i started trying magnesium supplements for my tics again and they do work a bit but i missed a day today bc i wasn't home and i could already tell the difference. from ONE DAY?? ridiculous to me bc it's a mineral the body needs to function. but according to the search results i found magnesium isn't stored in the body for long at all, like 12-24 hours! wtf body
