ngl, with my bust size and the limits of my location & finances i'm thinking it may be difficult to keep my nips and get good top surgery results. obviously smth to discuss with the actual surgeon. but my actual point here is that ive been looking at the results of people who had 'bad' surgeries (visually, not nerve damage & such) and they look kinda dope. like, realistically i doubt i'll achieve a cis-passing look shirtless, nice to know that even if i end up with 'bad' results it'll still be something i personally find cool & attractive.

#there's this one guy who has scars that look kinda like a mouth opening on his chest #first of all the picture transphobes were bandying about of him was only a few months post op #but past that he says he's not had an complication and i think his scar looks fucking cool #he's got a pic where he has this very alt look on & he has other body mods n i think he made it work very well #just nice to realize that even worst case scenario a version of me with ' ugly ' scars would still be better to me #than a version of me with breasts. maybe hard for people to understand! but im not exactly married to #the idea of a natural normal appearance lol. i think weird body mods r cool #i mean im gonna try for the most realistic results i can get but it's just nice to have an idea of the worst case #and realize it's really not that bad at all #oh i forgot to add that that guy also posted a much later pic & they've faded a lot #you can obviously tell he had surgery but they don't look like visibly concerning anymore where you'd think he's hurt
