Narrator: “Lodden News: A major building has collapsed on New Wing Island. 12 killed, 17 injured. Some workers are still buried underneath.”

Narrator: “The Lodden government quickly launched a rescue effort. The accident is likely caused by illegal construction underground.”

Narrator: “Our reporter contacted Mercury Group that is responsible for the construction, but so far no response.”

Narrator: In the empty conference room, a video of the collapsed New Wing Island project played on a big screen.

Narrator: The giant dust cloud that rose when the building collapsed took up most of the screen amid screams from workers on scene.

Narrator: The locals’ panic turned to outrage.

Narrator: They demanded the responsible party to come forward, while rumors ran rampant of an underground base.

Secretary: We got the guy before Winslet’s people could silence him.

Mercury: You know what to do, right?

Secretary: Yes.

Narrator: The secretary left the room and dialed the phone in the hallway.

Secretary: Hello, is this the chief editor of “Lodden News”?

Narrator: Public opinion is so much mightier than the sword, and one you can exploit.

Narrator: People will flock to the bigger news like moths to a brighter flame.

Narrator: With the semi-opaque glass keeping noises out, only a black cat’s purring could be heard in the enormous conference room.

Narrator: A few days later, the masses have been completely swayed.

Narrator: Every news feed on every phone and every headline was about the New Wing Island incident.

Narrator: But the Winslet Group was now the culprit.

Narrator: The latest investigation revealed that the engineer responsible for the accident actually works for the Winslet Group.

Narrator: The furious comments denounced Winslet as a murderer.

Narrator: The phones in all major Mercury offices, meanwhile, never stopped ringing.

Narrator: The secretary responded to the media in an organized fashion and cut off unnecessary lines.

Narrator: But soon his phone received a clip of an interview.

Narrator: I let him play it.

Narrator: Winslet’s face took up the entire screen.

Narrator: His face scrunched, bloated, and flushed with red, with blue veins popping out of his neck.

Narrator: Poor overwrought puppet.

President Winslet: This is nonsense! It’s slander! I’ve been framed!

President Winslet: We will find out who’s the real culprit!

President Winslet: We won’t let this tarnish our name. We’ll make sure the true mastermind is brought to justice!

President Winslet: I’ll expose you, Mercury! Everyone will see the real you!

Narrator: The secretary turned the phone off. Winslet’s voice vanished.

Secretary: That was a press conference held by Mr. Winslet. He denied the accusations and believes we framed him.

Secretary: Moreover, he’s seeking alliances with other corporations to try to turn the table back on us.

Secretary: Also...

Mercury: Keep going.

Narrator: The secretary leaned closer and whispered into my ear.

Secretary: We intercepted someone trying to sneak into our building this morning.

Mercury: Found out who that was?

Secretary: Of course. Someone with the Winslet Group, looking to assassinate you.

Narrator: That makes it third time this month.

Narrator: I rose from my chair.

Narrator: The black cat stopped grooming itself and arched its back, then quickly plopped down again.

Secretary: Should we send someone...

Narrator: I calmly watered the roses on the desk.

Narrator: Time ticked by slowly.

Narrator: The red flowers seemed inviting.

Narrator: Sunlight showered the roses through the window, as beads of water glided down their sides.

Narrator: The distant buildings of New Wing Island cast large shadows under the sun.

Mercury: Send them an invitation.

Mercury: I’m throwing the most lavish party at the Lodden Hotel. Make sure Winslet is invited.

Some people tried to find the end of the world, succeeded, and then turned into a raging black sand/ash tornado. They were also fully aware as they were turning into sand, and they couldn’t do anything about it.

We freed the souls of the French Revolution that one time.

We are currently on the precipice of both the apocalypse and a war.

Nikki got stuck in a time loop.

This group called Savior, which was made to prevent the prophecy apocalypse from happening, debated on whether or not they should kill Nikki.

I’m pretty sure Ninir was selling illegal honey???

Also everything has gay subtext.

Except for Jax and Yuka. Even though they are roommates, they are also the same person.

After the events of the game, the ghosts (except for Hellen, Polterkitty, and King Boo) all got a second chance, and they now work at the Last Resort, which has since become a legitimate hotel.

So, I manage to squish the four games (Love Nikki, Shinning Nikki, Food Fantasy, Mr Love) onto my devices. I had to split them up (two on each), since I couldn't manage to get all four to coexist on either tablet or phone. But hey, it worked, so I don't complain.

However, this post will mainly be about Mr Love, since I still haven't figured out Food Fantasy besides "Oh look, pretty animes girls (and boys) as food!", and the other two I basically play since launch ^^''

I love how, if you played Love Nikki enough, Mr Love will feel like home XD

This includes the super pretty art, the well known graphics for stamina, gold, interface, ect., the detailed eyes, the main protagonist that is kinda fixed, the relaxing music, the vonky Translation, the confusing (dark) story plot, the simpable characters,...

Also you find a ton of Easter eggs from LN in it, especially our favourite talking kitty! I love it!

So it's basically Love Nikki, minus Miraland, lesbianism and plus dating options. A very solid and entertaining game so far and I really enjoy it ^^

And if you spend enough time in your life on Wattpad, you'll find yourself questioning if this is a HS FF or actually a pretty game from your favourite developers XD

However, what I don't enjoy as much is Lucien.

And you can try whatever you want, this dude just screams "I'm a creepy psychopathic serial killer" to me and till now every interaction I had with this "gentleman", scared the crap out of me.

I just can't get over him. He's not mysterious to me or a Genius, much more someone that wants to lure me to an abandoned alley to harvest my organs and stitch my hollow body up to dance with it.

He is creepy, and I don't really want to fancy him.

I can get over Victors "I'm cold and totally not a copy of Christan Grey" attitude but Lucien? Sorry I would just rather keep my distance. I don't trust you (yet).

But the game doesn't let me "listen to my instincts" as this charming gentleman adviced me to (and believe me, I tried)
