Not hostility. 2. He had been stuck in a dungeon for a while partially because Nico lied to him. 3. Where? 4. Leo never knew Nico before and didn't know anything about him. Plus Nico was giving creepy vibes to everyone partially on purpose. 5. Where? 6. That's not what happened. 7. Again, Nico creeps pretty much everyone out partially on purpose. 8. That ESPECAIALLY never happened.

Dude I don't know where your idea that he was being purposefully creepy comes from. He's literally denoted to smile at them a bunch of times even though Nico later one describes that emoting at all is difficult for him. If anything I would say that denotes he was trying to be friendly and it just didn't work.

He was for sure trying to stay away from them because Nico has a very hard time with living people plus living people who specifically seem to dislike him and only him.

But trying to keep your distance from a bunch of older kids you don't even know after you went through the most traumatic experience of your life plus the guy you are in love with just went missing together with his girlfriend isn't the same as purposefully going out of your way to creep people out just because

1. How the hell is not hostile to hope a child who was supposed to be under you special care dies a most painful death simply because it isn't convenient for you and your oppressive system that he lives. Maybe it's not personal but it sure as hell it's hostile.

2. Nico was said a dozen times to had been tricked by Hades, which he had no way of knowing he would have been tricked because yet again he's like 12 at this point Hades is his dad and prior to this had never lied to him.

Also love how you don't even bring up my point about Percy trying to hurry Nico up and wishing he could throw stuff at him so he would stop groaning while Nico had just gotten out of the jar. Funny

And yet again the point was to show hostility, it doesn't matter what motive there was for the hostility the only point was to show hostility against Nico, which I would argue pointing a sword at his neck it's pretty hostile.

4. So what? That's not the point. First of all Leo did know Nico, not personally but he for sure saw how desperate to save Nico, Hazel his friend and a girl he was supposedly into, was. Also even if Nico was a complete stranger, he was literally a war prisoner, who couldn't even speak for a while, and actively needed his sword to even be able to walk.

I don't know about you but if I see a kid who has been kidnapped actively starved and literally went through hell, even if I don't know him, even if he's "Purposefully creepy" as you put him I'm still not gonna go out of my way to showcase to him how much he creeps me out and how much I don't like him, you know. Cuz basic human decency and all.

Yes Jason wanted to leave Nico in the jar, and you can say it was a strategic move, he was still abandoning Hazel's brother to his own slow demise. And that's still a bad thing to do, hell it breaks Hazel's trust in him to the point she starts thinking, what if I'm no good for the mission and he abandons me next.

He denotes that being a child of Pluto was hard enough as it was which means he does see being the child of one of the Chthonic Gods as a reason to be mistreated, and he's making the effort to not do that.

Which good for him but you know no other demigod gets that treatment it's only specifically the children of the king of the dead.

So yes that's literally just what happened.

7. Love how you don't even try to say that didn't happen because it was like straight up three chapters of that.

But so what? He's being creepy on purpose therefore he deserves to get chunked into water and left to his own luck? Really that's your point here?

First of all Frank is a good few years older than Nico, hell Frank has an almost three years gap with Hazel (Which don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure before the reckon when Nico himself was younger than Hazel it was a full three years) so why is he having beef with his girlfriend's scrawny brother.

And Nico's not even being creepy on purpose. But hell even if you think he was being creepy on purpose to Jason or Leo to keep them away, when was he ever creepy on purpose to Frank.

Frank and him already knew each other previously, and Nico never had any issue with him, it's only said that he likes to tease him sometimes.

And right after Frank is done talking about how pissed at Nico he is, Nico literally tells Hazel he likes her boyfriend.

But Frank was already reluctant about Nico even from back when they were in Camp Jupiter while he wasn't hostile like he got during the Quest, he did denote that Nico wasn't like Hazel, which in turn got Percy to defend Nico.

So yeah, so what. I don't get your point yes everybody is creeped out by Nico. Nico doesn't like creeping people out.

But the whole point of that answer was to say yes everybody is creeped out by him and reacts hostile to him, you just saying yes they are all creeped out by him is honestly just telling me I am right.

It doesn't even matter if he does it on purpose after being on literal Tartarus, but he's not even doing it on purpose mate.

No not even partially, he's aware he does that, doesn't mean he's doing it on purpose.

8. I will say The Camp becomes a better place for Nico post-Solangelo but before that no not really.

Nico actually sorta has some friends in Camp Jupiter, and Hazel says they just look at him as a travelling oddball, on the other hand in Camp Half-Blood, Nico never once felt comfortable or like he belonged, he was always leaving because he always perceived hostility against him.

The only times that Nico's life in Camp is described as anything else than hanging in the shadows and running away is after he reunites his Divine family to go battle against Kronos together, and stop the world from ending.

That's said to us by Percy who is denoted to be a pretty unrealiable narrator especially towards Nico so who knows how trustworthy that information even is

But we know that doesn't last very long from Nico saying so himself, plus the fact that right after that book we come back to Nico having left yet again, and Annabeth the only remaining Camp as we are told the Camp literally falls apart if neither Percy or Annabeth are there to attend it 24/7 during TOA, only briefly mentions Nico as yeah the dark creepy kid who's gone right now.

So yeah I don't think he was super popular there neither, but I think it's pretty telling he felt comfortable in Camp Jupiter after being there for less than a year, and never managed to feel accepted by Camp Half-Blood even after three years

How would the yanderes react to the character and way of being of Piper and her relationship with Percy, I mean, I'm not judging Rick, but he went out of his way to make a Mary Sue and an icon for women with his way of being even at the expense of ruining his other characters (Annabeth, Percy, etc.) giving him powers that are not relevant in the previous books we had been told that the witchspeaker does not It worked with the gods and out of nowhere comes Piper and it worked when she manipulated Gai later with her attitude of "I'm a daughter of Aphrodite who doesn't like to be pretty, attract attention, be rich." I don't like that my father is a famous actor either, he knows how to fight and that makes me different from my mother's other children." What is this about? Aphrodite's children demonstrated several times that not only did they She worries about their appearance and that they know how to fight especially in the last hero of Olympus and most of the time Piper likes to be paid attention when she is with the 7 in the Argo I feel like Piper would be the type of character who has the script on her side and that's why things turn out well for her. While Rick gives Percy and Nico every character development that makes you think "stop Rick, he's one step away from breaking down," Piper literally said that he suffered a lot in his childhood because"Her father was not with her and he preferred to spend his time working" that is not suffering, your father spent his time working so he could take care of you Meanwhile, Percy's mother also worked and kept her away from him and she did not put herself in a suffering role, Nico Zeus killed his mother, Jason was abandoned by his mother, Leo had to see his mother Dying and blaming himself for it, But each one moved forward While Percy and the others, sorry, but I'm going to focus on my daughter in the books, it seems to me that sometimes Piper doesn't like Percy for the simple fact of being a competition.For Jason being the son of Poseidon

How would the yanderes react to Piper if she somehow didn't like Percy or treated her badly in the Argo when Percy tried to (as she did in most of the Mark of Athenea book) give orders

It may be a very unlikely situation according to some that Piper treats her badly but it is that in blue arsenic Percy adopted a personality that Piper and most feminists would not like.(Act adorable and like a helpless little girl)

so a long time ago i found this funny website about the types of mary sues, and here are the ones i feel like piper fits the bill for:

-> not just about piper's issues with her dad and being rich, but her whole thing with jason, which is ESPECIALLY prevalent in toa, where she bemoans about how hera and aphrodite FORCED her into a relationship with jason, when that was not the case at all. throughout all of hoo, we read about piper going through with the false memories even after being told that they were fake memories conjured by the mist, wishing that jason doesn't remember his past so he would stay with her, getting jealous over reyna, getting upset whenever jason thinks about anything related to camp jupiter, etc.

but rick was getting a lot of backlash over jasper/jiper, so he breaks them up in toa, but does it in a way to make PIPER look like the victim instead because, again, he really likes her and wants ppl to sympathize with her

-> someone on quotev mentioned this, but basically piper and annabeth lol. when piper first landed in camp, annabeth was spilling EVERYTHING to her and immediately became vulnerable, when annabeth was never characterized to be like that. she has always been standoffish at times, and after the war, she definitely wouldn't be spilling all her woes to a random girl. but again, rick wants her to be liked, and the best way to do that was immediately have her connect with a well-loved character from the first series

(i'm really sorry about these big ass adds that appear in the middle 💀)

-> piper out-charmspeaking drew, which was made easier for her since the aphrodite kids were given a massive downgrade personality and skill-wise. and like you mentioned before, her charmspeak working on goddesses even though it shouldn't.

-> piper has done a lot of stuff wrong. before they get to kansas, she gets visions from katoptris about jason having golden eyes (he and percy gets possessed by the eidolons and are forced to try and kill each other), REPEATEDLY gets a vision of her, jason, and percy DROWNING, and a dude with a vine hat (bacchus). and she only every speaks about the dude with the vine hat 💀. and after she, jason, and percy drown, she confesses that she had seen it before and apologizes for not saying anything because "i didn't know how to tell you guys 🥺" and she's immediately forgiven

-> honestly, it's not really just piper, but it shows more with her 💀 rick was trying to make her a feminist icon, but she reeked of internalized misogyny and it didn't help that all of her enemies or rivals were female characters who were comfortable with their femininity (they liked pink, wore makeup, liked dresses/skirts, etc.) and she triumphed over them every single time, which is basically proves that piper was RIGHT to think that way 💀

-> she was obsessed with jason bro 💀 like, almost possessive kinda yandere, but ofc it was never supposed to be seen that way, rick just unwittingly wrote her that way which is kinda funny

-> she's not exactly a villain (she's supposed to be one of the good guys) but she was DEFINITELY spoiled by the story for sure 💀

i'm not gonna have piper and percy interact much, tho to be fair, they didn't interact much in canon either so i don't think anything will change. piper will definitely notice percy's more girly side and be like "ew :/" but she's mostly going to be daunted by her because YES, she's girly and a bit of a girlflop, but she's seen her fight and seen how powerful she can be. she's mostly just gonna be sus and jealous cuz i plan on fleshing out percy and jason's relationship

(i plan on making jason lowkey jealous and bitter about percy because percy is everything he strives to be: perfect, and it makes him insecure. plus, she's clearly well-loved not just by the camp, but by her father and other gods, and he feels inadequate and wants to be like her, but percy's gonna try and help him through with it 🥺💖)

daddyseidon obviously detests piper and is pissed that she refuses to obey percy's orders. in his eyes, his daughter has the highest status out of everyone there and every word she says should be law 💀

hades is put off by piper. he doesn't understand what her problem is LMAO. while he doesn't think it's right for percy to be in charge (she's just a wittle baby, she should be in the palace and chilling, not fighting for her life! 🥺), she's still of higher status and should be obeyed.

(imagine their shock when they find out that percy's actually NOT treated as a princess there and is just treated as One of Them, which she's perfectly cool with ofc, but they hate ittttt 😂😂😂)

apollo is disgusted. his whole thing is about loving yourself and with piper's blaring internalized misogyny, she clearly does NOT love herself and makes it everyone's problem in his eyes 😭😭 he's so worried about percy, what piper's her pissy attitude influences his darling?!?!?! 🥺

beelzebub would just want her dead 💀 his stress levels are high okay, this poor man is stuck watching the love of his life fight against giants, monster, and GAEA 24/7, he just wants them all DEAD ALREADY

loki would find her the most hilarious thing ever (in a derogatory way). she's so full of contradictions it almost makes him feel better about himself 😭 says she's not boy-obsessed and that her siblings are pathetic losers, but acts crazy when it comes to jason. etc etc. it's not until she makes her dislike to percy known that he sobers up and goes "ok that bitch has got to go 😤"

anubis (omg i think this is the first i ever got to write about him like this?!) wouldn't even CARE about piper. she wasn't even in his RADAR and she would've been perfectly safe!! ...but then she goes and does ONE wrong thing to percy and now all bets are off 💀 anubis would've been the only one who would've spared her cuz his only concern is percy, but once she goes after her, he's planning on killing her and using her bones as a chew toy 💀

During a derby match the opposing team visibly has it out for Y/N and all the girls have to keep Keira calm until it reaches a final limit for her with Y/N screeching out in pain for Keira. Would love to see this play out for such a softie as Keira ♡

She watches as you roll around on the turf wrestling with Sandra, the goalkeeper going easy on you. She knew this, however she can’t help but look out for you as Panos grabs you by the legs. A snigger from next to her has her jumping as she looks to the source.

“You really are her protector, huh?” Patri grins at the English woman who rolls her eyes with a small smile.

“I’m not-” she cuts her own sentence short as you fall over Sandra’s shoulders “Careful Y/N!” you and Sandra give her a thumbs up and she turns back to Patri only to find the brunette looking at her with a knowing look, an eyebrow raised.

“Continue please”

Keira didn’t know why but since Aitana has introduced you to her, yourself having been too shy to as you instead jumped on Mapi’s back, she had felt the need to keep an extra eye on you. In an ‘I’ll catch you before you face plant�� type of way. Perhaps it was because you were younger, Lucy had pointed that out to her and after thinking about it for a second she nodded along. Your shyness was short lived though as you accidentally pounced on her, missing Gemma, your target, by a whole lot as the brunette easily moved out of the way.

You had profusely apologized to her but she waved you off to pull you up from the ground instead, leaning down to pat the grass off your legs. After that the two of you got along, much to your surprise after tackling her, and soon you were pairing up for some of the partner drills in training.

Currently, you were turned towards Keira as you rested your forearms on her thigh, watching as she huffed out a breath of air before offering you some water. Your team was having their half time break in the locker room and everyone was beyond frustrated with the aggressive yet petty game play of the opposing team.

Half time went by quickly though and before you knew it you were walking out to the field again, Keira’s hand laid on your shoulder before she softly pushed you in the direction of your position. It didn’t take long for Barca to get another goal, for you to get your first of the night.

You were up against the two Real Madrid defenders, Misa in goal, and as much as they tried to stop you, you kept going. Ana-Maria was shouting at you to encourage you to shoot, but you needed to get past Gálvez first.

You pick up your speed as you drive forwards towards Misa and you fake left then shoot right. Gálvez slides in at the last second but the force of the ball is much greater and it bounces right off her and into the back of the net. Ana-Maria catches you easily as you jump on her and your other teammates are quick to join in on the celebrations for a bit.

The smile is big on your face as you move to walk back to your side but that’s quickly washed off when the Real Madrid defender steps on your foot harshly and you slip with a pained yelp leaving your mouth. Barca’s number 21 is instantly there and Keira pushes at the girl, shouting something at her before she helps you up, checking if you’re okay.

The following 12 minutes of the match are a living hell for you. Several of the Real players are near you at all times, even Athenea has abandoned Frido to instead mark you. It’s ridiculous at this point, but all Keira feels is rage as she watches you get tackled left, right and center every time your foot touches the ball. Another rough slide, the player’s boot hitting your ankle again, has you staying on the grass for a second as you breathe in deeply, a pained expression on your face.

“Kie, calm it, we don’t need you sent off” Lucy’s voice speaks up from next to her, stopping in her march towards you with a hand on her back. Lucy isn’t the first person to try to get her to keep cool, she’s sure three other teammates have said something similar, but she’s angry.

Less than a minute later you find yourself trapped between two defenders and they just so happen to go for the tackle at the same time causing you to land on your side with a loud thump and you cry out in pain. Keira is leading the pack of Barca girls walking towards you furiously, but they all think you’re okay as you attempt to get up.

Luck isn’t on your side though, or maybe it’s just the Real Madrid defenders but as they get tangled up in each other and your legs one of them falls on you, on your ankle. A loud wail leaves your mouth as you reach for your foot accompanied by a scream that has Keira taking off in a sprint immediately.

“Keira!” the screech is full of pain as you notice her, an arm reaching out in her direction as she pushes the player off you. Her heart breaks at the sound of you sobbing her name over and over and she holds onto your hand tightly as the medics arrive on the field.

“I’m here, I’m here Y/N/N” she assures you when you lean your forehead against her thigh and she rubs your back in her kneeled down position, waiting for the medics to give some kind of reaction. She moves her gaze from your face to your ankle only to have to hold in a gasp at the sight. Bruising is already evident on your swollen ankle and you whimper in pain when one of the medics moves it around.

“It’s okay pequeña” she attempts to console you in her limited Spanish knowledge and she feels you nodding into her. Finally, you’re taken off on a stretcher and she follows with a hand on your forehead until they get you to the sidelines and she’s given a warning to get back on the field.

She gets her revenge though and her rough play against the two defenders earns her earning a yellow card before she’s subbed out in the last 15 minutes of the match.

She’s quick to seek out the medical room, practically sprinting down the tunnel and she rips the door open, startling you.

“How are you?” she asks slightly out of breath and you give her a small smile.

“I sprained it, so probably out for the next game.” you shrug at her sorrowfully and she takes notice of your slumped shoulders with a sympathetic look. She doesn’t say more as she sits next to you on the medical table, your feet swinging back and forth despite the pain that shoots through the right one and you lean into Keira. She sits with you in silence for a few minutes, her hand rubbing your arm softly before she finally breaks the silence.

“Aren’t you supposed to keep that elevated?” you remove your head as you look at her confused and she motions to your ankle, you give her a sheepish smile.

“It was uncomfortable-”

“And where’s the ice pack?” she gives you a disapproving look as you reach behind you and hand it to her.

“Keira come on” but she ignores you and stands, grabbing a pillow and pushing you on your back, gently placing your leg on it and then the ice on top.

“You really need to start looking after yourself” she jokes as she pats your knee.

“But then I wouldn’t need you” you play along as you offer her a toothy grin and she chuckles at you, moving to sit next to you again.

“I really am your protector,huh?” she chuckles lightheartedly,nudging your shoulder with her own.

Hi, sorry to ask you again so soon, but I have a couple of new questions.

For context: in my book I have this emperor: Zeus the Mad, he is a libertine and (being honest) a preeetty bad ruler. This man has only two legitimate children: a son named Erictoni and a daughter named Athena. In this culture children are only legitimate if they have come from the woman in the relationship.

His son is branded as crazy since he was a child because he suffers from hallucinations; his daughter, on the other hand, is a very intelligent and educated woman.

Years go by and his daughter has seven children, each one from a father (that's why I was informing you about how legitimacy works for them), Annabeth, Sammuel, Beckham, Oliver, Sofia, Elizabeth and Lucia. The emperor doesn't like any of his grandchildren very much, but he has a special hatred for Oliver, for being a trans boy. One day, in a fit of rage, he breaks a jar of wine over the boy's head, leaving him in a very worrying state (not the first time he does something like this.)

That night the youngest of the siblings, Lucia (who is quite afraid for her brother's life), sneaks into the emperor's rooms and slits his throat while he sleeps. When she does this she is only nine years old. The only people who know who did the murder are Lucía and their mother.

Because of what I've already mentioned to you, Athenea is the one who inherits the throne.

Okay, now for the questions:

1. How would the people take the death of this emperor? And the coronation of his daughter?

2. How would the nobility of other countries/empires treat the children of the empress, since she is not married?

3. What investigation would be made into the emperor's assassination?

4. What psychological marks might these events leave on the children?

With a mixture of unease and fear. He may be hated but he's still a figurehead to the country and his death is happened at the heart of the royal palace, amongst all his guards and where he should have been most powerful. The family will be uneasy, the government will fear a national enemy, the people will start to question the infallibility of the royal family. They will probably welcome the daughter if she's an improvement on her father but if she had a particularly bad and public rift with her dad rumours of her involvement in his murder will sprout.

With respect. They may not be illegitimate but they are still of Imperial blood.

A large one. The Emperor died at the palace, murdered in his own bed, with all his guards around? Everyone will be on this inquiry. Everyone is a suspect.

It would make them very afraid. I mean I can't really stress how significant this type of murder would be. An Emperor, the most powerful man in a vast Empire, is killed at the seat of his power with every measure of protection around him. The children may not mourn him but they will likely start to grow paranoid about just how safe they are at the palace and have trust issues.

unfortunately for me right now i'm on the side of tiktok where everyone hates piper, which got me thinking because i always assumed that piper's attitude about femininity is about a trauma she has and how stupid people are i'm going to explain why piper is not a pick me or an i'm not like other girls (which btw are super misogynistic terms).

we all know that piper is not very feminine, she does not like makeup, or many stereotypical things for girls, i say that all this relativity made the feminine began when piper was about 12 years old. piper being a girl who grew up in hollywood with a father who was not present at all, she began to live with great women in the industry, they said that piper was their little doll, they adored combing her, putting on her makeup and dressing her, over the time piper developed a great sense of fashion (reflected in the mark of athena with that beautiful hello kitty top), a great love for makeup and a great love for those women who cared about her. every time piper wore a nice outfit it made her feel close to those loving women, who were the only people who showed her love.

it wasn't long time until the media started talking about how beautiful piper was, it wasn't long time until they started sexualizing her. they gave her nicknames like "the new lolita", or called her sexy, being just a 12-year-old girl who liked fashion. due to all this piper began to move away from the world of hollywood from the world that had taken away the love of his father. she began to wear looser clothes, not to put on makeup and to cut her hair alone, all this to be anarvert so that no one would see her. she no longer felt comfortable in a dress, or a skirt, or anything.

piper was never an "i'm not like other girls" because she secretly continued to adore all that, she adored fashion, makeup and everything steotyped for girls, with fashion she expressed herself was herself, but all that was ruined by adults men who said it would be a dream to spend a night with her. piper was not a pick me girl because she never put down a woman for being feminine, how would she do it? she loved being. piper does not deserve all the hate she has is a 14/15 year old girl who does not want to be sexualized.

even though at the end of the day nothing of what piper did was of any use because people keep reducing her to being the hot one, a clear example of this was that chapter of the mark of athenea when hercules flirts with her, being a minor of 15.

Credit to Hannah Hampton and her wonky vision for stepping up at the England Spain game and not letting the pressure of the moment get to her. A solid debut for her and I’m sure a huge confidence boost. I fully thought Sarina was setting her up for failure at the start of the game but me of little faith I suppose! Sabrina’s has a decent start leading this England side, but her predecessors were shit so it’s a Low bar lol 😂

I wasn't exactly rooting for England (watching as a neutral) but was actually so relieved when she leapt up to save Athenea's shot at the very end bc it wouldn't been such a shame if that clean sheet — and the draw — got taken away from her after how well she'd done throughout the game.

I watched her whole podcast appearance on Ben Foster's cycling gk channel a while back and it was some really lovely stuff.

And oh yeah, Sarina deserves her credit for the relatively decent job she's done so far. You're right, Mark Sampson, Phil Neville and Hege Riise was just a hat-trick of bad coaches that England had to endure. Anw, interesting to see who she'll put out for the game against Germany bc practically everyone has had a run out now and Sarina should probably be choosing her best lineup for the final one.
