Chapter 2

Meeting Green Apple

3rd POV

When y/n finally drifted off to sleep not far away, a certain purple loving turtle passed out in his lab on a pile of blueprints. His brow furrows and drifts deeper into his dream. Y/n opens her eyes and is in a dark foggy room.

"Hello?" She says hesitantly

A green three fingered hand reached out to her and stroked her soft face.

"Wait for me" a quiet voice said.

Y/n's face slowly turns into a smile and sighs quietly

The purple turtle jolts awake with his heart racing and breathing heavily. He looked at his hand thar made contact with the girls beautiful skin in his dream.

"Who was that?" He said quietly

His phone buzzes and quickly takes a look at what the notification is.

April: Hey Don wanna hang out at school today?

The turtle chuckles and types a quick reply

Y/n POV

I awoke at 6:00 am when my alarm rang, I groggily reached around for my phone to turn it off.  Once I've turned it off, I sit up, run my eyes, and stretch. I get out from under to comfy warm sanctuary of my bed and shuffle to my bathroom. Flipping the light switch on, I see that my hair is a complete rats nest, what's left of my braid has unraveled and tangled. I sigh, brush my teeth, and get myself ready for a shower. Finally finished my shower, the bathroom is steamy, wrapping my towel around me I make my way to the mirror, wiping the condensation off it, I start to brush my hair and sigh at the fact that it's so long. I've tried cutting it short several times, but it grows back extremely fast, so I gave up. Once my hair is brushed, I walk out to my room and get myself dressed. (Outfit below, instead of plaid long sleeve, you wear a pink hoodie)

I make my way to the kitchen, grab a pack of pop tarts, and grab a small bottle of oj, place my backpack on my back and tie my shoes. Quickly making my way out of the secret hideout, locking the door behind me with the pass code. The school is about a good 30 minutes away from the hideout which I don't mind since I can roller blade. I click my heels together and 4 wheels pop out from under my sneakers and turn into roller blades. I start to glide down the alley way towards to now bustling city of New York.

I make my way through the metal gates of the high school, receivung a text from papa Brutus and Cass.

Papa Brutus: Make sure you find your way to the principals office for your schedule. Have a great first day!!

Cass: Have a kick ass first day, gurl!!

Many students crowd the front school yard, I click my heels again and the skates go back into my shoes, gently pushing my way to the front doors, I look around trying to figure out how to get to the principals office for my schedule. While being distracted in trying to find the office, I bump into someone, seeing a girl in a green letterman jacket and two curly afro puffs on either side of her head.

"I'm so sorry, please excuse me!" I say a bit too loudly, and a slight blush creeps onto my cheeks

"No worries, you're new here, right? My name is April, April O'Neil. " She says happily

"Yes I am, could you possibly show me where the principles office is....oh, my name is Y/N, Hamada," I say shyly

"Follow me," she says as she turns around and leads me to the office.  She knocks on the door, and we hear a grunt of acknowledgment. As we enter, we see the principal sitting at his desk looking over something on his computer.

"Ah, Miss O' Neil, and you must be Miss Hamada, perfect timing you two. Miss O'Neil, would you be so kind as to show Y/N around? You both will be having the same classes this semester." He said proudly

"Sure thing," April said, and she grabbed the schedule from the principal.

The bell rings, signaling that we should head to our first class, April grabs my hand and drags me out of the office towards our class, which apparently was Algebra. We enter the class and sit in the back row, I put my backpack on the back of my chair, grab a pencil and my black and white notebook. The teacher walks into the class a middle-aged tall man. He places his supplies on the desk and starts writing on the whiteboard.

"Alright, class, my name is Mr. Miller and I'll be your first - and second semester algebra teachers. Most teachers on the first day do the normal circle around the room and introduce yourself to the class stuff, but I'm not that kind of teacher." said Mr. Miller.

A chorus of ughs is heard throughout the room , I sigh to myself, and April shrugs her shoulders at me.

"Open your textsbooks to page 10 and complete the even side problems once finished. Bring the paper up to my desk," he says dismissively.

Opening our books April and I start writing down the problems and answering them. I roll my eyes to myself as I look them over, quickly answer the questions, check over my work, and stand up to turn it in. I hate being the first one finished, but I'm beyond confident that my answers are correct. Placing my answers on his desk, I make my way back to my shared desk and start to doodle the three fingered hand that softly touched my face in my dream.

I'm so engrossed in my doodle that I don't hear my name being called until April nudges me gently. I look up and see Mr. Miller is beaconing me to his desk, I walk up to it and look at my paper that he's grading.

"Is something wrong, sir?" I say quietly

"Yes, the answers are correct, but you're going about solving them the wrong way," he says annoyingly

Soon, students start bringing up their answers, and I see that their answers have more work than mine did. I immediately understand what he is referring to.

"Um, sir, this is how I solve the problems and is the easiest way to do it....in the end, I still came up with the correct answer," I say matter of factly.

"Yes, well, here in my class, we do it the way your fellow classmates have solved it. Also, there is no way you could have answered these questions so quickly without any help. " he answered an octave higher than before

"Sir, if I may, you never said we had to solve the answers in a specific way. Had you said that, I would have answered it to your liking." I say while my hands start to sweat a bit.

Mr. Miller's face turns to the darkest shade of red, and now the whole class is paying attention to our conversation and listening intently.

"Principals office now," he shouts at me

I scoff, quickly grabbing my backpack and rushing out of the classroom. Tears start to fill my eyes as I make my way to the office. The bell rings, and students start to fill out the classes. I somehow make my way through the sea of kids and walk into the office. I sit on one of the wooden chairs outside his office door and try to calm myself down. The receptionist that I didn't notice before was sitting at her desk. She's a plump, older grandmotherly like a woman with big boosums and a large bottom to match. She looked over at me and saw I was in distress. She rolled her chair over to me with tissues and hard candies in hand

"Here you go dearie, dry those tears and eat some of these. The receptionist said

I look up at her, accepting the tissues and hard candies. Wiping my eyes and popping a candy into my mouth, I make a small smile at her.

"Thank you ma'am" I say almost in a whisper

"Oh dearie ma'am makes me sound old, call me Beatrice. Now tell me what had gotten you all riled up, " she says as she puts her hand on mine

"Mr. Miller raised his voice at me when I explained to him why I solved the math problems the way I did and insulted my intelligence. " I answer

Beatrice tuts and says, "That man really shouldn't be a teacher, I've been telling the principal for years, but no one listens to me." She pats my hand gently. The door to the principals office opens, and he asks me to come inside. I get up, walking into his office and shutting the door behind me.

"Well, let's start off with this. You aren't in trouble, Miss Hamada. I know how head strong Mr. Miller can be, I'll talk to him and make sure this situation won't happen again." He says

He pulls out a pink slip and scribbles on it, handing it to me and letting me know it's an excuse pass for my next class. I nod my head and step out of the office. Once I close the door, I see April talking to Beatrice and sucking in some hard candies. She sees me and gives me a small smile and wave. I smile back. Before we leave, Beatrice gives me a hug and hands me a handful of candies. I giggle, and we make our way to our second-class history.

The rest of the day goes on without a hitch, after history is choir which I have without April, then lunch, Science, English and lastly Computer Lab. When we get into our last class, April and I sit together at our own computers. Someone in a purple hoodie taps April on the shoulder, April turns around, and smiles. The purple hoodied person sits next to April and chuckles lightly. He had on some sort of purple knee pads, elbow pads, and black spandex shorts. He turns to me, and his lips turn upwards into a smirk.

"Pleasure to meet you. I'm Othello Van Ryan," he said confidently as he extended his hand to me.

I reached out to accept his hand. Once our hands touch, I can see he's wearing purple gloves that allow his thick three green fingers to pertrude out. I feel a shiver run down my back as I get a flashback to my dream this morning, and by the looks of it, he was thinking the same thing. I quickly withdrew like my hand was on fire, I blushed slightly and smiled.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Y/N," I say shyly.

Zeri: February 7th, 8:00 P.M. at Gragas' Bar

"Diana? Is that you?" he heard their voice and decides to talk. "Hey Solene, I'm in Ionia City, can you please let the guards on Gragas' bar in? I don't want everyone to see me," Aphelios said, he knew that Solene wasn't buying it, until he heard their respond.

"Of course gurl, what type of outfit will you wear?" Solene asks Aphelios and he sigh. "A sparkly blue dress, silver jewelry along with blue diamonds, soft makeup and black heels and my hair is in a ponytail," Ezreal and Akali were surprised when Aphelios described his disguise.

"Oohhhhh!! Sexy sexy!! If Leona will see it...well...you two are 'not together' anymore," Aphelios was shocked about Diana's relationship with Leona which he has to research about their relationship.

"Anyway, I'll see you at February 7th gurl!!" Solene hung off their phone. Aphelios looked at Akali and Ezreal surprised face while he changed to his new voice that Evelynn gave him.

"Hey Ez, did you brought your makeup bag?" Aphelios asks Ezreal and he nodded while he pulls out his makeup and smile.

February 7, 7:23 P.M. - Ezreal's Room at Kench Manor

Ezreal was helping Aphelios applying his makeup to sneak in Gragas' bar as Diana. "Diana wears dark and light makeup a lot," Ezreal said while applying a dark blue eyeliner on Aphelios' eyes.

"When did you learn to do makeup Ez?" Akali ask and he smiled at her. "Ekko, Phel and I dressed as girls to enter Lux's slumber party since Lux invited Jinx and she asks us to be her support just in case. And now it became one of my hobbies outside of school," Ezreal explains while applying blush on Phel's cheeks.

"I got the dress guys," Veigar appears while holding some shopping bags and boxes. "By the way guys, I bought stockings, because I a-" Akali close the door, and she and Aphelios glared at Ezreal.

"What!? The boxers are big you know!!" Aphelios sigh and regrets everything what he has done.

February 7, 7:55 P.M. - Gragas' Bar

*knock knock*

"I came to see my friend Solene,"

The guard looks at Aphelios and Ezreal's disguise and he let them in. "Enjoy their performance ladies," the guard smiled at them and they smiled at him back.

Aphelios' white hair is styled in a ponytail, dark blue and silver makeup and light pink lipstick and wears a sparkly blue dress with shoulder puff sleeves, silver and blue diamond jewelry, blue fake nails, nude stockings and black heels.

Ezreal's hair is green and is styled in two buns and long by adding hair extensions, holographic eyeshadow, blush with shimmer in his cheeks, glossy pink lipstick and wears a iridescent chocker to hide his adam apple, diamond sunglasses, diamond earrings, pearl bracelet, a purple vinyl top with puffy sleeves with a matching skirt and iridescent strap heels.

Chat:

Ekko: Wtf did you guys sent me!?

Ezreal: Is Phel and my disguise, we look sexy 😏

Dal: We're infiltrating at Gragas' bar to find Solene

Aphelios knew that Solene is going to attack him, he decide to stand onto a wall and opens the door. Solene saw the door opening and notice no one is here.

"I'll peek outside just in case," Solene went outside until Aphelios grabbed them from behind. "What the!?" Solene saw Aphelios disguised as Diana with a surprised face.

"Your right Solen, Thresh is a bastard,"

Later

"Let me see...you came here to grow as a person and wants revenge on Thresh, am I right?" Solene asks Aphelios and he nodded while removing his makeup with makeup wipes.

He put his clothes on which is a sky blue buttoned shirt, a dark buttoned vest with matching pants, black gloves and black shoes.

"Why did you come here? Your eighteen years old," Solene crossed their arms and looked at Aphelios.

"I didn't came to drink, I came to see you," Solene blinks rapidly at Aphelios. "Come again?"

"I know you talk about dramas about the companies, explain it to me," Aphelios looked at Solene while they drank a glass of sex on the beach.

"Very well, I'll explain it," Solene sat down on their chair, while applying their makeup.

The reason I hate other companies, is because of Solari Co.

Solari Co. and Lunari Co. we're once worked together as a team, until the death of Diana's sister, her brother in law and nephew, she shutted down herself and raising her niece all by herself.

When Leona accepts the deal with Thresh Co. Diana was furious and they started to fight and the bond between Solari Co. and Lunari Co. got broken.

She decides to focus on her company and raising her niece Alune until she gets older to become the next CEO. Her niece thinks that her twin brother is alive and telling us that someone kidnapped him and she know his identity, but she refuse to tell us.

I left the company to focus on my career and other companies wants to hire me, but I decline their offers.

"She and her niece left from Valoran City to Targon City before your funeral, they will focus on the growth of the company," Aphelios was surprised about Diana and Leona's life and they moved to Targon City because doesn't want Alune to suffer.

"How did Alune's parents and her brother died?" Aphelios ask Solene while they lit a cigarette and starts smoking.

"According to the autopsy by Dr.Kassidin, the cause of death was head trauma, the culprit hit them with a blunt object," Aphelios was shocked that his vision he saw during meditation was true.

"How about Alune's brother?" Aphelios ask Solene and they told Aphelios to get closer to them. "Dr.Kassadin told me that the police and the firefighters didn't find his corpse, someone kidnapped her brother and somewhat raised him or sold him, that's my thought,"  Solene heard the door knocking and asked who they were and it was their manager.

"I would love to kiki with you Phel, but the audience is waiting for me," Solene finishes wearing their look and left the dressing room. Aphelios pulls out his mask and notice a crack on the the mask and wears it.

Ezreal was drinking coke and saw Aphelios in his normal clothes and mask. "Why did you brought spare clothes?" he asked while Aphelios is ordering water to Gragas. "And you?" he asked raising his eyebrow hidden from his mask and he shook his head.

"But I look good anyway, even I took some selfies," Ezreal show his selfie pictures to Aphelios and facepalm while smiling. "You look good anyway, Kayn will be turned on you," Aphelios smirks, which made Ezreal blush.

"Did you find any information about Thresh?" Aphelios ask, and Ezreal shook his head.

"No...but I got information about Ahri," Aphelios was surprised and decides to pull his phone to have a conversation on messages just in case.

Solene appeared with their platinum blonde hair and styled in a high ponytail, dark blue and silver eyeshadow with a dark blue lipstick and wears a dark blue leather bralette with a matching skirt, gloves and boots and accessorized with light blue crystal earrings and ring.

"Thank you for coming at my tour, tonight I'll perform a song for you guys, enjoy!!" the lights turned dim and the spotlight is on Solene while they hold the microphone stand.

While Ezreal starts recording on Solene's performance, Aphelios orders Gragas another bottle of water, he pay grab it and starts drinking while listening to the song, Aphelios heard a notification sound, and is a message from Sharon. He saw a screenshot picture of Sett's social media post, and says "I love my new life, I couldn't done it without you Thresh," this made Aphelios mad.

Alune was doing her school work while rubbing Yuumi's head, which she love it, until her peace is ruined by Ethan.

"I brought your favorite snacks Lady Alune," Ethan place the tray of snacks on the table, and she looked at Ethan and smile.

"Thank you," she grab the glass of milk, and a chocolate chip cookie. "Do you need anything?" he ask, and she shook her head.

"No...but thanks anyway," Ethan bowed to Alune, and as he try to leave, Alune decides to ask him something. "Ethan!!" Alune called him, and he stops.

"Yes?"

"Why you came to work with us?" Alune ask which made Ethan a bit nervous, he calmed himself. "Well, I was an orphan, and my mentor took care of me, and I start working as a bodyguard, and here I am," Ethan look at his pocket watch and smile.

"Your mentor gave you this?" Alune ask, and he nodded. "Indeed, he gave it to me before he passed away."

"I'm so sorry about your mentor,"

"Is okay, but I'm glad I show my side of me," he smiled at Alune, and she smiled at him back. "I'll see you tomorrow, Lady Alune."

"Me too," they both said farewell, as Ethan leaves her room, and pulls out his pocket watch and opens it.

"I have to do this, I'm doing this for Thresh,"

Bunny’s Bae Bar founder and social media star Bunny Zingler teamed up with Forever 21 to welcome Rolling Loud guests to a beauty and fashion oasis on festival grounds. The Forever 21 x Bunny’s Bae Bar on-site festival activation is a one-stop-glam-shop with everything fans at Rolling Loud need to refresh and elevate their festival looks, including shoppable Forever 21 x Rolling Loud Miami merchandise, hair extensions, accessories, biodegradable glitter makeovers, beauty touch ups, as well as Insta-worthy photo opportunities and unique giveaways.

As Rolling Loud's original and flagship festival, I know how our Miami fans turn out their looks, so we wanted to pay homage to the city – keeping it bright and fun, while still being able to keep cool in the heat! I had the pleasure of stopping in at both of Bunny's Bae Bar at Rolling Loud. She had an activation in both GA and VIP sections of the festival grounds. Both activations were really cute, the one in GA was positioned next to the Ferris Wheel and multiple food pop ups. The one in VIP was located next to the main stage. Both activations were vibrant and the team members were very welcoming. I received great service from the make up team and observed the hair stylists making beautiful braids and adding the cutest bedazzles on many curious customers.

This activation was truly a glam oasis, they had everything you needed! More than a salon for hair and makeup, Bunny's Bae Bar also carried the limited-edition Rolling Loud x Forever 21 collection. The limited-edition Forever 21 x Rolling Loud Miami collection, co-designed by Rolling Loud, embraces the sizzling summer heat with lightweight and trendy styles, inspired by Miami, with beachy graphics and vibrant colors, all adorned with the Rolling Loud logo. The collection features eleven styles, including a sexy pink bikini, stylish tube and tank tops, a breezy button- down with matching shorts, a racing-themed one-piece and a camouflage-inspired skirt, and the best-selling varsity jacket featured in the Forever 21 x Rolling Loud California collection. Sizes range from XS-L, at a price range between $24.99-$79.99.

I especially loved the face sparkles. They are very good quality and can be worn more than once. The glue is strong but it also comes off with ease. I was able to wear my sparkles throughout the festival, which really elevated the festival feeling. These are great for parties, concerts, and even every day if you're that kind of gurl!

You are coloring the Forever 21 website with your beauty and grace! What is your favorite look off of the Rolling Loud collection?

Do I have to pick one?

No, you can pick all your favorites! But which would you say is your top one?

My top one, versatility wise, is probably the big jersey, because you can tie it up and crop it how you want to, it fits your body really nice, but also you can go to sleep in it! When I go home, after the show especially, the last thing I want to do is feel clothes on my body. I love to jump in the shower and throw on a big t-Shirt. I usually like to wear one of my husband's t-shirts, he has a big stack of t-shirts that I love to pick out of. The jersey is definitely my favorite from the collection, I love to throw it on, even if it's going to the supermarket, driving in my car, working or whatever - it's the most comfortable.

If I'm stepping out, I would definitely wear the bikini top. You can dress it up with leather or lace day or night. We also have a white crop top. It's giving Malibu Barbie x Racecar. It's definitely the crop I would wear on my day to day basis.

It's funny that you mention your husband because the next question is what inspired the looks for the collection. You mention you like his oversized T's.

Yes, on a day to day basis my attire would be one of my husband's large t-Shirts. I wear Rolling Loud merchandise all the time because we made so much cool stuff, and I love it. I throw on my big t-shirts, my hair in a bun and my Air Forces.

You said you're from Brooklyn, that's that New York City native in you

Haha, yeah, those are my daily shoes, Nikes are much easier to break into. I also needed to bring that sexyness and that taste and the right colors because this is Miami! I'm really happy with how the fans are perceiving it, they really like it!

What inspired Bunny’s Bae Bar?

My background is in beauty. I went to Queens Vocational High School, a trade school, my main thing I wanted to do was cosmetology so my sophomore year I started learning everything there is to know about cosmetology, like how strawberries can exfoliate your skin. I left that school and continued my education elsewhere and got my GED.

My sister is also a cosmetologist, she's a hairstylist. I grew up in an all women house hold. The first product I picked up was a concealer, not something traditional like mascara or an eyeliner. There's also the epiphany of the beauty standards and I grew up with that so I felt I had to hide my dark circles.

My mom was always that bitch, and it's only right I became that bitch too.

With the heat and humidity, what are some make up tips for glam that won’t feel too heavy and won’t sweat?

Definitely make up is not unbreakable, you know what I mean? We are only human, at the end of the day we are going to sweat, things are going to break apart, it happens to me all the time. To alleviate some of those things, I would say use a good setting spray and a lot of powder. When I talk about powder I don’t just mean your under eyes, add it to every single step. Think of dry shampoo in your hair, it sucks up all the oil. You need something to hold these oils.

I also find that a lot of powder on my face, with this heat and humidity, stops me from breaking out almost. Instead of my pores spewing out that oil and just sitting there and causing me to break out, I have something on top to absorb that. Having a good powder is essential, I like the Fenty Beauty one, Rihanna is queen and she knows what she’s doing. 

If you’re going for a matte lip, definitely use a setting powder. I like a matte lip, I think it photographs well. A gloss also looks hydrated and juicy. Definitely powder yourself up, spray yourself down. If you want a setting spray use aerosol, not liquid.

Thank you for those tips! 

And don’t forget the eyelash glue! It’s hot, if you’re sweating you’re gonna need a touch up. Unless you don’t care, you wanna rip them off and have a good time, I’ve done that way too many times. 

You mentioned you went to school for beauty, who are some of your beauty or fashion influences?

Fashion inspirations for when dressing myself, I would have to say Gwen Stefani.

I see that!

Gwen Stefani, Joan Jett 80’s style, I love Joan Jett I grew up on Rock n Roll & OG Hip Hop. When I’m dressing I like to embody a little bit off the iconic R&B baddies, so like TLC, Monica, Destiny’s Child, Aliya, Beyonce. I really like some of the new models too, I like Bella Hadid, I like how she dresses. I also like Naomi Campbell. 

I really think the only think that goes good with a cute outfit is confidence. If you’re wearing a cute ass outfit, but you got a dingy personality, you’re not cute on the inside, then it’s not gonna look cute. I need you to work on you, that’s the nest outfit. I tell that to everyone, self love is the best outfit. 

Thank you for telling us your influences! Do you plan to make this Beauty Bar Station into an actual salon?

Maybe… one day, I mean I would love to. I’ve had such a great time putting together both activations, both in VIP and GA since 2019. Myself and my team, we have worked day in and day out, I draw everything from scratch, I draw it out exactly how I want to see it, I’m a very particular person. Then I give it over to the more technical side, they draw it out professionally and I’m able to say I like this color or that color, I make these flowers myself.

Oh, you’re a DIY girly?

I am! I curate the playlists too.

If you could bring anyone from the main stage to get glammed up in the Bae Bar, who would you love to see?

It would have to be a special guest. I love everyone that plays here for the show. Rihanna is a great supporter and she comes all the time with Rocky, so if I could bring anyone in the Bae Bar, at this moment, right now, I would love Rihanna! And I love Fenty beauty, a lot of my products are Fenty. I’ve loved Rihanna since I was a little girl.

What’s your zodiac, are you a taurus?

I am a taurus!

Really, it’s not giving Gemini, it’s giving fire.

And my moon is Scorpio.

Water, oh okay, some balance. You’re definitely giving fire sign though. It’s Leo season though so you could just be tapped in.
