Hobb (Spoilers)

I recently started reading The Ship of Magic by Robin Hobb (My all time fave author). I read the book in an odd order as my family didn't own the Liveship trader books so I read them.

I was a little skeptical to read them as I already knew alot about the books and knew they wouldn’t have my infuriating yet lovable Fitz in them. So I put it off.... But BOY DID I MAKE A HUUUUGE MISTAKE. withing a few chapters I had fallen in love with Althea and Brashen but I was weeping my eyes out for her loss of her father and the Vivacia. I was heart broken feeling her pain...

I love Hobb as an author and how she makes her characters so relatable, you get attached to them so easily, making it harder to watch them go through pain, however thats one thing I love about hobb is that she isn’t afraid to put her characters though pain making them grow as characters.

I can’t wait to watch Althea’s character grow, I have already decided that Althea and Brashen will end up together <3
