made red velvet cupcakes (+ a mini loaf cake bc i ran out of cupcake liners) and cream cheese frosting from scratch everyone clap
#zenith.txt#theyre not that red bc i dont use food coloring#the red historically came from the chemical reaction between coco powder buttermilk & vinegar (nd if you wanted the really red color beats)#so i just chose not to use a frankly absurd amount of food coloring to color it and leave it the natural redish brown
