Do you have any other herb notes? They’re quite useful, especially the description of the plant. This way, it’s easier to explain herbs’ purposes and how to find them to blind cats, since there’s no need to search for correct words.

Authors Note: Giant Hogweed was brought to the US as an ornamental plant in NY in the early 1900s, it quickly became invasive and is a problem in mostly norther coastal states. It makes your skin photosensitive so if you encounter it, wash immediately with soap and water and stay out of the light. If you have a bad reaction see a doctor!!! The roots are known as wild parsnips but you must be completely covered to harvest. Other plants that look similar but are much smaller, like queen anne's lace, are known as wild carrots would be a better, safer, option! Stay safe, happy foraging.
