#todays episode of coworker bullshit is them getting mad at me because the ancient software they use doesn’t work#on her end she sees the patient ID from 2010#on my end I see the updated ID#the only ‘method’ they ever gave me to fix this was updating the patients profile by changing something like an address or phone number#which actually does work SOMETIMES. but when it doesn’t work there’s nothing I can do#and they get mad at me every single time#oh yeah let me just uh single handedly change the system for you yes I can totally do that yep
