This Disney Villains crossover collage is of Shenzi and Jetsam, as part of my crossover collage series of Disney Villains, to mark the countdown to Halloween. The time of year when Disney gives their villains control of the rains.

I had got the idea for collage from a Tumblr post I saw of the two, to reference the Disney characters that Ruggie Bucchi and Jade Leech were based upon. Making Shenzi and Jetsam their Twisted Wonderland counterparts. Since I have done a JadeRug collage for Pride Month, why not do a collage on the two original Disney for my October collage series on DVs (Disney Villains).

If I had to be honest, this was one of the hardest collages I have made for this series. Its hard to find images of Jetsam on his own and I had trouble telling him and Flotsam apart (I had to double check more than once to ensure I got the right eel). Finding images of Shenzi on her own was mush easier.

three hearts, big brain theory 🧠

This is NOT my own theory whatsoever, but I just found this so interesting that I wanted to share and spread it around!!

Here is the original tweet; in it, OP says that octopuses are known to have 3 hearts, but it only took 1 stab from a ship to kill Ursula. What happened to the other 2 hearts? Well, OP proposes that the other 2 “hearts” are Floyd (Flotsam) and Jade (Jetsam), who had been killed by a misfired trident shot in an earlier scene (so Ursula is already theoretically down ��2 whole hearts”). This may explain why Jade and Floyd’s unique magic or signature spells both mention a “heart”/ハート (hāto), being Shock the Heart and Bind the Heart, respectively.

Lorcana/Twisted Wonderland Part 3

I've enjoyed this some I thought I'd share some more cards from Lorcana as related to Twist.

First off is the reminder of the fact that Rook should have a beard lol. But otherwise I'm glad to see he has some representation in Lorcana.

And while on Pomefiore, Dark Mirror anyone?

I figured I'd include this because of the up coming EN event. Stitch just out there living his best life. I'm really looking forward to it, especially cuz the SSRs are Lilia and Floyd.

Another Jafar, that I think I'd s very good reflection on Jamil.

And this is almost like an Overblot version for the Tweels. That's part of why it's easy for me to draw the parallels between Twist and Lorcana because some of the themes are close enough. Especially when it comes to Ink/Blot which is pretty much the same thing. Some of the characters become twisted in Lorcana, corrupted far beyond their Canon self.

While she doesn't have a Twist counterpart here would be Anna, as she is corrupted by the ink. (OC fuel maybe?)

And last I'm just adding this card because I find it hilarious.

Anyway there are a lot of fun parallels, like I said in my original post, it's easy to see Twisted as a world within Lorcana. Whether I ever write about it in a fanfic one day I don't know. But I still find it a fun HC

This Disney Twisted Wonderland collage is a parallel comparison to showcase Jade and Floyd Leech and the classic Disney villain characters that the twins are based on upon and inspired from, Jetsam and Flotsam. In which has the brothers be seen as their TWST counterparts. After seeing Tumblr posts of the TWST Housewardens and Vice-Housewardens being featured beside the original Disney characters that they represent, I wanted to do a series of collages that work on the same idea. Not just for the Dorm Heads, but also for the other TWST characters.

This collage was a little tricky and the images I found didn't allow me to have the eels face the direction of the TWST image next to them, but in the end it does help to showcase the locations of the yellows between the eels and the Leech twins. Their mermen forms also have a eel theme to them, that's why I dubbed this collage as "Leech Eels" (or have it as "Octavinelle Eels"). Instead of making individual collages of the two, I decided to feature them in one single collage, with both duos being a pair.

The moray eel doesn't have an exact mating season because they only mate when there is enough food and a suitable habitat. But most morays will mate in warmer waters because the temperatures are usually the best for mating. Morays will also open and close their mouths very widely at one another to show that they wish to mate!

Applying that to Jade and Floyd, they could essentially just choose to mate with you whenever they want, but I think they're both particular about the season. Floyd wants to mate with you in the summer because the waters are warm and comfortable, and it's the perfect time to give his shrimpy plenty of babies! Jade prefers the spring because that's when everything is in bloom (or is just starting to bloom) and it's a beautiful transition from winter to spring. But since they intend to mate with you at the same time, they'll settle for something in between both seasons. Perhaps the month where spring gives way to summer.

You probably won't know about the opening and closing of the mouth, which is how they'll trap you. Floyd does it quite noticeably, but Jade's a little covert with it. Perhaps you'll think Floyd's playing a game and so you'll do it back, and after a few times they're certain you want to mate (horny moray delusion...). Unlike Azul, the twins will want you to stay human when they fuck you. Your small size is so cute to them, and they want to see you cry when they stuff you full. The mating process will last for hours, so enjoy being sandwiched between both of them in the water, their long bodies curled snugly around you. <3

Not gonna lie. When I saw this illustration in the storybook version of The Little Mermaid 2023, this made me a bit more excited to see the live action version of how Floatsam and Jetsam were going to restrain Ariel. I thought it was a nice change.

Instead, Disney lied. Floatsam and Jetsam just grabbed Ariel the same way they did in the original.
