration.

8. Find a Better Feeling Thought
Sometimes when you have a very strong negative emotion about our goals and dreams, it feels like there is no way you can make it happen.
In this emotional state, almost no manifestation method can be useful. The only thing you can do is to soothe your feelings.
To do this, you can either take a nap or find a better feeling thought.
For most of the methods we mentioned, we put most of our focus on how to think and feel about the goals and dreams that we want.
Better feeling thought is a process to elevate your emotion from a lower level to raise your vibration.
The good thing about this process is that you can turn your negative emotions into positive in just a few minutes!
You can literally go from feeling really depressed to feeling appreciation in 15 minutes when you get the hang of it.
All you need to do is to focus on what you are thinking and how your thought makes you feel at the moment. Then reach to another thought that makes you feel slightly better.
Here’s how:
The first thing you need to know is the emotional guidance scale.
If you look at the emotional guidance scale, you can see that positive emotions have higher vibrational frequencies while negative emotions have lower frequencies.
In general, if you want to move ‘up’ your emotion from a lower level, it is easier to up a level at one time.
For example:
If you are feeling frustrated, it is easier for you to reach pessimism than to reach passion.
It is because it requires less energy from you to jump one level up than to perform a few levels of vibrational quantum jump.
If you are feeling “Frustrated” about your financial situation, and you might think “It’s frustrating that my income can barely pay my bills”
You next better feeling thought could be:
“I probably will have nothing left in my bank account this month.” – Pessimism.
“It doesn’t seem there’s much I can do to get rid of this situation.” – Boredom. 
“At least I can afford most of my expenses” – Contentment.
“I really hope I can make more money.” – Hopefulness.
“I hope I can save more money.” – Hopefulness.
“Maybe I can ask for a raise.” – Optimistic.
“Maybe I can start a side hustle.” – Optimistic.
“I know I can do something.” – Positive Expectation.
“I am going to figure it out.” – Eagerness.
“I love every time I decide to make something happen.” – Passion.
“It just feels so good to have a clear goal.” – Joy.
And you can keep playing this game all day long.

9. The O Method
The O Method, with the ‘O’ denoting orgasm, is a manifestation technique that leverages sexual energy to draw your desires into your life.
It anchors on the premise that sexual energy is potent and can help you tap into the co-creative power of the Universe.
At the climax of sexual arousal, if you visualize your goals, you can align your desires with the high-frequency energy of the orgasm.
When you are at a higher vibrational frequency, you have lower resistance between you and your desires. And by leveraging this state of high energy, things that you want will manifest faster and easier.
Given the nature of the O Method, it serves as an effective means of manifesting love.

10. The Whisper Method
The Whisper Method involves visualizing a specific person, setting an intention, and imagining yourself whispering that intention into the person’s ear.
The theory behind the Whisper Method is that this process creates a subconscious connection to a particular vibrational frequency which might potentially influence the person’s thoughts or actions to ‘co-create’ your desired outcome.
However, it is not a means for you to manipulate others or control their behavior. It is all about co-creation.
And thus, when you set your intention, it is best to have an intent to benefit the person who would be involved.

The Pillow Method is a simple practice that involves positive affirmation, scripting, visualization and your SLEEP to manifest your desires.
Scientifically, the moment before we almost fall asleep, we generally fall into a state of Alpha brainwave.
When we are in this state, our subconscious mind can be very acceptive to whatever idea we try to input to ourselves.
This method simply takes advantage of this sweet spot so we can manifest what we want.
All you need to do is to write down your desires on a paper, visualize it and put it under your pillow before you drift off to sleep.

= Affirmations: practice positive self-talk because it makes a huge difference in how our lifestyles function.

8. SHADOW WORK
Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst, brought shadow work into a more public view within Western culture.
Shadow work is exploring the hidden parts of yourself that you may repress or judge. It can help you feel whole, heal trauma, and improve your relationships.
The shadow is the repressed parts of ourselves that we find unpleasant or cannot tolerate acknowledging.
It is in the nature of our shadows that we cannot see them clearly.
Shadow work is the unification of who we consciously are with the parts of ourselves that we repress.
To understand what shadow work is, we must first define the “shadow.” The shadow consists of the aspects of ourselves that contradict our characteristics that we do like and want to be recognized for.
When we recognize our shadow sides coming up, we try to avoid acknowledging those parts at all costs. When we see other people demonstrating our shadow traits, we may have strong negative reactions, because we:
do not want to be associated with those traits and
may resent that other people get to express those sides of themselves, while we don’t
HOW DO YOU DO SHADOW WORK?
First, you should keep in mind that Shadow Work takes time. It requires patience and determination. This is because beginners have to develop more awareness of emotions they might otherwise shrug off. You’re going to have to be intentional about noticing your own reactions since you will be dealing with your strong emotions.
While the specific tools and techniques used in shadow work can vary widely, there is a simple framework for describing the general steps in the process:
Recognizing shadow aspects: First, notice certain repeating behaviors in your life.
Labeling shadow aspects: Once you can recognize those patterns, try to backtrack and identify what's really happening, or what kinds of things bring out these parts of you.
Identifying with the shadow aspects: At this point in the process, try to figure out where/what the behaviors might be coming from.
Owning the shadow aspects: Finally, accept that these things are ongoing patterns in your life, something you are responsible for catching yourself doing and then changing.
For beginners, first, you can begin with listing five positive qualities you believe you possess. Then, you describe the opposite characteristic for each of those five positive qualities. Third, envision how a person who has those opposite characteristics would behave.
Then try to identify some positive aspects of how they might behave and what they might say to you if you met them. Finally, acknowledge the strengths that this person who is “opposite” to you does bring to the table.

9. REALITY SHIFTING
WHAT IS REALITY SHIFTING?
Shifting is a way to move your consciousness from your Current Reality (CR) to your Desired Reality (DR).
Your DR can be anything you can imagine, and you will experience it as real as your CR. Shifting is a quantum journey such that your body remains in the physical reality, but your consciousness leaves your physical plane to explore multiple realities of your choice.
SOME THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE ABOUT SHIFTING:
It doesn't take months or years to shift unless you subconsciously believe it. You can shift anytime.
You cannot get stuck in your DR, you don't die when you shift either.
They aren't clones. They are you, and a part of your consciousness staying here.
Scripting romantic relationships isn't wrong. All you do is specifying which reality you wanna go to.
Shifting isn't Lucid Dreaming. Yes, there is a method where you have to Lucid Dream but it's 100% REAL!
Shifting is the spontaneous mind using all 5 senses and placing yourself in there, it is not travelling into space!!

DIFFERENT REALITY SHIFTING METHODS:
You can use methods that you are comfortable with or ones that call out to you:
1. The Julia Method
I love the Julia method because it is super easy, powerful, and believable (I might be a bit biased because it’s Julia’s name…).
To prepare to shift to your DR, start with a short meditation session. I recommend listening to binaural or theta beats in your earphones to sharpen your focus as you meditate.
Next, lie on a comfortable bed and spread your limbs like a starfish. Relax your body and close your eyes. You may continue listening to the focus music.
While in this position, start visualizing your DR while saying I am affirmations, for example, “I am living my best life in Bali,” “I am a successful writer traveling the world’’ “I am meeting my fans who love me.”
Continue with the affirmations, and you will find yourself in your desired reality when you open your eyes.

2. The Estelle Method
If you love music and connect with the world through tones and rhythms, the Estelle method would be the best method to shift realities for beginners.
Choose music that makes you feel sensual and close to someone you know, e.g., a lover, partner, or anyone you really love that you’d like to get close to in your DR.
As you listen to the music on your earphones, imagine dancing with the person. Take in their skin’s scent, looks, and feel, and notice all the emotions.
Soon, a door will open, and you will be led ”home” where you fall into a void. Open your subconscious mind and experience the deep love you crave in your DR.

3. The Raven Method
The Raven method is one of the easiest reality shifting sleep methods.
With this method, all you need to do is lie in a comfortable bed and relax your body. You can spread out your limbs like a starfish, but this is unnecessary.
With your eyes closed, start counting down from 100, focusing on your breathing and visualizing your DR the entire time.
After some time, you may start seeing red or white as you enter your DR. Stay in the same position and enjoy your new reality for as long as you want.

4. The Pillow Method
Pillow method shifting entails visualizing your DR and reinforcing it with a written script.
Write everything you want to see, do, feel and experience in your DR. The more detailed the script, the easier it will be to shift.
Place this list under your pillow and sleep on it for 8 hours. I like drifting off to sleep, saying affirmations, and listening to theta tracks.
Your script is a conduit between your CR and DR, helping you shift into a new consciousness.

5. The Blanket Method
The blanket method involves sleeping comfortably and then completely covering yourself with a blanket.
Close your eyes and listen to your favorite binaural beats. Cuddling underneath the blanket recreates a void into which you will fall after a few minutes.
Obviously, you should avoid this method if you are claustrophobic.

6. The Lucid Dreaming Method
The lucid dream shifting method is a bit advanced because you must first learn how to lucid dream.
I strongly recommend this technique as it helps you stay in your DR for longer.
In a nutshell, lucid dreaming lets you control your subconscious mind and the visions you see in your dream.
In one of your lucid dreams, find a portal or a door and step into it. The portal will transport you to your desired reality.
In your desired reality, you can manifest anything you direct your subconscious mind to see, feel, and do.
Speaking of portals, understanding your occult angel number is also a powerful way to open portals to a new reality.

7. The Coraline Method
This method is named after a character in Neil Gaiman’s book and film, Coraline.
Start by lying down and visualizing your CR room. Visualize a key close by and see yourself getting out of bed, picking up the key, and opening a door in the wall behind which is a portal.
Visualize yourself walking through the portal and opening another door to your DR. Walk into this new world and take in the sights.

8. The Train Method
For the train method, you need to practice the power of positive thinking and accompany this with shifting meditation.
Sit in a comfortable meditative position. Close your eyes and slowly breath in and out to calm your body and mind.
Now, imagine sitting on a train heading to your DR. Say shifting affirmations such as “I am so close to arriving at my desired reality,” “Shifting is real” “I am grateful the universe is driving me to shift.”
Keep your thoughts positive and feel deep gratitude to ensure that you head in the right direction.

9. The Falling Method
The falling reality shifting method requires a bit of imagination, but it works pretty well.
So, visualize yourself in an empty hall filled with a beautiful, heavenly aura. Locate a door and open it slowly.
Imagine hearing the Universe/God/Source gently calling your name. Fall through the door and trust your Higher Self to guide you.
As you free fall, feel all the feels. Allow the wind to blow through your hair and caress your skin. Feel the peace, joy, and calmness.
You can break your fall whenever you are ready. Then, you will locate a door leading you to your DR. Open it and enjoy everything you have manifested.

10. The Mirror Method
The mirror method is an excellent reality shifting technique if you want to manifest your dream body. Of course, you should still eat healthily and exercise for your ideal body.
This method is also quite advanced and needs superior visualization skills.
Close your eyes. Imagine yourself in a dark room with a beam of light directed at you as you stare at a small mirror straight ahead.
Slowly walk toward the mirror, watching your reflection in the mirror. The reflection is of the body or person you want to be.
Place your hand on the mirror while your perfect self does the same on the other side. Feel the connection between the CR and perfect self; imagine being pulled through the mirror and into your DR.

11. The Sunni Method
The Sunni method is one of my favorite sleeping methods for shifting realities because you can also use it to manifest in the physical world, for example, if you want to manifest money and wealth effortlessly.
This technique tricks your mind into believing you already have what you want. So, it starts with visualizing your desired reality, then shifting and reinforcing the process with shifting affirmations.
Let’s say you’ve always wanted to drive a certain car. Lie comfortably, close your eyes, and visualize yourself cruising the streets in your dream car.
Believe that the car, streets, and surrounding environment are real. Then, say shifting affirmations to transport yourself into your DR.

12. The Alice in Wonderland Method
The Alice in Wonderland story can actually help you to shift to your DR!
Lie down, close your eyes and take deep breaths.
Now imagine yourself sitting with your back against a tree. Visualize someone running up to you, and you get up and start running after them. Following them, you enter a rabbit hole leading to your DR.
Open the rabbit hole doorway to enter your desired reality.

13. The Hogwarts Method
You will probably resonate with the Hogwarts method if you are a Harry Porter fan.
If you’ve always imagined living at the wizarding school, you can do so through reality shifting methods such as the mirror, raven, or pillow techniques.
The only difference this time is that you would visualize yourself living in Hogwarts.
It helps to say shifting affirmations related to the wizarding school, for example, “I am shifting to Hogwarts,” ”I live in my DR in Hogwarts,” ”I know I shifted to Hogwarts.”

14. The Intent Method
The intent method is an excellent shifting realities method for beginners.
All you need to do is tell your mind that you intend to shift to your desired reality. Of course, you must know what you want your desired reality to look like.
To supercharge your shift, try the intention method during the full moon. The full moon is the peak of the lunar cycle and marks the height of vibrational energy.
If you are new to the spiritual impact of the lunar cycle, start with moon reading. Understanding the cycle will also help you set more powerful intentions to transport you to your DR.
Try the shifting realities intention method right before you are about to sleep.
Say, “I intend to wake up in my desired reality,’’ then go to sleep. You will wake up in your DR.

15. The ADHD Method
This method is known as ADHD, but anyone can do it, even if they do not have ADHD.
Find a quiet, comfortable place to lie down. Listen to an 8D track on your earphones to help you focus and relax.
Start counting upward to 100. You can insert shifting affirmations as you count. When you feel the signs and symptoms of shifting, open your eyes and experience your DR.
By the way, many DR signs are similar to the physical signs of spiritual awakening.

16. The Eleven Method
The Eleven shifting method is based on the TV series Stranger Things.
For this technique, tie a cloth over your eyes and lie on a comfortable surface. Listen to focus music and visualize yourself walking up to your DR self.
Imagine yourself merging with your DR self. Feel the sensation and watch yourself drift to sleep. Then, open your eyes to find yourself in your desired reality.

17. The Piano Method
The piano shifting method is powerful because it engages all your senses.
Imagine yourself in a room full of people. You walk toward a piano in the middle of the room with a bright light directed at you.
 Visualize the whispers and silences in the room. You stand up and walk toward a door when you are done playing. Open the door and enter a room filled with bright white light.
Then, open your eyes to enter your DR.

18. The Eye Method
Use eye movement to shift to your desired reality.
Find a quiet room and lie down with your eyes closed. Count upward to 100 while imagining everything you want to see, do, and feel in your DR.
When you get to 100, roll your closed eyes back and forth. Continuing to say the shifting affirmations, slowly open your eyes to step into your desired reality.

19. The Hug Method
Is there someone with whom you would love to connect? The hug shifting method can help transport you to your DR, where you will meet the person you long for.
Lie down and close your eyes. Imagine yourself in your DR bedroom, and just as you wake up, the person you adore enters the room, and you hug each other.
Visualize spending quality time together and then parting ways with a sweet goodbye. Imagine your DR self returning to bed and drifting to deep sleep.
To return to this DR, say shifting affirmations in your CR and fall asleep. You will wake up in your DR and be with the person you want.
Try stating your intentions when you are sleepy to enter your DR faster.

20. The Valentino Method
The Valentino method is another great technique for meeting someone special in your desired reality.
Start by writing a note to the person you want to meet in your DR. Meditate on this note for 10-15 minutes, taking in the essence of what you have written.
Next, lie in a comfortable position, close your eyes and recite shifting affirmations. Visualize your DR room, where you will meet your special person.
When you wake up, you will find yourself in your desired reality.

21. The Cinn Method
The Cinn is one of the best meditation methods for shifting realities through affirmations.
Sit or lie in a comfortable position listening to a subliminal audio track to help you relax and focus. Try to let go of all thoughts bothering you.
Start counting upward to 100, slowly breathing in and out. After every ten numbers, say shifting affirmations related to your DR.
Repeat your affirmations when you count to 100 until you feel the signs of shifting. Then, you can open your eyes to enter your DR.

22. The Elevator Method
If your current reality is not ideal and things are going too well, you can use the Elevator Method to change your reality.
I also recommend doing a soul reading to understand how your past lives affect your current reality. You can use what resonates to guide you in your present life.
So, get into a comfortable position and close your eyes to get started with the elevator method. Visualize yourself entering an elevator.
As the elevator goes past each floor, envision various realities. Take time on each floor, taking in the sights and savoring the feelings.
Visualize your energy levels rising as you go past each floor.
Exit the elevator when you feel you’ve gone up far enough and you start to experience shifting symptoms. When you step out of the elevator, you will step into your DR.

23. The 5 Senses Method
If you are new to visualizing, the 5 Senses Method is among the best method to shift realities for beginners.        
Lie or sit comfortably and pay attention to your CR. Engage all your five senses to focus on your surroundings.
Close your eyes and continue holding the image of your CR in your mind. Try again if it doesn’t work the first time.
Practicing to visualize your CR will help you manifest your DR easily.
Turn on a subliminal audio track, lie down and close your eyes. Start counting from 1 upward, saying affirmations in between counting.
Imagine your DR—feel, taste, see, smell, and hear everything you want to manifest, just as you did with your CR. You will be in your DR when you open your eyes.

24. The In Your Arms Method
As you might have already guessed, this shifting method is quite similar to the hug method.
Lie on your stomach and hug a pillow under your body. The pillow represents the special person you want to meet in your DR.
Close your eyes and picture yourself hugging this special person, convincing yourself that you really are hugging them.
Say shifting affirmations and count down from 100 until you notice the shifting symptoms. When this happens, you will wake up in your DR.

25. The Melt Method
With this reality shifting melt method, start by sitting or lying in a comfortable position in a quiet room. Close your eyes and picture yourself in your DR.
As you count from 100 downward, picture your body melting into your DR.
Open your eyes and wake up in your new reality.

26. The Staircase Method
Climb up a staircase to get to your desired reality.
Lie down on your bed with your eyes closed. Picture yourself in a large room with a staircase.
Walk up the stairs thinking about your current reality. Keep walking until you reach the top of the stairs, where you will find a large door.
Open and walk through the door. Behind the door, you will find another staircase taking you down. Descend the stairs until you get to the bottom, where there is a door.
Visualize opening the door and stepping into your desired reality.

27. Swirly Eye Method
This method involves altering your vision a bit to achieve your desired reality.
Start by lying down on your bed. Close your eyes and relax your muscles.
Now start counting down from 100 as you slowly rub each of your eyes alternately. After a while, you will see a line helping you create a portal.
Imagine going through the portal. You can also use visualization and recite shifting affirmations in between counting to get to your desired reality.
You may need to continue slowly rubbing your eyes until your energy brings you to the portal.

28. The Rope Method
The rope method entails visualizing a rope that leads to your DR.
Lie in a flat, comfortable bed and close your eyes. Start visualizing your desired reality and then say shifting affirmations to help you move to your DR.
When you start feeling symptoms of shifting, picture yourself climbing up a rope. You will find a portal when you reach the top of the rope. Walk through the portal to get to your DR.
Imagine meeting your DR self and merging with them to become one. Now fall asleep, and you will find yourself in your desired reality when you open your eyes.

29. The Heartbeat Method
Use a heartbeat sound to shift your reality. Find a heartbeat track on YouTube, then lie in bed while listening to the sound.
Imagine sleeping on the chest of someone special from your DR, listening to their heartbeat.
Recite shifting affirmations as you fall asleep. When you open your eyes, you will enter your desired reality.

30. The Tea Party Method
The Tea Party Method is one of the best reality shifting methods for beginners. It involves imagining yourself having tea with your DR self.
Lie down and close your eyes. Then, visualize yourself in a room enjoying tea with your DR. When you are done, picture yourself telling you’re DR self that it is time to return home.
Imagine hugging them and saying goodbye. Then, visualize yourself transferring your consciousness to the DR self. When you open your eyes, you will wake up in your DR.

31. Ballroom Method
Imagine your CR in a formal outfit walking into a ballroom full of people in your DR. Say shifting affirmations to help you transition to your DR.
Picture someone from your DR asking you to dance. After the dance is over at exactly midnight, they tell you ‘’See you soon.”
Leave the room and climb onto a carriage. Visualize the carriage transporting you to your desired reality. Fall asleep, and you will find yourself in your DR when you wake up.

32. Cloud Method
Picture yourself on a soft, peaceful, soothing cloud in the sky. Imagine your DR self flying next to you, holding your hands, and telling you that you are now going home.
Close your eyes and fall asleep. When you wake up, your CR and DR self will have merged, and you will have arrived at your desired reality.

33. TV Method
Visualize yourself watching TV to transport yourself to your DR.
Start by lying on a comfortable bed. Imagine sitting on a couch watching TV.
You flip through the channels until you arrive at your DR. Imagine yourself going through the TV to your desired reality.
When you go to sleep, you will wake up in your DR.

QUESTIONS:
What happens when you shift reality?
When you shift realities, you use the power of imagination to guide your consciousness beyond physical reality. Time doesn’t exist on a linear scale as we know it in our physical reality. Rather, when you shift, your current and desired realities co-exist.
How long can you stay in a shifted reality?
However long you want to stay in your shifted or desired reality is up to you. You can move from your current to your desired reality and vice versa as often as you wish. If you want to stay in your desired reality for a specific period, you can specify this in your script or affirmations.
How does shifting feel like?
You will notice unique signs and symptoms when you are about to shift. Common signs include feeling fuzzy, experiencing a spinning sensation, feeling like you are falling, experiencing weightlessness, seeing flashes of light, and hearing voices from your DR.

Your current reality is just one of the infinite realities out there. The good news is that you can experience any reality you desire! As you can see, there are many ways to access your DR. There is no one-size-fits-all method. Try different techniques to see which one works best for you.

10. SUBLIMINALS
Subliminals refer to messages or stimuli that are presented below the threshold of conscious awareness. These stimuli can be visual or auditory and are often designed to influence a person’s behavior or thoughts without their conscious knowledge.

um teehee i got a little too silly and wanted to try to figure out which of the Miraculouses could go to each Toon??? so i listed them all down and started looking for patterns and stuff
(by the way, i'm the anon that suggested Silver Fox for Rodger. hi again)
now, there's 29 Toons in total as of v0.6.3, so not everybody is going to get one, obviously. i've decided that i'm going to go ahead and exclude the dogs as well as put the Christmas Toons on the sidelines... idk might change that but i really just wanted it to be the primary roster
i also don't have all of them done. lol. it's certainly a thought exercise
SO HERE'S THE ONES I DID HAVE FULL IDEAS FOR. THAT ALREADY HAVE NOT BEEN COME UP WITH. AS FAR AS I AM AWARE.
- I don't know if you're a Shellevision shipper or not, but that really doesn't matter because either way, Vee just seems so good for the Cat Miraculous. I MEAN. she's green and black and can even already have a tail depending on how you interpret her microphone attachment
- Astro's blanket is cool and blue so why not give him the Peacock Miraculous? he can really be making dreams come to life with the Amoks and Sentimonsters.
- Sprout should get the Turtle Miraculous specifically because its trait is Protection. and he's Overprotective. yes that is my only reason.
(i wanted all the Mains to get one of the Cool Top Level jewels hehe)
- Teagan looks like she'd be a really good fit for the Bee Miraculous, i mean, she's classy and fancy and already has a feather boa. Bees are fuzzy. and honey tea is yummy :)
- I saw you already had a doodle for Mouse Miraculous wielder Toodles, and even though she is extremely young to be using one, her superhero name needs to be Dupliceight. i don't make the rules that's just how it has to be
- Scraps and Goob should get the Tiger and Dog Miraculouses respectively because the other cat one has already been taken and the Dog Miraculous literally represents Adoration. doesn't that fit Goobert Gooberson, Lover of Hugs so well???? also he chases his nonexistent tail in his dreams according to the new dialogue between him and Astro
- Yatta should get the Monkey Miraculous because it is Chaos and she is Chaos. its quality is literally Derision, and have you seen Xuppu? they would get along so well

i like how Glisten, using the Snake Miraculous, is called Ouroboros, because it both represents infinity– perhaps how mirrors facing each other reflect on themselves forever, or even could symbolize the sort of loop that is perfectionism– as well as, somewhat more importantly, wholeness.
Wholeness can be defined as soundness, health, or well-being in body, mind, or spirit; the quality of being or feeling complete and not divided or damaged.
Glisten feels incomplete and greatly dissatisfied with himself for not meeting his own (unreasonably high) standards, and after he's Akumatized, has this almost quite literal division in his mind of Polished Perfectionist haunting him (in a way that is painfully accurate to actual internal perfectionism).
Wholeness is, in a way, a counter to perfectionism: it is achieved through acceptance of limitations, and by doing that, quite paradoxically, those limitations can then be transcended.
By wielding the Snake Miraculous, Glisten is being helped on his way towards recovering from being Polished Perfectionist... by literally being given a Second Chance :)

Though they are older than Tetra and Wind, Spirit and Phantom are still only in their mid-teens and are both the responsible sort. Rules and ceremonies matter a lot to the both of them.
So they haven’t officially declared Spirit the “King Consort of New Hyrule” or anything, but pretty much everyone, including the two of them, is like, “Yup, this kid’s definitely getting with the princess in a few years.” 😆
(I have a sketch or two in progress about Spirit and Phantom that I can finally post that I’ve settled on a design for Spirit. Now to find the time to actually finish that art… 🥲)

hi jonghomies ❤️ it's with a weary heart that i'd like to announce that I'll be closing this account for gif making (not leaving completely, please read on 😅). I started gif making in 2021 and the support, love, community, and fun I've experienced since then has been totally unrivaled. But all good things come to an end, don't they? 🥲 I'll give you some reasons for this change as well as some other info.
why?
for a multitude of reasons, the main one being I'm not into ateez as much as I once was. I do love them a lot, but these past few months I've grown distant from them for no particular reason. That's just the ebb and flow of fandom, I guess. I don't have enough energy or spirit to maintain an entire fandom account for them like I once did. Another reason is that kpop in general has become more toxic (for me); having to delete twitter was really a wakeup call for realizing my feelings about the overall industry. A third smaller reason is that tumblr isn't rly what it used to be, especially in terms of gif makers. The community used to be so vibrant and fun. I know that me "retiring" won't help the situation but I alone can't "save" atinyblr nor should I have to "bear the weight" for the sake of keeping the giffing community alive.
what's next?
I don't plan on abandoning this account! I adore my mutuals and friends I've made along the way and I'd like to cherish them. I'll probably still even reblog ateez, honestly, but only when I want to. I'll likely just keep doing what I'm doing but the only difference is I'm detaching myself from the label of ateez gif maker and I'll redesign this account's look (pinned post, pfp, banner, url, etc) to be less ateez centered. Feel free to keep using my tracking tag for ateez content, though i my not rb it (just because idk how active i'll be).
will you ever gif for ateez again?
who knows! maybe a new cb will drag me back into the pits of hell (affectionate), but maybe not.

(He's got a bestie tale.) Patience. He won't push, he doesn't make remarks about him doing things for you like a boyfriend would, but he won't let you dismiss him out of hand either. If you joke about how he 'could never date you' for blah-blah-blah reason, and it's flat out untrue, Mace will speak up. If you joke that you're single because of blah-blah-blah, Mace will correct that logic. There is nothing you do that makes him not want to date you. He won't let you tell people that or think that way.
Lloyd Hansen
Literally, he just gets rid of anyone else you're interested in until you settle on him. He already peacocks enough, so that's clearly not helping him. Everyone in the way has got to go...
Curtis Everett
Curtis...uh...oh boy, Curtis. He spends a period of time behaving like a boyfriend--ultra-supportive and attentive--without the perks, until then stopping once you show interest in another guy. If and when you notice the change or ask about it, he explains he won't be that way if another is supposed to be. Absolutely intends for this to make anyone else you're interested in look like a schmuck. He gets out of the friend zone by deprivation.
Steve Rogers
(Wrote one of those, too.) Steve's only real recourse is an honest conversation where he admits he will always be your friend but he wants to be more. If you don't, fine, he'll leave it alone, but you know he has the saddest, puppy-dog eyes and slumped shoulders while preparing himself for the worse answer.
Bucky Barnes
I can't find who wrote one of these recently 🥲, but Bucky resides as the guard dog in your life while deciding on how best to approach you with his true feelings. He chooses a moment when a different relationship has crumbled for you because it's easier to confess his love and lift your spirits at the same time.
Ari Levinson & Johnny Storm
Shockingly the same with minor nuance, Ari and Johnny show off as much as possible until you notice them romantically. They are highly social and often touchy-feely flirtation for fun with kinda everybody, so this is not a very good strategy. It can be hard to tell from their behavior that their feelings for you are different from how they feel about other good friends.
(Whole series for Ari lol) Now for the slight difference, though it will take both of these guys longer to figure out for themselves that they want you as more than just a friend, Ari takes the longest. Johnny is more care-free by nature, tries lots of stuff out constantly, and thinks outside the box more, so he processes "hey there's something else here worth exploring." Ari, however, is slightly more rigid and can get in a routine easily. He is more concerned with upsetting the status quo between you than Johnny would be.
Jake Jensen
Oh, wow, soooo bad at this. He goes from resignation, to acting aloof, to encouraging you to go hit on that guy over there... Jake sorta attempts reverse psychology but misses the mark entirely. He's a disaster until you joke that he likes you--it is an honest joke fwiw--but he cracks like an egg! He word-vomits the whole thing and kisses you (isn't this kinda Audio/Visual? do I write these a lot, too??)
Andy Barber
Andy is 100% a long-hauler in this case. He finds ways to invite you and involve you in non-couple activities that happen to feature tons of couples. He never introduces you as his 'friend', just by name, to let people assume and make them mention how good you two look together. Whenever you--because he waits in silence while you correct them--specify you and Andy are not a couple, he takes the opportunity to say 'I don't know' when asked why. He absolutely sits pretty until you reach a point of being romantically needy, and that's when Andy swoops in. However, he never makes you feel bad about how long it took to get together. Never.
Ransom Drysdale
Ran is passive aggressive about how trashy anyone you show interest in is. Just so hyper-critical. Unfortunately, his only real move is to find a way to make you in debt to him before saying you could also just be his.
Jimmy Dobyne
Somehow the worst at this (???), but he has to get trash drunk to admit he wants to be more to you. That's pretty much Jimmy's approach because he refuses to act better or more desirable to you. He only ever acts like himself, no pretense, no games, no finesse. He is how he is, but dear god does he wish he were more to you.

As most of you know, though improving, my financial situation has kept me and my dog on the brink of danger and going without basic necessities. This blog has been a huge resource for me during this scary time & I truly can’t express how grateful I am for the kindness of my followers & their friends for supporting me through this & memeing along with me when my spirits are low🥲
Luckily, this upcoming month will not require the large amount needed last month, but I understand this is not a small ask. I'm still trying every day to navigate this difficult situation in a way that can get these necessary bills payed, but your tips are always a massive help to me.

Blueberry Pancakes
Pairing: Choso Kamo x Reader
Word Count: 633
Warning: Pancake fail, nothing just fluff!
A/N: I was working on a Geto fic for Fluff Friday but I feel like we all needed a little fluffy Choso in our life! 🥲

The morning sun shone through your bedroom window, causing you to stir in bed. Slowly lifting your head, you grumbled, noticing that your boyfriend was nowhere to be found. Your fingers sped across the bed, feeling his lingering warmth, which meant he wasn’t far away. Letting the sheet fall from your bare body, you grabbed his shirt from the ground, slipping it on along with a clean pair of his boxers.
As you snapped the band over your hips, you heard a crash from the kitchen, followed by a curse and the smell of something burning. Hurrying out, you walked into a slightly smokey kitchen, finding Choso with his back turned to you. One hand held the handle of his frying pan while the other tried scrapping at something in the pan with a spatula.
You said nothing, joining his side as you peered into the pan. Inside was, well, something? It was lumpy, charred, and full of blueberries.
“Cho?”
“Yeah?” The spatula aggressively smacked and prodded at the substance in the pan.
“What are you doing?”
“I was trying to make pancakes.” Your boyfriend winced as the ‘pancake’ bubbled a mysterious smokey bubble. “But well, it uh—” this time the substance hissed, “it didn’t exactly go as planned? I’m pretty sure I’ve failed at making food, yet succeeded in making a cursed spirit out of pancake mix.”
You glanced at the bag full of blueberries and the bowl of batter he’d made. You’d told him how much you wanted blueberry pancakes the previous night. You felt like he reached into your chest and squeezed your heart. He was too flipping cute! So cute, you reached up gently, biting his cheek.
Choso sighed softly, allowing you to nibble at his cheek with a gentle smile. “I suppose you eating my cheek would be more suitable instead of,” the lumpy concoction hissed again, “well, this.” It bubbled more until you stepped in, removing the pan from the heat.
“No worries, we got this.” You scraped the hissing smoking substance into the sink before wiping the pan out. “Let’s see.” You eyes his batter. “All it needs is a little TLC.”
Choso helped you fix the batter, adding more water, sugar, and vanilla to the lumpy substance. Once you deemed it suitable, you sprayed the pan with non-stick spray, poured in the batter, and handed some blueberries to Choso. He patiently waited until tiny bubbles formed at the top before he added them in, making the cutest little smiley face.
“And now we flip!” Choso watched in awe as you flipped the pancake over with a flick.
Choso’s eyes glittered with childlike excitement. “Amazing!” His eyes watched as you lipped the pancake again.
“Yeah?” His warm eyes were focused solely on you. “I should put pancake flipping on my resume.”
Choso shook his head, stepping behind you, his arms snaking around your waist. “I wasn't talking about the pancake flipping.” His lips gently pressed against your cheek. “I was talking about you.” Tuck your face felt like it was on fire at Choso’s words.
“I think you're pretty amazing yourself, Cho.”
“Even though I made a cursed spirit out of pancake batter and blueberries?”
“Especially because of that.”
That was god's honest truth, and Choso knew it too. He smiled wide before leaning in and biting your cheek, winning your giggle. In the warm rays of light that morning, you and Choso stood in the kitchen, flipping pancakes with your lover's arms wrapped around you—one of the best mornings of your entire life.

It's finally fall, and although I still have the summer heat now (damn 🥲), the autumn-themed headcanons give me comfort and realization that the colder weather will soon arrive.

SDV bachelors and their ideas of Fall date with Farmer:
Autumn is the season for spooky films to start rolling, dedicated to the upcoming Spirits Eve, so of course Sebastian will ask Farmer out on a date to the cinema. And the cinema is also an option if Farmer doesn't like the horror genre. Autumn is also the season of frequent rains in the Valley, so one of the unusual ideas of interesting pastime of this couple will be sitting in the cave of Mines on the ground floor. Relaxing and chatting about anything, listening to the falling raindrops through the entrance... If Farmer likes to walk in the rain, then Sebby is all for it (with umbrellas of course), and they both can look for frogs in the pond before it gets too cold.
It's definitely the season of fragrant honey fungus and chanterelles in the woods, and the bushes are downright teeming with ripe blackberries, so one of Harvey's date ideas is a mushroom/berry hunt! Both a nice time in the beautiful woods, and a full basket of delicious nature gifts that are sure to brighten up a romantic dinner later. If the weather outside is too cold and unpleasant, the doctor and his partner will arrange a date at home, over a hot cup of tea/coffee, a marathon of films, the pleasant warmth of the fireplace and the sounds of rain outside the window. And cuddles, of course. Warm and cosy!
Considering how beautiful the Cindersap Forest becomes in autumn, Elliott is sure to invite his dear Farmer on one of the walks there. The trees are coloured in various shades of gold, red and orange, the crisp fallen leaves underfoot, and a pleasant companion... Ah, what a lovely date, and Farmer is also delighted! And if they are both too lazy to walk, the writer will come up with a wonderful idea for a picnic: a bottle of wine, tasty appetizers, the sounds of the forest and sunny weather, etc. Also parts of the date would be all sorts of mini-events in the Valley, like community pumpkin picking or ripe wild apples.
In addition to the Stardew Valley fair, neighbouring towns and Zuzu City have folk festivals celebrating autumn, with big tents and attractions. Shane felt that attending such a festival as a date with Farmer would be a good option. And he's right! Big tents with different kinds of beer and cider (he drinks in moderation, don't be afraid), the smell of delicious comfort food, fun contests, songs and dances. Chicken man and his partner had a blast! And after such trips, Shane can offer dates without leaving the house, as let's say joint preparation of caramel apples. Also not a bad pastime at home will be horror games, with a soft blankets and autumnal goodies.
Hiking with Sam! Oh, he's been waiting for a long time for the summer heat to end and cooler weather to arrive. Generally speaking, this date idea is appropriate in almost any season, but Sammy thinks it's much cooler amongst the autumn beauty. The lovely couple will make a bonfire in the forest or mountainous area, and while Farmer will roast marshmallows, Sam will pick up a guitar and the forest will be filled with beautiful music, creating pleasant memories. In addition to looking at the beautiful things, he and Farmer will have a photo shoot, filling their album with pictures of their autumn adventures.
It may not be easy for Alex to find his way out of the corn maze, but he and Farmer came here to have a good time, not to win. They still came out first, though, and got some nice prizes, making the date ending even better. The athlete will also invite Farmer to a haunted house at a carnival in one of the towns. And no, he wasn't the one who shrieked like a little girl when someone's hand touched his shoulder ("Come on, Farmer, don't laugh!"). Scary and creepy places, ooooh! But Farmer and Alex had a great time, so the date was a success!

Her chest expanded out, cheeks puffed up, lips pursed in a tight line. Her hands shook under the weight of her textbooks. Her tote bag was slung over her shoulder, but the cautious girl feared that even with the extra wiggle room between the canvas bag, all her things would break it and leave her with nothing at all to aid her.
Her late start had taken the energy out of her, the stairs had taken away her willpower, and the red marks littering her latest exam papers had taken away her spirit. Paint cracked over her knuckles and glasses pulling her hair back, she heard her mothers voice in her head.
“Don’t do that, you’ll stretch them out and they won’t fit properly.” Though, they still seemed to fit fine, the slight sliding down the bridge of her nose every so often proved her mother right.
She had picked art as her major. She had ambitions, goals and aspirations. Her past teachers had complemented her craftsmanship. Her skill behind an easel. Picking up her paper as an example, using her to demonstrate how to execute certain techniques. It didn’t excuse her from her other classes, however. That was her own decision to make. The idea of having no other classes but ones revolving around the arts would drive her academic side crazy. So each new semester, she enrolled herself into a few classes she didn’t really need to take, but would enjoy. Or so she thought.
It wasn’t like she was stupid, she thrived in the past. In many ways, she was a poet. She had a mind like no other, the words would simply come to head as soon as the pen hit the paper. But math taken away her vanity, and history was a drag more so than not. God, she couldn’t bear to sit through another lecture about some old white guy who would otherwise mean nothing to anyone if it weren’t for the many who refused to let them and their scandalous actions go.
Y/n knew better than to complain. She knew how privileged she was to even be able to attend a school as such. She didn’t have the wealth, but she had the motivations in her past that had driven her to a certain level of success. Something good enough to land her scholarships. She was good at keeping her head up, more so than not. Each struggle would only create another work for her to make.
It was normal to feel down, even knowing this. She was simply glad to be able to step over the threshold to her apartment. The key couldn’t turn fast enough in her eyes. All she longed for was a little warmth and maybe a cup of coffee to keep her going for the rest of the day. More than that, she longed for him. The man who so graciously wrapped his arms around her shoulder every night and whispered sweet nothings to her. Singing messy melodies and dedicating the lyrics to her while she sleeps.
Her shoulders sagged, only to stiffen when she saw how the December nip had come through her roommates open window.
But she didn’t grumble something mean under her breath. She had known she must’ve done it once or twice before too. Her roommate who she loved very much surely hadn’t meant any harm.
Her slippers were inviting, and his sweatshirt hanging by her door was the final piece she was missing. His smell, welcoming and warm. He smelled of toasted vanilla and pine. There were hints of hair gel in the sleeves, from how often he ran his hands through his hair. She didn’t mind the fray in the hem or how the strings were missing from the hood. It was Harry in every sense. And it was enough for her.
She thought that was the end of it, truly. She figured she could take a deep breather and let the stress of the day ease out of her veins. That now, with the university behind her and her classes over for the day, she could settle into her work and let the soft melodies of her playlist distract her.
Sitting on the floor, her legs folded neatly in front of her, she picked up her brush delicately between her fingers and her thumb, twiddling it around and biting her lips. When she went to reach for the paint the cap seemed looser than usual. When she picked it up, the top fell to the floor, spinning out to a stop a few feet away. Her acrylic dried out presumably from sitting open for days while she worked on her studies and pushed away her art classes.
Portfolios were bare, sketchbooks a mess and worse, she was falling so far behind she was grinding out projects at an inhuman pace. All to simply be rejected or judged poorly. Nothing was ever enough and soon she would become just another burn out if she couldn’t pull it together.
Picking up the bottle, she searched for any signs of wet paint still surviving. She squeezed and turned it hoping to find a glimmer of anything. When she let go, in defeat, remaining acrylic splattered across her cheeks and into her hair. Sticky and half dried.
Setting the bottles down, she reminded herself to breathe. To remember how she’d even got here. She was lucky, she had already made it farther than most of her old peers.
“It couldn’t possibly get any worse.” She thought out loud, keeping up her fading smile to try and keep her eye from twitching. Ever the optimist, she decided to simply move on, enjoy a nice brewed cup of coffee before settling down to watch one of the shows she had thrown herself into to distract her from the harsh realities of the stressful life she was living currently.
Trudging a few feet from her room to the kitchen, she saw the counter sprinkled with brown and white sugars and flour. It was a mess, one her lovely roommate had left, but one she could deal with later. She didn’t mind the chaos so much.
What she did mind was the sticky note attached to the coffee pot, stained brown on the bottom, grounds stuck underneath it on the stove. It was pink with curly lettering and a half hearted frowning face. ‘Out of coffee. Running to the store tonight after class.’ It read.
It shouldn’t have pissed her off, but her blood was heating up and her brain pounded in her skull. She couldn’t cozy up, it was far too cold. Fine. Her paint was dried. She was tired a few night ago, honest mistake. She could go buy more soon. Her coffee was gone. She found it in herself to brush it off, smiling to herself at the sight of a fresh pot of coffee for the morning. The longer the wait, the more worth it, it would surely be. She could be patient. She was patient.
She would focus her anger into something productive. She could wash the dishes, she guessed. Clean out the sink that was littered in stained plates and empty mugs. She would scrub until her fingers resembled those of her grandmas. Finger tips littered with wrinkles from decades of love, only hers would be shriveled from the constant presence of water bathing them.
And she forgot about her worries for a minute. Hot water running over her skin, mug slowly filling under the stream of water as her eyes drifted off. She saw herself sock clad feet, dancing along the tiled floors to a soft melody that resembled a love song. And beside her was a larger pair of feet, swaying along to the beat and laughing along about how neither of them knew how to dance. But they would learn.
They had the whole world at their feet and their youth still surrounding them. These were the good years, and it could only get better.
The door opened with such veracity, she was so sure it would come off the hinges. Startled, her head whipped to the door, already on edge, already struggling to calm herself down.
“Y/n/n?” His accent was thick and low. She had never felt more relieved to see someone so much.
His eyes were the purest shade of green she had ever seen. They put her art to shame. It’s why she never painted him. There was no mixture of colors that could capture the way they twinkled. Even when they were dim with anger or despair, they held so much depth it felt so impossible to paint. No talent could make her lose herself in the greens like his eyes could.
“Harry.” She breathed his name out like it was the best thing she could ever have. He could see the way her eyes gleamed and glistened at him, lips pulled into a genuine smile, softer than usual, but he blamed it on her eight a.m class.
She smelled like espresso, the coffee pot filling with murky water in the sink. Coffee and paint. She didn’t set the mug running under the water down, but the overflow splashing onto her knuckles reminded her to put it on the drying rack.
When she turned, he was there, a hand guiding her closer to him on her back, and lowered eyes looking into hers.
His lips felt like heaven on hers, and she wished he would have kept them there forever, but much to her dismay, he pulled away just as quickly as he came. Already dropping his bags down and grumbling about something that had happened in his organic chemistry class. Something about his professor, or whatever. She stopped listening to lean on the counter, she reminded herself to try and breathe.
“God, he’s such a moron.” He moaned, rubbing his temples. She did the same with her back turned. When she faced him, she plastered on a false smile.
“It can’t be that bad.” She tried to reason. He rolled his eyes, grumbling about how she was far too kind, too patient. So she turned her back to him again, fighting away the urge to grumble something back to him. Kindness was not the same as optimism, something that was wearing very thin in the usually very bubbly girl. It was that trait she carried so much that it balanced out the bad that Harry could bring. His glass-half-empty point of view and his constant sharp tongue about anyone who wasn’t her.
He continued complaining about his day, unaware of how his love was just a few feet away, struggling from her own stress, gripping the counter so harshly her knuckles turned white.
“Sometimes I wish I was an art major like you. God, it seems so much easier.” He didn’t mean it like that, she knew he didn’t mean it like that. She agreed, even. After all, she wasn’t taking organic chemistry or studying the human body in such depth as he did. She studied Van Gogh and Picasso. The crazy man who really wasn’t all that crazy who cut off his own ear. She reminded herself to breathe, just breathe. But when she took that deep breath in, it got stuck.
Why couldn’t she breathe? Why was it stuck in her throat, refusing to escape? She grew frustrated, not with him, but with herself. Tears brimmed her eyes so much, even the plates right beside her blurred into a haze of nothing. There was nothing left to distract her, to keep her up. The sink was empty, she was just running the water by now. And the sound of it should have calmed her but instead she felt very similarly to some of the greats. She could cover her ears and scream all she wanted. But would it ever be heard?
The soft shaking of her shoulders alerted him first. How pitiful she sounded, silently crying and huffing up small gasps to keep her sorrow at bay. But he was so smart, in her eyes, even though he thought the exact opposite, even smarter than herself. He knew before she could even try to pull herself together.
“Love, hey.” His voice was soft, like he was unsure of what to do. And when he turned, he couldn’t help but feel ashamed. There she was, his love crying and falling apart so openly and all he could do was stand there like a big idiot.
Luckily for him, she’d made the first move, wrapping her arms up around him so tightly, all he had to do was pull her closer.
“Y/n/n, whats wrong?” He rubbed her hair, pulling the ends gently between his fingers.
“I’m a failure!” It was rare that Y/n broke down like this. It seemed impossible on some days. How upbeat and unfazed she carried herself. Always walking around with a warm smile plastered on her face. But she was only human. It had to happen sometimes. It was only natural.
Pulling her away, he held onto her to keep her steady. His thumbs rubbed at her tears gently. Her gorgeous eyes, once sparkling were now clouded by her own sadness. A wave of emotion he somehow hadn’t read from her moments ago.
“I mean, look at me, Harry! I’m barely scraping by in my math class, I’ve been surviving off of the same three paintings all semester and I smell like wet dirt! And don’t you dare say I don’t because I can smell it and I can see the grounds on my skin! Right next to the dry paint that I can’t even use!” Harry couldn’t help the way he laughed. Not at her, but for her. To her, the smell of coffee and paint was something so sickening. He would think the same if he were her. Inhaling the fumes every second of his life for years. But to him, she was a breath of fresh air. The chaos in her life something so extraordinary compared to his LED white lab lifestyle he had submitted himself to.
His hand wrapped around hers, which was now poking into his chest pathetically, her lips quivering like it physically pained her to be so upset.
“What?” She sniffled, almost embarrassed by the intensity of his gaze. Normally so stone cold, but one she had learned to read over time. The very small changes in the way he crinkled his nose or moved his brows. She couldn’t read it now, though. Not with the blinding tears falling down her cheeks.
There was no amount of times Harry could swipe his thumbs over her cheek, more and more would stain them it seemed like. And he didn’t quite get it. How could he? While she was breaking down about her failures all he could see was a woman who had already given so much and held no bitterness to those who caused her the pain. She could only reflect it back onto herself.
And while she talked down on herself, crying about her stress and how run down she must have looked to him, all Harry could think was how she could be Mona Lisa if Mona Lisa had a prettier face.
“Nothing.” He whispered, voice sticky and wet from not talking for so long. Her tears rolled down slower until nothing was left, eyes stuck forever searching his for any sign of disgust, but it never came.
“I just love you, is all.” Y/n could’ve laughed at how sappy her otherwise grumpy boyfriend was being. His dopey smile and kind eyes looking at her in a way she hadn’t seen all day. She almost forgot completely why she was upset, if it weren’t for the empty hole in her heart still eating away at her.
“I love you too.” She laughed, more so at herself than him at how quickly her frown had turned into a smile.
“Good.” He took her hand, slotting her arm around the small of his back so that his could rest over her shoulders. He could rest his head over hers and whisper all the sweet nothings that always seemed to charm her into a lavender haze.
And the laughter she emitted only reminded the both of them of how peaceful even the heaviest of rains could be.
To Harry, in many ways Y/n was the sun. Sometimes the clouds like to cover it, but they always pass by, and the sun comes out again.

Y/n appreciated a quiet life, the small moments were a huge thing to her, the smell of freshly baked bread, picking flowers, watching the stars n all.
So when her boyfriend is the most biggest popstar, surrounded by loud music, screaming fans, and flashy cameras, everyone thought the couple wouldn’t work out, oh how they were so wrong.
After loud music, flashy lights, the screams and chants of millions of fans, Harry learnt that quiet and peaceful moments were better shared with y/n, he didn’t just love her, he adored her and everything she did.
She was the quiet rain in the darkest of nights.
It was a common occasion that Harry would come home to y/n absolutely nose deep in a book on the sofa, he loved watching the way she would get totally immersed in the story and endorsed on the character’s behaviour and thinking process.
Well tonight was no different, the time neared 6:45pm and Harry was out of the studio relatively early, he walked into there shared home, before he could look around he could sense something wasn’t right, the lights were all off, normally y/n would have various candle scents lingering in the atmosphere and the sound of her playlist would be faintly heard in the background.
He toed off his shoes and released his belongings by the door (making a mental note to clean it up later)
And walked through to there shared living room, y/n was bundled on the sofa with a grey faux blanket covering her, her hoodies hood was covering her hair and her eyes looked red and defeated.
Alarm bells are immediately going off in Harry’s mind, and he’s quick to act.
“Hey you, what’s happening?” He asked gently asked, swiftly sitting down next to her, leaning back and gently tapping her arm enough to signal ‘come here’
“Harry? Didn’t even hear you come home” she said voice a little wobbly, she joined his side, lounging her legs across his lap and resting her head on his chest.
“S’okay, what happened my love?” He asked softly into her hair, allowing his hand to slowly trace gentle circles on her back.
“Well” she started
“You know the book i was close to finishing?” She sniffs.
Harry begins to slightly relax at the fact it may not be as serious as he anticipated.
“I do m’love” he smiled
“Well because, it wasn’t a good ending at all” she begins to tear up again and snuggle her head further into his chest.
He mainly chuckles out of relief that it wasn’t anything ‘real’ and ‘serious’ he continues to hold her and press kisses to her hairline.
“I’m sorry to hear that m’love, wanna speak about it?” He’d gently ask.
As she begins to tell him the tragedy of the protagonists death and the failing love story between characters, even if truthfully Harry had no idea, he loved listening and taking in what she had to say.
“It sounds like such a beautiful story though my love” he said, trying to amp the spirits up.
“Mhmm” shes hum against him, the rest of the night was filled with cuddles and a lazy dinner together.

It was a few weeks later and now y/n had got on to some new books, she was never without one.
One evening when y/n was sitting up reading in bed, and Harry was in there shared en suite getting ready for bed, y/n had an idea, that would send not only her but many girls around the world into a frenzy.
Before he finished up she sent up her phone discreetly on her beside table and began to work her magic.
“Harry!” She called
Lucky for her, timing was great, he emerged from the bathroom and was about to head out to the bed.
“Stay right there mister” she smirked
A confused smile crossed his face, at her instructions but he did as she said.
“Babe-?” He chuckled lowly.
“I’ve just been reading here” she said holding up her book
“And it says here: “with arms holding him up he leant against the doorframe admiring the girl in-front of him” “ she recites from the paper.
Rolling his eyes already knowing what she was gonna request.
“So if you could please, show me your best doorframe lean, I’d be very happy” she smiled as she put the book in her lap and leaned back against the headboard.
His famous smirk flashes at the girl
“Y’want me, to lean against the doorframe?” He chuckles.
“Basically, but like- in a really romantic and heroic way, y’know” she giggles.
Y/n can practically see Harry think of how he’s gonna do this.
“M’kay, I need you to c’mere then” he calmly requests.
“Harry, just do it!!” She blushes, she’s also thinking of how thankful she is for the 5 minute feature on TikTok!
“Will, just come here” he laughs, he walks over and takes both of her hands and guides her to the place he wants which is right by the doorframe but far enough.
When satisfied with were the both at, harrys left arm lifts up and due to his height sits just above the top door frame, already y/n found her self flustered, and with his right hand he held her face and pulled her in for a sweet kiss on her lips, while still holding the “doorframe leaning position”
She pulls away flustered and blushed up,
“You did not just do that” she laughs as she stares at him.
“No Harry, I know the fuck you did not do that” she states, her eyes still wide and her mouth curling up into a big smile.
The smirk of satisfaction crawled up on his face as he managed to to fluster up his girl, despite nearly 5 years of being together.
Remembering the iPhone camera pointing in there direction, she quickly turned on her heels to stop it, at the realisation of she’s been filming them hits Harry and it’s now his time to go red.
“You cheeky thing” he says going up behind her and wrapping his arms around her waist, he kept his chin on her shoulder as they watched the video they just made together, sharing laughs and smiles.
“Fuck sake” he smiles, pressing a kiss to her temple and getting into his side of the bed.
She presses post and couldn’t wait to see what everyone had to say tomorrow, she joined in the bed next to him.
“Safe to say girls are gonna be having a field day with that one” she laughs.
“Where did you learn that stunt from anyway?” She giggled leaning in to his side.
“Well baby” he started.
“When your girlfriend is obsessed with books and romance novels you do learn a few tricks along the way, and I’d be lying if I said I haven’t read a few of your stuff” he nonchalantly pointed out.
Her eyes light up again.
“Really? You have?” She excitedly asked
“Mmmhmm, I got say y’got good taste” he shrugs.
