My parents help me a little bit with money stuff when they can and they have done this for all of their kids but with me specifically I definitely feel like there's a (not unkind) level of like. You are NOT moving back in with us. going on with it too

#the situation was unsustainable to begin with bc from the moment they got divorced i was being bounced between households #like a hot potato #no like. weekend schedule or anything it was LITERALLY on a whim #sometimes id spend one week at each house and sometimes id stay for two straight months at my dad's and then go back to my mom's for #four days #and once i hit 18 and got a car my step parents on both sides started getting. a little less subtle about how (un)happy they were to #still have a kid in the house #plus my dad and i clashed a LOT when we still lived together. we just got too frustrated too easily with one another #anyway. i think its funny #financial help because by GOD we are never listening to your step mom complain about your bedroom being cluttered again
