If we take Parc Esta prices and compare them to the prices of condos of nearby launches, we can see that there is a slight difference.
For example, in Tre Vor, a normal one-bedroom apartment is sold for averagely 700 000 dollars.
An apartment in 110 Potong Pasir Avenue, District 13 is offered for 738,000 dollars while a two-bedroom condo at the same address costs 1,023,000 dollars.
This generally applies to all the other condos of this size, but interestgly, you can get a three bedroom condo here for just 500,000 dollars more.
The four-bedroom apartments will take well over 2.000.000 dollars.
To put it into the perspective of a little bit smaller numbers, the smallest amount of money you will have to pay for a condo per square foot is $494 and the average is $1,295.
Condos in Geylang seem to be on the same level, with the average price of 1,200 dollars per square foot.
What we have to notice, however, is that prices differ significantly based on the number of bathrroms, meaning that you can get a three bedroom apartment at a fairly reasonable price if it has only one bathroom.
All in all, our overall complaint is that the average psf price is somewhat higher than what is on the menu for the same period of launching of other projects.

The week in luxury: A map of Miami-Dade’s priciest condo sales
Miami-Dade condo sales fell in the first week of April.
The county recorded 148 closings for a total of $53 million, a drop compared to the previous week’s $61 million sales volume for 160 units.  Condos last week sold for an average price of about $359,000 or $312 per square foot.
The most expensive deal was at Continuum in Miami Beach. Unit 1208 in the south tower sold for $3.45 million, or about $2,000 per square foot, after 139 days on the market. Sheila Rojas represented the seller, and Thomas Druck represented the buyer.
The second priciest sale was on the mainland. Gables Club II unit 8G traded hands for $2.2 million after 169 days on the market. Jeffrey Miller was the listing agent and Sheila Freed brought the buyer.
Closing prices in the top 10 deals ranged from $785,000 to $3.45 million.

Bronx Beat 2.0 - Parkchester

When one thinks of Parkchester, The Bronx, inevitably one thinks of the huge Parkchester (North and South) condominiums. With over 2,000,000 square feet of residential square footage, it is without a doubt the star of the show in this South Central Bronx neighborhood. This square footage translates into 12,271 apartments in 171 buildings! With a long–standing Macy’s (the second Macy’s in the world), a Starbucks, a Boston Market, florists, banks and easy transportation via the express 6 train, and condos under well under $200 PSF, it’s becoming a highly desired destination for home buyers. (Long-timers remember the Zaro’s Bakery, which opened in 1927 and closed in 2015.)
The boundaries for this community, north and south, are East Tremont and the Cross Bronx Expressway, respectively; east and west are bound by Castle Hill Avenue and White Plains Road. The name is derived from Park Versailles and Westchester Heights, two former neighborhoods nearby.
According to Untapped Cities, the area was originally named The Mapes Farm in 1851, after Leonard Mapes. One of his children sold off the land and additional lots were auctioned off as well. Enter MetLife. Metlife bought the land from the Roman Catholic church for $5 million, and developed the housing complex between 1939-1940. (This is why the buildings that comprise the now condominiums resemble Peter Cooper Village, which was also owned by MetLife until fairly recently.) Before the gargantuan development, the area housed the Catholic Protectory, an orphanage that stood on the former farmland.
In 1940, the new housing complex opened by MetLife. The insurance company, which had for years sold insurance to the African-American community “used those same funds to build a development that would exclude blacks and people of color” until 1968. (Welcome2theBronx “Parkchester: 75 Years Later”)
In 1974, a portion of the complex became condominiums and the remaining portion converted in 1986. Today, the complex has gained momentum as first stop for starter apartments and for budding investors. And though the complex resembles Peter Cooper Village, Parkchester is distinguished by decorative medallions above the entryway as well as classical statues. In addition, the complex includes the famous Metropolitan Oval fountain. These aesthetic details, along with upgrades by the complex, the prewar spaciousness of the units, the convenience and the price, make Parkchester a top choice for Bronx condominium buyers.

My personal review regarding the launch will be given which covers all the essential perspectives.

My personal review regarding the launch will be given which covers all the essential perspectives.
8 St Thomas is a Freehold condominium situated in one of the preferred address in Singapore (St Thomas Walk, off River Valley Road) at District 09.
The project will launch in 2018.

This new condominium i.e. 8 Saint Thomas which is 28,000sqm consists of 219 units with two blocks and both blocks have a total of 35 and 36 storeys each.
Besides that, nestled in the heart of Orchard, 8 St Thomas is just a short walk away from the Somerset MRT station, as well as the upcoming Great World City MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL).
