Hey uh, so do to a misreading on my account info, a payment that I thought I was already accounted for turned out not to be, and my account was overdrawn. I just barely had enough funds to cover it so I am not currently in the red, but I am basically at zero dollars. We have food in the house, so its not an emergency but I currently have no money if an emergency or health situation came up. If you need the funds yourself or you choose to help someone else who needs it more I understand. But I would appreciate it if you considered donating or reblogging so others might see this. We are a latinx trans fem system(that deals with chronic pain) that takes care of her black disabled trans-fem partner and her partners bedbound mother. The others find it weird that I don't consider this bodies parents to be my parents. But like they aren't? I had a mom and dad, and they cared for me and prepared me for the world the best they could. The parents of the body are..well they feel like strangers to me. I'm indifferent to them. The memories I have from sharing this body with the rest of the system just feel like they aren't mine.

This piece wasn't done by us but by dear friend a bit after prom. By the time prom came along we had been out to our close friends as a trans, and we had recently came out to our mother and that hadn't gone well. In fact what pushed us to come out was the intense dysphoria we felt about wearing a suit. When our father first had us try on the tux he got us, we closed our eyes and imagined a beautiful midnight blue dress with glitter and other features that reminded us on the night sky. We never got to wear that dress, but our friend recreated one of the photos from the prom with us in that dress. That photo was particularly dysphoric for us because we wanted to be seen as just one of the girls. But because of the poses and the gender politics of it all we looked more like some kind of ladies man.

I will say that I have been worried that my vocal mannerisms sounded forced... and well I can certainly say it is not literally forced. I had woken up this morning half asleep and before I was even fully aware I was me, my gf had already realizied who was fronting because of how I was speaking. Then again this should not be too much of a surprise given the fact I realizied I existed in the first place because our other gf noticied a percular typing style when we were half asleep.
