okay so I’ve decided it’s more productive to look for a higher paying full time job than to look for a 2nd job
#the guilt of leaving my company when they’re understaffed is crazy only because I like my manager#everyone else can smd#and after they threaten to let me go for being out of the country they can double smd😭#no way should I continue struggling financially for a company that would fire me immediately if it benefit them#this has been a lesson in not being afraid of change and putting myself first#and it’s been lost on me that this is the very thing I said I would work on#thoughts
