I've just realised biting myself is one of my stims and it's both a positive one and a negative one. I can start gnawing on my arm when I see art of a ship or character I like. I can start gnawing on my arm in an attempt to overshadow the mental pain by a physical one. I just experienced the latter over the earlier mentioned thing that is making me hate myself
