grief is weird
#my cousin passed away yesterday morning#we admittedly werent as close as when we were kids but we worked together#but he was only 41#he died of the exact. same. thing. that my dad died of#the same undetected disease that doctors dont check for because they were “too young”#idk if its the lexapro or my brain protecting me from how i spiraled when my dad died but i can feel panic under the surface#that just isnt manifesting so i feel numb#and like im screaming at the same time#and while im trying to process the death and everything that comes with that#im processing the fact that he was healthy ate right worked out didnt smoke didnt drink and heart disease still got him#so what do i do because im not terribly younger than him if he did everything right how do i avoid it#don't mind me
