#sorry but so many of you don't actually know anything about cgi#what you actually hate is when cg and vfx artists are overworked underpaid and never given enough time!#and when directors don't listen to the vfx coordinators and decide that the vfx team can just fix everything in post!#but cgi itself is not the enemy and practical effects are not the beacon of 'real' filmmaking that you think they are#misc.#i saw someone complaining about the wicked cgi and asking why it couldn't be as good as the cg in avatar 2#the same avatar 2 that had triple the budget and took 13 years to make. be serious!!
