Summary

Aziraphale had always cherished his daily ritual. But now he cherished it even more, because Crowley was part of it.

I just wanted to write a little lazy morning fanfic, and as usual, the characters just do as they please...

Aziraphale flashed himself a small, satisfied smile in the mirror after adjusting his bow tie, putting the finishing touches to his little morning ritual.

There was something comforting about starting the day with a well-oiled routine in the chaos of this world.

But since he and Crowley had lived together and then slept together, other elements had been added to this morning routine.

Stepping out of the bathroom, he spent several minutes watching the sleeping demon, as he did every morning. He'd lost count of the number of mornings he'd watched him in silence, but he couldn't get enough of the sight of Crowley curled up in the sheets, surrendered to his slumber.

Then, with an amused smile, he folded the clothes the demon had, as so often, discarded the night before, leaving them scattered all over the place.

Finally, having completed this task, he gave the demon, who didn't wake up, a kiss on the bare shoulder before silently going down to the bookshop to prepare tea and coffee.

Moments later, he returned with a tray, two steaming mugs in his hands, and placing the tray on the bedside table, he said softly, "Good morning, my love."

Crowley muttered, "No..."

Aziraphale chuckled softly as she sat down on the bed next to the demon and asked softly, "Why no? Do you mean, no, you're not my love?"

Crowley stretched before straightening up, the sheets falling around his waist, and leaned against the headboard next to Aziraphale before replying, "No, it's not a good morning. Because mornings are never good. Morning means getting up."

The Angel chuckled softly, for this little interaction was also part of his new routine, with different variations, but always Crowley expressing his displeasure at waking up.

However, that displeasure was always short-lived as Aziraphale, as always, leaned over him and pressed a tender kiss to his forehead before gently asking, "Now, is that better?"

Crowley chuckled and replied, "Now I can say good morning, Angel."

The angel turned to the nightstand and grabbed the coffee mug, handing it to Crowley before taking his own cup of tea.

The demon took a deep breath from the cup and, leaning against the angel's shoulder, added, "It really is a good morning."

Aziraphale wouldn't go back to his solitary routine for anything in the world.

He didn't want to experience anything else.

He wanted the demon's face to be the first thing he saw in the morning.

He wanted his scent to be the first thing he smelled.

He wanted the sound of his sleepy voice to be the first thing he heard.

He wanted his warm body to be the first thing he touched.

He wanted his lips to be the first thing he tasted.

The angel turned to the demon and his eyes met the golden ones, he said softly, overwhelmed with emotion, "I love you," and pressed his lips to Crowley's again. 

Sight, smell, sound, touch, taste.

All his senses were filled with Crowley.

The routine was complete.

It was indeed a good morning.

The eclipse of - What happened and what's going on 509. 🌞 ☀️ 🌙 🌚

In past posts, I've mentioned how the eclipses of 2017, 2023, and this weeks eclipse in 2024 were important to Beth's return.

You can read more on the eclipses here and here.

They are time markers to her return, and we can count it as a sign to look for, because Leah and Daryl were looking up at the 2017 eclipse.

I stumbled across this connection, placing them in 2017, but yesterday, other walking dead accounts put out material saying the same thing. It's confirmed, and this eclipse symbolism is part of the clues on how we "find me" or find Beth.

So it is important...

Emily mentioned Monday's eclipse by re-posting a story of a person talking about how the eclipse was a big old waste of time. He thought It left much to be desired, considering all the hype there was around it.

All the whether people were talking about it. All the conspiracy people were talking about it. He thought he was gonna get superpowers from it, but he just got really cold 🥶 (notice Leah and Daryl are watching the eclipse on a fridge)

I've learnt over the years that Emily leaves clues, but she will also lie lie lie. (I still love her 😆)

This is fitting because as they are using the biblical end time template over and over, and the number one sign Christ points to as a sign of his coming is deception.

Matthew 24.3

The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age

3 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”

4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Leah's "son" called Matthew?

The fact that Emily even acknowledges the eclipse points to it meaning something.

And while it may have been a big nothing burger in some locations. Other locations got a magnificent show.

The eclipse symbolism was front and center at Rick's reunion. The glowing ring of the CRM logo in the sky, is the eclipse.

We saw wedding symbolism and wedding ring symbolism, which is also eclipse symbolism, and it's all connected to the return of Christ.

His coming is connected to marriage to the "bride" of Christ.

Eclipse terminology even uses the term diamond ring to describe the eclipse (You can see the "diamond" in the above eclipse picture)

It's wedding season (return/union/reunion/wedding season), and Emily is well aware of the symbolic connections to the eclipse and marriage.

She's seen here - the humming bird, at Hummingbird Nest in wedding season...

Emily released the song called Rock Star when she had just left The Walking Dead.

I have talked many times before about how the end is the beginning, and the beginning is the end. The projects she did after just leaving the walking dead give clues to how she will return.

She has used the biblical end times template in much of her work, as has TWD - they just rework it.

And that's exactly what Emily did with the song Rock-star.

It's a song about marriage, and the video is in black and white (colour eclipsed). Listen here

The song mentions diamond rings 💍, Converse (star) shoes, something Emily posted about recently, too.

The song also talks about satellites, The Walking Dead, getting old, and...Lofting a bed above his practice space.

This scene below is from an episode after Jesus dies. (The end is the beginning)

Daryl shares the loft bed with dog, aka Beth.

The loft or penthouse suite...Beth picked it.

Knowing that the end is the beginning and the beginning is the end, I went back and re-watched episode 509 - What happened and what's going on.

To look for any clues that point to an eclipse and oh boy I was not disappointed.

The episode literally shows us a solar eclipse. They use flashes of blinding colored light to block out the sun...

The use of pulsing and flashing lightning all through the episode always seemed odd, but now, in light of the eclipse symbolism, it makes sense.

Especially with the knowledge that the episode starts and ends with Father Gabriel quoting the bible verse about looking at what is unseen and what is eternal.

Go re-watch the episode if you get a chance, with eclipse symbolism in mind. You will see it differently.

Not only do we get the depiction of a solar eclipse, but we also see this image...

We have analysed this picture many times before. What stands out to me having the eclipse in mind is the X shape on the door pointing to the X eclipse.

Obviously. We have the dog on the porch, Sirius, and the American flag, which would point to the X eclipse being over the United States.

We also see Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde statue, looking up at the sky through what seems to be a magnifying glass or lens. You could say Doctor Jekyll and Mr. Hyde's personalities are night and day (eclipse)

What I found most interesting about this picture is the globe. The globe has shadows of eclipse lines on it...

After some digging, I discovered the map on the globe focuses over Africa.

If you look closely, you'll see the little growing ball of light over the ocean. I discovered that is a representation of the moon.

The globe here is pointing to a blood moon lunar eclipse that is scheduled to happen over this exact location In the year 2029.

Notice in the graphic above, the eye 👁 of the moon goes from closed to open - keep this in mind for later.

I point this out because Emily has written about blood moons before in her song Mortal.

Many people thought when she released the song that it was about her and Daryl, and it is.

Here are the relevant words from the song Mortal...

Baby, that's what I call feeling mortal.

Put your head and cry on my shoulder.

We can watch the moon turn bright blood red.

We can stay the night in my tree house bed. (Loft that 🐕 dog chose)

If the end is the beginning and the beginning is the end, then It's very possible when Beth returns, Daryl and her will watch a blood red moon in her tree house bed. Their story may well end in 2029, when this real blood moon is scheduled. Why the Africa link? Who knows, maybe it's a link to the pyramids, Sirius rising and Alexandria/Andrea (Revived Roman empire territory)

After posting the story about the guy talking about the eclipse, Emily also posted this blood red picture of the album, Oh Jonathan. From which the song Mortal comes.

Not a coincidence.

I've mentioned before how the antichrist receives a mortal head wound but is healed from that head wound.

Emily chose the title Mortal for this reason, it's another hint to her head wound survival and her return.

Both of these again link back to the return of Christ and the antichrist.

The beast is another term for the antichrist...

Revelation 13.3

And I saw that one of his heads was, as it were, wounded to death, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world wondered after the beast.

Back to the blood moon clip that I showed you from Africa. What's really interesting is one specific piece of Emily's artwork for her album swim team.

It matches the blood moon chart, and the blood moons eye 👁 goes from closed to open. We can watch 👁 the moon turn bright blood red...

One other connection that's worth mentioning here since we are back at Noah's house is that the bible describes the return of Christ as being like the days of Noah. 🌈

‭Matthew 24:36-39 (once again, Matthew is connected to FIND ME and Beth, and so are the days of Noah)

“Now concerning that day and hour no one knows — neither the angels of heaven nor the Son — except the Father alone. [37] As the days of Noah were, so the coming of the Son of Man will be. [38] For in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah boarded the ark. [39] They didn’t know until the flood came and swept them all away. This is the way the coming of the Son of Man will be.

The days of Noah are associated with the rainbow, and we just saw Rick (Andrew Lincoln) post about a rainbow after the final of the ones who live. Here

When I took a video of the certain portions of What's happened and what's going on I realised they used all the colours of the rainbow 🌈 over the top of particular footage...

And we see the same colour eclipse Beth, in this clip below, that we saw in the sun drawing eclipse...

Now i need to back up a bit, because before the group arrived at Noah's home.

We see them drive into a clearing, in a vehicle with this number plate

The number plate says WBT 1417

This clearing they park in before going on foot to Noah's house, is the first time we see the symbol of the wolf, which is carved into the walkers that have been chopped in half and shoved into the red vehicle.

We also see a girl walker trapped in a car that's been shot up, and many have speculated it was to remind us of Beth.

I very much think it's symbolic of Beth.

All these connections made me think about what the number plate could stand for.

W Stands for wolf.

B T stands for Beth, Beth means house of...so WBT means house of wolf.

When I searched for house of wolf 1417, the results led me to the Wolf of Rimini.

After reading about the Wolf of Rimini, for me, the most notable connection is that the Wolf of Rimini is from Italy, which connects to the antichrist coming from a revived Roman empire.

The Wolf of Rimini was known for being a military leader, which is another thing he would have in common with the antichrist, who will conquer through great military power.

The last connection that the Wolf of Rimini has that reminded me of Beth, is that he led a group to steal the remains of one of his teachers and mentors.

So in one clearing, we have wolf, antichrist, Beth, and stolen remains symbolism.

But that's not all...

The other car we see in this clearing has the number plate Luke 8:41-67.

I talked about this number plate in my last post that you can read here.

This Luke number plate was related to Jesus's healing miracles around the pool of Bethesda. It's super interesting that this car has the wolf or W marked walkers in it that have had their legs cut off.

Luke in the show had his leg cut off.

The Luke number plate was also seen when Jesus was first introduced in 610, and the Luke car is parked next to the car with the walker "Beth" in it.

During this episode, Tyrese keeps talking about keeping up with the news and being aware of what's going on in the world.

Well, I was keeping up with the news over the eclipse and one article caught my attention because right as the eclipse was happening, a lady decided to shoot up a car.

It caught my attention because it looked exactly like the shot up car that the Beth Walker was in.

The article said that God told her to shoot the car up.

I had to add this because the connections are too bizarre to just skip over. Hopefully, no one was hurt.

What happened and what's going on is all related to the coming wolves.

Wolf symbolism in the bible is described as something bad.

The wolf is repeatedly mentioned in the scriptures as an enemy of flocks: a metaphor for evil men with a lust for power and dishonest gain, as well as a metaphor for Satan preying on Christians, contrasted with the shepherd Jesus who keeps his flock safe.

So, the wolf symbolism being tied to the antichrist (wolf of Rimini/Roman Empire) and the Wolf Praying on the Christians (Christ/Beth/Luke) and the potential stealing of Beth's remains, all works together to paint a picture of the past but also the future story they will tell.

Another eclipse sign i noticed in this episode was when Glenn broke a C.D. in half.

To me, the CD glowing in the sun reminded me of an eclipse. We have been analysing a hidden or eclipsed version of Beth's story ever since she "died."

When the group finally arrived at Noah's house, We see more hints of Beth return.

We see a sign that says Summer place (pine for Summer)

We see the eclipse sun on the ground which i already showed, and the wolves not far sign.

When Noah enters his house, He places a blanket with black and white XXXX's all over it, over the dead body. While he says...

When Tyrese enters Noah's brother's bedroom, we first see a telescope 🔭 and rockets. Telling us to look to the skies, more hints at the eclipse, sun, moon, and star symbolism and as if mentioned before those are also signs of the coming of Christ.

The book of Luke also gives instruction to look up when you see all the signs of the second coming of Christ.

Luke 21.28

When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

The bedroom he enters has a lot of plane and dog (Sirius) symbolism.

We saw a lot of planes and helicopters around Rick's return, and in other posts, I've already mentioned how they are symbolic of inter-dimensional travel. That can relate to God Satan, angels, or fallen angels.

The Governor returns, and he represents Sirius, returning with the one eye symbolism. He talks about paying the bill. At the same time, we see more of the sun eclipse and Beth in the car symbolism in the background.

All this is happening in Noah's house, and it's a sign of judgment day and the end times. 🌈

This is emphasized by showing us the train tracks to Terminus (coda/end) being shown along with the flickering rainbow eclipse lights.

The last thing i want to mention is something Glenn says in this episode. At one point, he mentions the guy in the train car that they came across at Terminus (the end) who screams... they're us, we're the same...

To sum up, the eclipse symbolism is huge in this episode and to Beth's return, and I bet no one (not even me) realised just how much symbolism there is for it surrounding Beth.

She will return with the same signs and symbolism that she left with.

They started out as college roommates and ended up becoming lifelong best friends, roommates, partners, and, along with Sue, the co-parents of Reed’s children. To myself, the only person reading this. (says me tagging it and running the possibility of someone stumbling upon this)

i haven’t even watched past like s6 of the flash💀 I’ve watched all of s1,s2,s3 just over accumulation i suppose, I’m confident I’ve seen all the episodes or at least Caitlin scenes (I skim a lot). I’ve watched all of s4 when it was releasing bc I was really really into the show at the time (by that I mean Caitlin). Year later tired to watch s5 but got bored like 6 episodes in. Which just ushered in my legends of tomorrow obsessio/ Nora darhk. I stopped keeping up w legends after Nora and ray left (I think early s5?) I just left the cw shows for good for bit. Then in winter of 7th grade year I remembered the flash existed and watched some episodes and fell back into brainrot (comparatively nothing to what would come). i was pretty into frost as a character and watched a lot of the s6 episodes just for her. Time skip to summer 2020. I think I was rewatching some Caitlin scenes and it just went worse from there. Like this was a full on obsession. All my friends knew, I read so much fanfic, had google docs ranting about her, making playlists and explaining said playlists. When s7 had come out I really tired to watch but I just couldn’t it was awful 😭. My brain chilled for awhile (as I got into genshin more and more and tryharded that (started on venti rerun banner, ar 56 (close to 57), 509 achievement, I’ve 36 stared abyss, 100% exploration in like 7 ish regions?)) okay back to the main point, as the Genshin honeymoon weared off, my brain went back to the only thing I know. Caitlin snow. I don’t bother with the new seasons and frost tbh (I find Caitlin to be engaging and interesting to me). My internet goes through phases but when it comes my brain fixates on her so much. I’m currently in a very deep rabbit hole, I’ve made edits, I’m researching cognitive functions to maybe?? Write an explanation on her istj typing (I got it from personality database but I really want to justify the answer for mysel) I’ve done some fanart but i hate parts so lol. I’m used to drawing in a relatively “anime” style so it’s a little difficult adjusting to more semi realism. Uh anyways Caitlin is unironically one of my tops characters I relate, my favorite character of all, my comfort character, I project my issues onto her too. Also she would listen to mitski (I associate I bet on losing dogs w the whole thing w jay, geyser w her and Ronnie) I have some more but I can’t think of them rn. Everything gets a return, Morgan said, and to me, that actually includes the behind the scenes events. Back in season 5, Lenny James had two uncredited appearances. The second of which was in Coda 508.

In FTWD, he has been removed from the credits in 806 because his last appearance was in 805 (reverse 508)

Del Arno foods... how the harvest gets home is where the Wolves are located.

The second wolf in command back in seasons 5 and 6 was Owen, whose location is listed as being Del Arno foods.

His people kill and collect the dead and load them into trailers.

They use flashing lights and play music (love and mercy) to collect the walkers.

With visual parallels that can not be ignored matching DD season 1. Especially the strobe lights.

Last time the wolves were not far, they skipped over Beth's story, but this time, reversed its all about her.

Beth means "House of" AKA home.

Harvest biblically means resurrection, Jesus connects the harvest to lost souls, gaining eternal life or resurrection.

So if Del Arno foods is how the harvest gets home, and the wolves are located at Del Arno, then you could also say that the Wolves/Louvre is how Beth is resurrected and how Daryl gets his home (Beth) back.

Whether she is physically at the Louvre or we get a clue to her survival there, it's really hard to go past the symbolism that's pointing to a very big triangle. 🔺️ 🎶

My Final Thoughts on 7x08 (taken from Shattering’s latest A/N...)

Quinn Perkins' fate may just be sealed after all but at least Shonda didn't kill her baby. Of course, after 509, last season or not, killing yet another baby wasn't gonna happen but Quinn herself? She may very well be gone and even if she's not, I'm pretty tempted to sue ABC for emotional distress. Everyone (even Joke Bastard's crash test dummy looking and acting ass) was affected by the apparent loss of Quinn and that 21 gun salute funeral scene made me cry. It's like when Harrison died but a million times worse because that was on Rowan. What's happened is on Liv.

No amount of private guilt will count until she fesses up to her Evil and starts making up for it. What little humanity she did show was potent and heartwrenching but it's not enough. Neither was her going to Fitz for comfort like we knew she would, even though she was an absolute bitch to him for no good reason beforehand. She always lashes out at him, especially when she knows that she's done wrong and Fitz just...it's honestly sad at this point. There's a difference between unconditional love and taking emotional abuse and it seems that Fitz has reached that conclusion because even though he did take her in with loving arms (god, the scene was so sweet but so sad), he's on the verge of giving up on her for good and I ain't mad at it.

I said it on Thursday and I'm saying it here: unless Liv starts getting some professional help or even semi-professional help, Fitz needs to bounce and never, ever look back. Enough is enough. He may love her and she may love him but unless they're both human and acting like adults, Olitz just isn't gonna work. Fitz has put the work in to be a better man solo and within Olitz. He's always put the work in and I'm tired of Liv doing the bare minimum in response or worse, making one big positive gesture and then backtracking on it the second things get complicated. It's fucking bullshit.

Olivia Pope needs to own her Rowana sins. She needs to tell the whole truth to her remaining friends and family and face the consequences. Afterwards, she needs to put the work in to fix herself or she shouldn't get to be happy with Fitz or by herself, that matter. It's been 7 years of the same bullshit from her and I'm tired. It's probably an unpopular opinion but I don't give a fuck. I've stood by my convictions before and I'm gonna keep doing it.

However, there was good in the 7B premiere. Huck carried the episode (and figured out the ugly truth in like 30 seconds), the rest of them are about to find out because Quinn had the Intel hidden on a flash drive just in case, Cyrus faced more consequences for his Evil, Mellie was only around for like a minute, Joke Bastard has been reduced to Lady Rowana of the Sith's personal chauffer, Olitz made love like they did in 1x06 (sans the broken lamp and solid mental health, unfortunately) Quinn's baby girl is alive and beautiful (her name is Robin, BTW if you wanna cry a little inside) and the episode ended with Rowan getting the shit choked out of him by a very angry Charlie. It's likely the bastard isn't gonna die but it was gratifying to see. I haven't been that happy to see someone get fucked up since Joke got shanked in 4B. I am cautiously optimistic about 7B and the Series Finale in April but there are 10 eps left and anything can happen, good or bad.

I wonder what everyone who says they don’t see a rebuild this season will say when Olicity reunites 🤔

...then I realize what they’ll probably do is say “this came out of nowhere! they just threw this together to try to save ratings/appease the shippers!”

...and that will be the final step in them becoming exactly like the LL/OQ shippers and comic stans who insisted that Olicity “came out of nowhere” in season 3 and who have been lamenting fanservice all this time. They will have officially become that which they used to hate.

I am saying that if, when Olicity reunite, this small segment of fans say the above statements, that I feel there’s a comparison to the same statements made by LL/comic stans in the past. No disrespect was intended towards any Olicity fans currently, it was simply my intention to express a hope that this not be the rhetoric spread. I said it in a way that was easy to misinterpret, I think. What I said below is the meat of the matter here: that it’s okay to disagree with seeing a rebuild. That I don’t mind people who don’t agree with me. That it’s okay to have different opinions on this. If you take away anything from this post, that should be it. The above was a musing I had after seeing a post here on Tumblr and me wondering what might be the spin from those fans, and hoping that wasn’t the case. That is all.)

PSA: It’s not just actor ad-libs that have given us the Olicity moments and the hints of rebuild this season. It wasn’t an ad-lib that put that (albeit corny) flashback in 509. It wasn’t an ad-lib that had Oliver tell Felicity they were a mortal lock. It wasn’t an ad-lib that had Oliver seeing Felicity in the Dominator dream-world and flashing back to their relationship and how that was supposed to mean something to him. It wasn’t an ad-lib that Oliver chose to protect Felicity against Black Siren instead of face off against Prometheus. Or any of the other times he’s exhibited protectiveness and concern about her. It wasn’t an ad-lib that had him running into her arms, that had that bright light of the blast shine over them as they embraced. It wasn’t an ad-lib that had them standing in that green light in 502, talking about what matters. It wasn’t an ad-lib that had John Diggle setting up the season long question to Oliver Queen in that facetime conversation in 501. What about you and Felicity? He doesn’t know. But the smile on his face said he had hope. That question was set up so that it would be answered. It was answered one way in 4x23. It will be answered in a different way by the time 5x23 is done, one way or another. 

I could go on and on but it comes down to this: I understand if some are reluctant to see the rebuild. Honestly, I get it. It’s been a year since they’ve been together and they don’t want to be patient. They’re frustrated with things that have happened to and between Oliver and Felicity. They feel disenfranchised. They don’t ship it anymore but aren’t sure how to pull away from fandom. Or they do ship it but don’t want to because they feel it brings them only pain. They get upset when they see other fans that do have hope, for a lot of different reasons but mostly because they can’t share that hope. They want to warn others off of it so they don’t get disappointed. Believe me, I get all of this. 

I’m not trying to make anyone change their mind and agree with me. I don’t care if anyone does, to be honest. It’s enough for me that I see the clear signs of the rebuild. The narrative makes sense to me. The practical business side of this makes sense to me. I don’t expect it to make sense to everyone and disagreement doesn’t bother me. So feel free to ignore this post. It won’t hurt my feelings. This post wasn’t meant for the people I mentioned in the previous paragraph anyhow.

But to the people who are open to interpretations of this season, to the people who are looking for reasons to hope, to the people who tell me all the time, often privately, that they appreciate the things I say and how I try to share my optimism with fandom: this post is for you.

The Rams might keep Tavon Austin after all

Austin never lived up to expectations, but the Rams aren’t giving up on him yet.

The 2017 season was a resurgence for the Rams’ offense, but Tavon Austin wasn’t a big part of it. Two years into his four-year, $42 million contract, the Rams were reportedly ready to move on.

But the new league year has started and the Rams have yet to release or trade Austin. Now he might not be going anywhere:

Austin with the eighth overall pick in the 2013 NFL Draft. Five years into his career, he hasn’t lived up to his draft status or the massive extension he signed before the 2016 season.

Now Austin will get another chance with the Rams, though this time he will likely have to take a pay cut.

Why were the Rams trying to trade Austin in the first place?

It’s simple. Austin was the second-highest paid player on the Rams’ roster last season, yet he was quickly phased out of their plans in Sean McVay’s first season as coach.

Austin was the team’s second-leading rusher with 270 yards and a touchdown on the ground, but as a receiver, he barely contributed. He made over $1 million per catch in 2017 and ended up with 47 receiving yards and no touchdowns despite playing in every single game for the Rams.

He was eventually replaced by Pharoh Cooper as the team’s return man, as well.

Austin played in 15 games in 2016, but finished with just 509 receiving yards and four total touchdowns (three receiving, one rushing). The team wanted to see what McVay could do with the receiver, and the dead money hit of nearly $20 million kept him on the roster last season.

But with Robert Woods, Sammy Watkins, and Cooper Kupp added in the offseason, Austin’s role diminished. Woods and Kupp return, but Watkins has moved on, signing with the Chiefs in free agency.

What’s next for Austin and the Rams?

His production over the course of the season suggests he’s a complementary player and not someone the team can rely on to be the main guy.

Austin flashed elite speed with a 4.34 40-yard dash at the 2013 NFL Combine. That, coupled with his versatility and a prolific college career at West Virginia with 1,289 receiving yards, 643 rushing yards, and 15 total touchdowns in his senior season, was enough for the Rams to draft him early.

But he never lived up to his billing. Austin is pretty limited to the slot to be effective as a receiver, but the Rams must think he can provide some value if they’re keeping him around.

They’ve invested heavily in the offense, and it paid off last year. The 11-5 Rams finished with the top-scoring offense in the NFL and won the NFC West for the first time since 2003. All their top offensive players are back, too.

Quarterback Jared Goff, the No. 1 pick in 2016, had a breakout year. NFL Offensive Player of the Year Todd Gurley rebounded from his sophomore slump to lead the league in rushing touchdowns, but he was also the team’s second-best receiver last year with 788 yards and six touchdown catches. Austin, Woods, Cooper, Kupp, and tight ends Tyler Higbee and Gerald Everett are all under contract through at least 2019.

The Rams can save money by getting Austin to take a pay cut, and that’s a little more money they can put toward giving Aaron Donald the contract he deserves.

Diverged 2021, and converging.

We are getting very close to Beth, the symbolism in Diverged is extremely exciting.

What are we watching? A combination of many things... 1. Mostly Beth's missing funeral story (symbolically) 2. Repeats from 510 Them, 506 Consumed, Grady and many more... 3. A recap of Carol's past including her constant desire over the years to run away... Beth as Jesus = Light, salt, water symbolically, remember that as we go. And also Leah's knife = Beth. The previously on clip is showing the past and future at once. It's a play on Carol at Terminus saving the group while covered in walker slim, her family took her back in then, because of what she did to save everyone at Terminus, even though she was banished for killing Karen and David.

But...Carol here is also a Beth repeat and Lydia becomes Daryl. Daryl will do something to stop Beth's body being eaten/killed after Grady/The tower (which was the hospital) He will put/pull her somewhere safe just as Lydia does here with Carol, stopping her from dying.

Carol then talks about food being scarce, and Maggie's people returning, so there are more mouths to feed. Repeating season 5 when Carol first comes across Maggie's new group (Abraham and co)

Terminus had just been destroyed and the group had no supplies. Its also repeating the second time Maggie's people return...to the church after the failed trip to Washington because Eugene lied. Not long after returning with her people the second time, Maggie finds out Beth is alive.

Carol talks about the decisions she's made being all to protect them. Repeating her season 4 self killing Karen and David to "protect the group".

Back then Rick banished her effectively separating Daryl and Carol, which is re-done here in Diverged, because she “killed” Connie. Carol leaves Rick in a car with a "I love my dog" sticker...

Repeating her-this time leaving with actual Dog... As I mentioned in my previous post on Diverged, Carol leaving at the crossroads with Dog is also a representation of Beth and Carol both ending up at Grady.

They are combining and converging every scene where Carol/Daryl, Beth/Daryl go in different directions... The opening scene shows Carol and Daryl walking together, Carol struggling to open her water bottle. Daryl offers to help, but Carol won't let him, just like this scene below from season 5, after Terminus.

Daryl offers to help carry the water, he even spills water on the ground, which he repeats when he gives Dog a drink.

Daryl then offers "Leah's" (Beth's) knife to Carol to help get into the water bottle, inverting Carol giving Daryl, Beth's knife in 510.

This scene is a combination of Carol following Daryl when looking for water in 510, giving him the knife and then leaving. In 510 Carol asks to come looking for water, Daryl says no but Carol says "You gonna stop me" repeating her jumping on the back of his bike in "Find me" even though he didn't want her to come...

He didn't stop her then or now, and we see them exchange knives and Carol go a different way, while Daryl wants to stay out longer to look. Just like 510, when they don't find water Carol says " We should head back" Daryl says "nah, I'll stay out a little longer" and then the knife exchange happens, it's reversed.

All this, is about repeating and converging the events leading up to Beth's Death, inverted they will lead to Beth alive... Past, present and future combined = infinity When Carol first gets back to Alexandria she comes across this scarf... 

This scarf is a call back to her head scarf in 304, the episode Rick (Daryl) loses his wife (Future wife Beth). Carol lost this head scarf while in the tombs...

Carol and T-(dog) get stuck together while in the tombs where Carol loses her head scarf, which Daryl eventually finds and throws away on the floor.

Carol finds it on the floor and eventually puts it in the trash, at the end of this episode... Carol and T-(dog) in the tombs with her head scarf is also repeating Beth and Noah at Grady trying to escape.

Surrounded by walkers Carol/Beth shoot at them in the dark. The lights go on and off, but the opposite happens in that Beth doesn't escape Grady just like T-(Dog) while Carol/Noah do. The lost head scarf will eventually become Beth's, in that it will be used to wrap her head wound after Grady, but she then gets "lost in the tombs" or goes missing for all these years...

The one Carol finds even has a "gun shot hole",and she wants to "Fix it" because somebody (Daryl) loved it!

She finds the head scarf which someone dropped during "The evacuation" basically repeating Carol "evacuating"-running into the tombs from the past and in the future it will come off Beth's head when she "evacuates" or leaves her "tomb" because of walkers-around the time of her funeral. Carol offers to make soup (so around the time Beth's funeral/body is lost, someone tries to make food for the group) Stone soup is a story about strangers convincing a village to share their food to make soup for everyone. 

Part of me thinks this will possibly come into play after Grady at the White houses, possibly with Chase, who was seen filming at the houses. Strangers will want some of the supplies the group found at the food bank before Coda and I have a feeling they will probably "pirate" the food, not so much "share it"-like the stone soup story depicts.

More like the book Carol picks up, mid way through making the soup would suggest...

So... we have: 1. A lost head scarf/bandage 2. An offer to prepare food. Possibly by a stranger. (Stone soup story) 3. A "rat" causing a... 4. Lack of food. 5. And Carol/Beth going missing into the "tombs" Beth like Carol will lose her "head scarf" or bandage as she "disappeared" into the dark "tombs" after her "funeral". Opposite to Carol

It’s during the time Carol is in the tombs, that Rick hallucinates Lori, the three stories combined (Carol, Sofia and Lori) will lead to Beth

Carol offers to make the soup with mushrooms...

Which could be what leads to Daryl hallucinating. As I talked about in Find me 2018, when Daryl was hallucinating Merle during his search for Sofia, Merle accused him of eating special mushrooms, which made him "see" the Chupacabra a blood sucking dog ("Walker" Beth after her funeral).

Daryl in the episode Chupacabra is looking for Sofia so it's fitting that this is repeated with his search for Beth (Sofia 2.0) If this "Rat"/"Stranger" convinced the group to let them make food for everyone, they could have "spiked" the food with special mushrooms. Leaving the group especially Daryl in a vulnerable state, unable to fight back and making it easy to steal their supplies and leave. Meanwhile Beth gets out of her "resting place" whether that's in a car or coffin and she leaves or gets taken away. (I'll explain this more soon)

Daryl then sees what he thinks is "Walker Beth" the blood sucking dog or Chupacabra fulfilling season 2 episode 5.

This delusion could also be in part the reason for the episode we now know as 2018 Find me. If he is somewhat intoxicated with some form of poisoning and then tries to find Beth, it could make some sense of 2018. Jerry says to Carol

Which is symbolic of Beth the "Light of the world" being broken or gone. Biblically it represents Jesus and his followers “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden" "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven” Carol later in the episode fixes the lights with the solar panel using Leah's knife (Beth) but it ends up flashing on and off again too, when the rat gets away. Which would also = Beth leaving, because the two are connected, which I will go through soon...

Carol adds salt to the soup, and she uses "Beth's" knife to get into it just like the water bottle.

Jesus who we all know Beth's story is paralleling, is not only called the light of the world and the living water that wells up to eternal life...but his followers are called the salt of the earth. Jesus said: You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its flavor, with what will it be salted? It is then good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under the feet of men. Salt is used as a preservative to save meat and food from spoiling, as Jesus saves and is the cure to mans soul being separated from God for sinning and falling from grace. This is why Beth is going to bring a cure at some point, because just as Jesus provides a cure to mankind, she will too... Beth the (knife, salt and light) is in the same location as the food and Carol. Carol adds salt to the soup but also throws salt over her shoulder which is something done as a superstition after a funeral, to keep away bad spirits.

Depicting this is about Beth's funeral. Carol then hears dog (Daryl) going crazy in the next room he is destroying the room trying to find the "rat". When Carol goes to check on Daryl the dog she leaves the knife (Beth) with the food. It's while Both Carol and Daryl are not around that the rat runs into where Beth and the food are kept. Someone in those 3 missing weeks is a "Rat" that compromised Beth and the group, leading to her going missing... This theme was backed up by Father G saying that they sacrificed one of their own, referring to the aftermath of events with Beth.

As Carol is trying to settle dog (Daryl) Carol picks up The Golden Age Of Piracy, a book about:

Whomever they come across during Beth's "funeral" and while food is being prepared will be a "pirate" or thief. But it's also referring to 509 when Ty on the radio hallucinates hearing about inhabitants of coastal towns being plundered and attacked. This will come into play again when Beth is back but a version of it would have happened back then too. Carol is telling Daryl the "dog" off, for going crazy because of this "rat".

The rat has chewed through or compromised Daryl's lamp or "light" (Beth) and Daryl the dog is not happy...

Dog then runs after the rat and in the process the little food Carol had gets destroyed...

Sirius reference is always about Beth, but it also now links Beth to the “missing” food.

I’m thinking that the car Beth will be left in will also have the groups supplies in it and the rat will take off with both.

The rat gets away, Carol banishes Dog (Daryl) and Carol tires to catch the rat so she makes a trap using Leah's knife (Beth), but then she needs butterfly pliers to finish it, so she goes and gets a set in Daryl's room.

The funny thing is that Daryl is doing the exact same thing on his mission, because the tubing on his vehicle has been “Chewed through” just like the lamp.

Carol then lays the trap for the rat and says:

Daryl repeats and inverts this later on when he kills the soldier walker... linking the "rat" to these "soldiers" So Daryl goes looking for this "soldier/rat" and finds it stuck in "a trap"... He looks for this soldier rat on foot because his ride is not working, and he doesn't have the knife (Beth) which he panics over losing...

He kills the "soldier" and takes back what the soldier/Rat "stole"... Food, ammo and a set of butterfly pliers...which is what Carol needed to finish the trap.

And again, along the way he sees "walker Beth" the Chupacabra...

Which he doesn’t put down...

They are repeating and inverting this, going one way with Carol and another way with Daryl, but Daryl and Carol's stories here are the same. Prior to this we see Daryl is out in his own and his main mission is to get his broken down ride (motorbike) going...

He is searching high and low through cars for a replacement tube. As i said before the tube has also been "chewed" from the looks of it, just like the lamp wire, by the rat.

His search though cars is not only repeating he search for the car with the white cross that took Beth originally, but it seems Daryl after Grady, will repeat this search for Beth who gets taken in a second car. 

This bottom picture is from 509, while the top two are from 1021

The "Rat" not only drugs them and steals their supplies and Beth’s body, but also stops them following by "chewing" through or messing with their vehicle so it doesn't work... Again linking the "rat" to the problem's with Daryl’s vehicle... Daryl can't find Leah's knife (Beth), because he left it with Carol...

Carol does catch the rat, in her trap for a time, but it gets away, and runs into the hole in the wall which she then blocks up with the scarf...

So Carol may well have this rat trapped but lets it get away, leading to the events above and Daryl trying to follow and kill the rat to get Beth and the supplies back.

The hole in the wall = Beth's bullet wound which gets covered with the scarf... Symbolically I believe the wall with hole/scarf and the rat hiding behind it, is Beth in a car possibly being driven away and used as a “shied” by the rat...

So Daryl hunts the rat and sees the Beth walker at a distance but can’t get to her. Once he has killed the solider rat (there ends up being 3 of them) and gets the tools he needs, he starts fixing his bike.

This takes all night and while he works we hear wolves howling in the distance. A good sign that Beth is close considering she is the Wolf that will come home.

And a call back to 509 where Michonne stands in front of the Wolves not far sign. Carol and dog share a bed for the night and it's telling future Beth/Daryl romantic story, but also Daryl with Beth's “body” wanting to be close to her and possibly kissing her, because "the fights gone out of her"...

It's also depicting Beth and Carol at Grady with Dawn. Dawn talks about Noah coming back, because they always come back...

Obviously it’s a callback to Beth saying “you miss him don’t you” to Daryl regarding Merle.

And...Carol leaving the group after Terminus, Daryl comes along to stop her leaving and that's what leads to them taking off after the car with the cross and finding Beth.

Which is then depicted in the very next scene as Daryl gets his bike going and takes off along this road repeating this...

Carol and Dog (Daryl) then go down stairs with flashlights and look for the hole in the wall with the scarf (Beth) and the rat. Repeating but reversing Daryl and Carol back in Consumed looking for Beth when they sleep at an emergency accommodation at a place that Carol had been before.

Carol fighting through the wall, will be inverted with Beth fighting to get out of a car or coffin and that's why we see through it from the other side.

It's will also be what causes Beth's head scarf covering her bullet hole to get caught and left behind.

Carol sits down exhausted after trying to get through the wall and dog comes and sits next to her...

Repeating Carol being found in the tombs by Daryl, exhausted but alive-but not wearing her scarf.

Carol tells Jerry she had a bad day and Jerry figures out its because she didn't come back with Daryl, repeating Carol being taken to Grady and not coming back with Daryl. Jerry says 2+2 = Eureka

2+2 episode 22?

Let's hope! Carol tries to give Daryl Leah's knife back (Beth) But it stays with her because Beth the knife and Carol are symbolically both at Grady.

In the future we may see Daryl try to return Beth's real knife to her. Daryl and Carol end the way they began by going separate ways, but this time it's with doors closing.

Daryl and dog (Carol) go one way and Carol (Beth) the other. Carol goes into the “Car” garage, repeating Beth getting in to the car on the way to Grady. All why the music plays "Oh oh oh" (oh moment)

In the future we will see Daryl and Beth together and Carol go a different way. One last thing I want to talk about is this drawing in Daryl's room. While it's "Dog" front on, it's also a side portrait of 2 creatures touching noses or kissing...
