I hate how I've never seen anybody talk about the fact that in TMA episode 100 all the assistants fail to get coherent stetements. From what we can see, all the statements that Jon has taken directly from subject are not only coherent, but comprehensive and fluently spoken. The first instance we have of this is from as early as episode 12, where the subject starts talking when Jon tells her to, and doesn't stop until she's done. This goes to show how much Jon being an avatar of the Eye actually affects his interactions with others, and how much was actually happening under our very eyes (or ears in this case). We never noticed because the only person who recorded the statements was Jon, but the moment we get something to compare it with it becomes obvious how unnatural it was for him to be able to get such a perfect account of a traumatic and shocking experience.

halfway through season 2 and i keep getting jumpscared whenever anyone raises their voices. my volume needs to be turned up super high to hear whenever anyones just regularly talking and then like jonathan starts raising his voice and there go my ear drums.

Kept thinking about how weak and disorientated Jon gets when cut off from the Eye, which got me thinking about Martin having to help him as his state got worse.

Surprisingly, instead of getting angsty, I ended up with Jon being carried around like a ragdoll.
