Mar!!! Thank you for the ask, and I’m so sorry it took so long to answer!

For the one night stand fic:

I realized I’ve never really talked about the aftermath? And how terribly awful Abby handles everything lol.

She was kind of expecting (and hoping) that Nate to be gone the morning after, but when he wasn’t, she went into Panic Mode. She immediately jumped to the conclusion that he’d realize what they’d done and regret it/be disgusted and she just, wasn’t prepared to handle that. (In her solo story, Bobby did a terrible number on her mental health and self image, so she’s got a lot of lingering issues dealing with that). So! Instead of acting like a calm, rational adult about it all, she locked herself in the bathroom and worked herself into a panic attack.

And Nate, being Nate and too kind for his own good, felt terrible. He didn’t want to leave her like that (considering he could HEAR her panic attack), but being around her seemed to just make it worse. So he did the very Nate thing and left a phone number, along with a note apologizing and asking that she calls to let him know she’s at least okay.

Abby never does call….but she doesn’t throw the card away, either

The (Short-lived) Adventures of Ric’s Recliner:

I honestly don’t remember what gave me the inspiration for this fic. I just know I wanted to write something pre-Heartbreak for Erin and Ortega, and I liked the idea of them being big children and “fighting” over something dumb. So it’s four different instances revolving around their battle over the recliner!

This was just me messing around, because I want more spicy vampire biting in the world lol. A completely self indulgent fic honestly.
